Honestly, I hope there weren't too many surprised by the late 10Q filing.
I would hope so, the question is...will it be enough to offset their expenses. The other issue that I think Dr Vic needs to address is spending. What does his wife do for the company? If I read it correctly, she gets 180K a year?
OK, the real issue is that they have to make money or their ability to continue operations will dwindle. This was stated in the 10K. Without revenue, the longs will get crushed. I am one of those longs, so I am comfortable saying it. If they don't have revenue by the end of 2014, they better have a large investor.
What does it mean if you are referred to as a nominal defendant?
There could be truth to that if you cover. Bottom line is that just like those who buy stocks low and sell high...the key is you only make money if you sell. If the stock is up (or down in your case) it's an unrealized gain. I've been down and up stocks frequently, but selling to realize and lock in those gains is where I fell short. Hypothetically, shorts could be up big time, however, if this were to reverse quickly, that could disappear. Not saying that is what is going to happen, but still the fact of trading.
That's what I was looking to obtain. There is no promises that it will work in every person, but it's nice to see that there is proof that it has helped someone.
Was it Intellicell's process though? I didn't think it was, but that's what I'm wondering...if anyone has gone through our process?
Are there any testimonials of people who have had the treatments (during trials/testing) and have claimed improvement?
The funny thing is when news is announce this stock goes down. I hope this time it is different.
I own shares in three different trading accounts, so I'm guessing that I'm 3 of those holders with more than 25 million shares between the 3.
Correction to my previous post! Sorry, I made an error in my typing. I meant to say I saw this stock at .0019 (actually it was .002) and go to .007 in approximately a week. It was actually 8 days, but that was in January of this year.
My main point is...anything can happen.
At this rate, I hope they never communicate anymore new...especially good news. Anytime that happens, the stock drops! just kidding, I've seen it as low as .0019 and within a week, it was over .070. As I've stated in the past, it is manipulated everyday with day traders. The only thing that's going to drive this stock is a revenue stream. You can get all the patents in the world, but pure and simple...no money you can't pay off your debt.
Again, for the record, I am long and own a lot of shares, but here are a couple of my questions:
1) why does Dr. Vic spouse get paid 180K? What is her role in the company or better yet, what does she do for the company?
2) One of the lawsuits is againts Dr Vic and SVFC, but it pertains to their building. Maybe I'm missing the details, but how can SVFC be on the hook for anything related to the building if they are not the landlord? In my opinion, I would think that either one or the other is on the hook depending on the agreement. Otherwise, I would say that there is some clouding of the lines. To me, Dr. Vic and the BOD shouldn't have allowed it...assuming it's accurate.
BBW, Maybe I'm reading it incorrectly, but the link you provided is to the 2013 transcript. Do you have the link to the current court transcript? Is the inappropriate sales comments related to the most recent ruling or the 2013 transcript? Thanks for your help.
Should SVFC be going after damages caused by the stock price drop, or is a class action lawsuit of the shareholders at the time the damage was done, or both? I think at a minimum, there could be a class action lawsuit by stock holders prior to the inappropriate announcement of the sale.
Thanks, you as well. I am long on this stock and hope all of us longs are celebrating someday.
Shish,
I like your thinking, but (no offense meant toward anyone), When I hear of people talking about confirmation of conversations, or what they have heard, I don't ever base that in my decisions, nor would I recommend anyone else do it. The issue is that there is too much manipulation with this stock, and I've seen way too many comments about what was going to happen, and it didn't. My thought is to just read the communications posted by the company. There is some positive things happening. Again, not a recommendation for others, but one that I use for my personal investing decisions.
I'm not surprised by the drop. This stock feels like it has been day traded and manipulated on a regular basis.
It's great to see good news have such little impact on the stock...except down.
Seriously? They took time to show you around and talk to you?
It all depends on how many shares you have in this stock. If you have over 25 million shares, I think one would question why you hold that position, but either way, you can't blame them for taking a little off the table after the beating they have taken lately. Having something at all is better than nothing...even if you did lose money. I on the other hand will hold my shares.
Weak knees? I think everyone knows that penny stocks are here for a reason. I agree, with don't invest if you can't afford to lose it. For me, it's not the question of can I afford to lose it, it's a question of do I want to? Hmmm, I don't think so.
Please explain why you think the volume is increasing? 10M shares is not a high volume day.
Here is how I see it. With this low volume, I think you are seeing shorts trying to buy and sell playing the swings. The selling is shareholders just frustrated at the lack of communication and are getting fed up. There is money on the sidelines just waiting until there is something positive and concrete to determine if it's worth investing.
Seriously? As much as I hear the same people loading at these levels, how do you not own the company by now. I've been doing it for the past 3 months, and way more shares than I should.
I disagree. I think it is possible to say that there are factors that are still being determined in order to file our 10K accurately vs. being inept.
I have been long on this stock for a while, with many millions of shares. I am getting beyond frustrated with management of this stock. How difficult is it to file a 10K? Bottom line, without financial information and future income forecasts, this stock will continue as you've seen over the last few weeks.
I'm confused. Is the stock price drop since the news was released a light rain which generates the rainbow?
Yeah, and the stock is responding beautifully. Don't I wish!
Exactly how I feel.
I certainly hope you are right, but I'd be happy if it just hits a penny's and dimes before we start banking on dollars.
Honestly, I'm beginning to think he doesn't care.
Good point.
Please explain? All these opinions are killing me as the stock continues to drop.
I doubt there is a payment for damages, but if there were one, why do you say that IR wouldn't pay?
What would be really nice is for a payment of damages that would be enough or more to payoff of the YA loan. Then things would be very bright indeed.
That is a great return. What stock was it?
Too funny. I've been on this site long enough. I've heard the little birdie, good news is coming, bad news is coming...I don't believe any of it. I want this stock to rise as well, but don't trust any of the promises I've seen here.
So what does that mean to existing holders? Does that mean the shares can't be traded anymore? If they can still be traded, what does it matter?
Click, I'm in the same boat. Will not add to my position either. I have had people tell me that I am too heavily invested in a stock like this one.
