Don't expect a win with UAMA. Criminal CEO and a management team who has never built any business with with lasting value.
Read the court records on current bankruptcy. Read the Receivership court record. Investel has tanked, assets in Receiver's hands and claimed under security agreement with largest creditor. UAMA in a "world of hurt".
UAMA CEO a criminal. UAMA criminal enterprise????
Rumored UAMA, and their criminal CEO has no working capital. Banks won't touch them so it is imperative that they find a way to ramp up the stock so they can monetize some of their worthless stock.
Stop Benoit Laliberte and his criminal activities. If you have credible insider evidence consider the SEC Whistleblower Program. With the right evidence you can earn a 10-30% fee and have get the satisfaction of seeing Benoit Laliberte put in jail where he belongs. Remember he'd be there already if the law hadn't been so lenient in Quebec back in 2008. Different now that Benoit is exposed, though UAMA public listing in the US. It's US law now baby, and they love to put guys like Benoit in Jail. He's more than earned the right to be there!

The former head of Jitec Inc. was convicted yesterday of insider trading and deceiving investors while pumping up the value of his now-defunct Montreal high-tech firm. A judge found Benoit Laliberte, 35, guilty on 41 of 48 counts of breaking Quebec's securities laws. Quebec's securities regulator will seek about $1.5-million in fines plus costs from Laliberte for manipulating share prices while the company was listed on the Montreal Stock Exchange. Thirty of the convictions were for failing to disclose changes in Laliberte's control over Jitec shares. The rest of the counts were for insider trading, deceiving investors in news releases and inflating the value of contracts

UAMA Management Team has never built value. Check the record, do your research, failure to develop any of their businesses to sustained earnings and positive cash flow. Check the Court records to better understand what horrible managers they are. They're all losers!
Attention UAMA, TNW, Investel, etc. employees, officers, subcontractors, suppliers, etc. You know Benoit Laliberte is a criminal and the SEC Whistleblower Program will reward you with 10-30% of any financial penalties levied. This could be worth potentially millions ($USD) to a Whistelblower that can provide insider evidence of fraud, misuse of company funds, false or misleading financial reporting, exaggerated press releases, etc. Could potentially put Benoit in a US Prison. Attention employees (past & present) of UAMA, Investel, Navigata, Teliphone, TNW, 864..... etc. Consider the SEC Whistleblower Program. SEC pays from 10-30% of fines to Whistleblowers and you could help put Benoit Laliberte into jail, where he belongs. You may know about fraud, misrepresentation, false financial reporting, insider trading, exaggerated and inflated press releases, failure to make full and proper disclosures. Contact the SEC directly to discuss, call (202) 551-4790
SNAP litigation is delayed since ownership of patents in question. Patents, IP and other assets were pledged as part of a security agreement as a condition of financing. Following breach of the Agreement Investel was forced into Receivership and all the pledged assets (incl Patents) seized by the Receiver pending the Court's instruction. Either otherb posters are appallingly ignorant or they are seeking to mislead readers. UAMA may have attempted a fraudulent transfer of the assets from Investel to UAMA. SEC watching closely.

Caveat Emptor. Look for a PUMP, PUMP, PUMP in the next few weeks, followed by a deep DUMP. Don't even think about out maneuvering them, as they'll be crossing their own stock on the upside. Just like at the end of 2017 and early 2018. All pre-arranged.

Go ahead! File suit against me in a US Court and watch me own UAMA. Benoit Laliberte is out of his league in US court system and our very generous damage awards will BK this company for good and possibly put Benoit in jail, where he rightfully belongs. A US jury will see right through this guy and with overwhelming evidence he'll lose it all. My attorneys will make sure SEC is provided with full and timely advice on all the proceedings and evidence and any court trial will help to bring them to the table quicker. So I say, go ahead, file suit!

If "fromtheuk" authorized to threaten legal action, I say bring it on! Though Benoit may not be as keen as you. As a US resident my attorneys advise we would demand a US jury trial and file a countersuit seeking maximum monetary and punitive damages. Seen his kind before and in a US jury trial Benoit will quickly fold under intense cross-examination. All the relevant fraud convictions will become central to the case along with the long list of breached agreements and contracts. Court proceedings from the recent bankruptcy and receivership will be intoduced into evidence. In addition the jury won't be impressed to learn that Benoit has not paid his fines levied by the court in Quebec and remains an undischarged bankrupt for the past 10 years. All recent UAMA press releases will be audited and financials will be subject to further audit and subpoena of all relevant bank accounts and agreements. My attorneys will provide complete advice and reporting to the SEC, that way they can be ready to take him into custody at the appropriate time. Since you claim to have some control over the filing of any action you may want to tell Benoit and his team that UAMA is a US public company falling under US law. A different environment where jail time for him is a real probability. As I said, "fromtheuk", bring it on! Been involved in five (5) court cases in the US and won them all.
Benoit Lailiberte is "undischarged bankrupt" for 10 years. Entered into the court records!

Could criminal CEO be repeating past habits?
"The AMF also accused Benoît Laliberté of having dangled investors important trade agreements to artificially stimulate the purchase of shares of its firm Jitec. However, these huge agreements never took place."
