This is no longer a business, thats what many don't get. It is a SHELL, period, with all that it entails. They need to sell shares, that is the ONLY BUSINESS. Web pages do not make a business (don't even have to have a legal business), we saw that with all the bolding and caps of yelling over at BNPD all along without paying attention to the State of Nevada or lack of any filings or the statistical nature of Reverse RAZZLE DAZZLEs that were plenty stated on this board and now fact. Spongy had a great web page, even sold product, still made up business and criminal behavior.

Now we have another imaginary business with no income, no product except for shares to sell, no NOTHING except the same statements that there is nothing but immoral intent and greed from the owners of the shell and its promoters.

If there was a real business, with real value and possibility of anything besides more of the same that has been stated and come true on a regular basis, I would cap and bold and yell also.

But there is nothing to fail here, it has already failed. No doom, just fact. And the only success that can be mustered up to talk about is made up BS or one can accept what it is: shell share selling.

No technology, no business, no share buy back (except maybe a farce PR with the following R/S and bigger A/S increase), and there isn't anybody that is got any real business sense and big money going to buy this shell unless it is a dubious person (or imaginary) that only wants to continue shell share selling.

There's lots of other shells out there that would be cleaner and cheaper to start any kind of business including algae. A shell is a shell is just a ticker, doesn't matter what it was, it can be anything. So why would anyone with any real money want to waste time and money on this dirty filthy one when there are literally thousands with better opportunity and means to profitability unless it is the same crooks who already have the shares and want to sell them?

The failure is matter of record, any success is totally made up unable to be backed up by any record.

Trying to waste time on "pinning tales" is only trying to elude from the facts of what this ticker is. It is the FULL responsibility of the top leaders to control and instruct, maintain or delegate, fire and replace EVERYONE of their command as they see fit in a company or business. End of story, period, and ones who try to get the topic off of what the leaders (Pawson, "df", and cohorts) are doing right now and why this ticker as a company has failed is just helping the criminals, liars, and scammers.

It's not really the MM's here in the way many think. The MM's are just a conduit for the crooks like "df", Pawson, and the BS promoter(s) having a great deal of influence of manipulating or attempting to manipulate a run of some sort to sell their shares.

That's why many times a common trader tries to get the low pps and can't and only ends up buying into the fake trading created by the crooks using the MM's as the source to do it. But also unless there is great volume and even sometimes when there is volume, a common person can't get the high price when trying to sell. The manipulators like Pawson, "df", or their promoter are doing there dealings and moving on top of the normal person. But first they "turn them around".

Like I've stated, this subject has been discussed many times and it has to do with waiting to sell restricted shares as they are trying to do or set up to do.

Thats for sure. First it was PR'd that some company was going to buy millions of dollars worth of sales, the pps spiked quite a bit for a day and the company sold into it. Then it turned out that the company that was supposedly buying the millions was not buying at all and nothing to do with it except for selling the BNPD shell to the same people or family of BEHL and doing a reverse "razzle dazzle" with saying that they were giving out "free" shares.

Well nothing was ever filed and only the old officers leaving the BNPD shell with no active officers, no business, no product, and only BS from "baby name stealer" "df" that never amounted to anything the PRs stated.

Now we have some "imaginary" "Burton" as a front "name" to "turn around" this company and asking anyone who is willing to "turn around" and grab their ankles with the BS shell game.

The real DD people have stated many times already that they would have to spike this pps to sell the remaining shares into and even set up for a R/S. The chart tells all about how long "spikes" in the pps last, so good luck to anyone who is trying to catch the wind here.

Thats completely gone, no such thing is going to happen. Nothing was ever filed with the state or anybody. It was just another BS to sell shares into and never was going to happen or if it did, it would of just been more of a loss for share holders with the two shell games.

Even when super sub penny stocks go to no bid, many times there is heavy volume with so called "buys" before there actually is no bid. So I sure don't see anything positive with the trading action here.

Verification has only been asked of one side. There is no verification that the ex-employees did not do there job or that "DF" wanted the company to succeed and has only been verified as a salesman or con man. Much verification has been in plain view that the ones who are screaming for verification have closed their eyes to and refused to believe. The emotion that was exhibited by that poster was, I believe, only an act of caring what may be going on at the Amargosa "camp" and not trying to diminish the severity or validity of Auschwitz. I agree that the Auschwitz camps (it included about 40-50 satellite camps) were a very horrible example of mankind's ability for extreme cruelty and should be recognized and remembered for what it was.

Besides the several million people that were just plain exterminated, there were also over a million people that died of lack of disease control, medical care, lack of nutrition, and proper treatment of the weakened human. Now this is just one little old lady in the middle of nowhere, but it is possible that the latter treatment (or lack there of) is what the poster was feeling is happening and out of emotion and not disrespect for the people who were at Auschwitz, made reference to.

It's like defending a illegal loan shark here or ones who "turn around" shells. There one can follow a trail of why Pawson has been involved. Nodummy has only given factual data and given a lot of time to his work not only on BEHL, but many others and has his own board now. He is a good one to follow. Lot of real reading and DD and not quite the read of a fictional message board novel and takes quite a bit more work and diligence to read than some dream story, but is real DD. He does not pump or bash, just gives out information of whats there and leaves the option for thought process up to ones own interpretation of the stock, in this case BEHL.

The intent of Pawson and DF were not to do research and development of product, but to only marketing the idea which only led to any science leaving and not putting up with DFs and/or Pawsons intent of just selling shares, not any real valid or honest business. Both Shen and Goodall resigned (as well as others due to no payment for services or seeing the deception), not let go as some liars want to put out, due to the scam that was taking place and not being allowed to do any good for the product or company.

This was the same case as LOTM, the intent and criminal nature of what was and is going down with BEHL won't allow for any real science or real business to participate.

If this was a real business, with a real business plan that was being executed, and not just a pinky stock "game", it might be a good debate.

In my view and take, one then has dirty "things" like "Phaetons" helping, who only continue to lie to shareholders intentionally and with purpose, and to continue to purposely steal shareholder assets or value.
