Agreed, but how much of that loss was from derivatives. I know the answer, but just making the point...it's all in how one looks at the numbers. Hypothetically, If there was a one-time lawsuit won at it awarded 10million, that doesn't define revenue going forward. Might not be a perfect example, but I think people will understand the point.
No I find it funny how many times I've read that same post in the last two days. The sky is falling.
This is too funny.
Let's hope that we start to see more good news
What college are you planning to send them too? 45 million shares is a lot of college money.
My guess is that the news (financials and CFO) will not come anytime soon. I could be wrong, but if Dr. Vic is in other countries, he's not filing a quarterly return...nothing happens until he's back. I too believe it will get filed, just not soon. I hope I'm wrong.
They only state it in their documentation, the judge will decide if it is valid.
Point taken. Thanks.
This looks familiar. Are they copying Intellicell's process?
I hope SVFC sues for damages...even if SVFC doesn't get them, IR should be held accountable.
That's a bold statement...I hope it comes true...I'll be very happy.
BBW, I thought the court case was based on settling the total amount due and stopping the foreclosure proceedings. I don't think the court case was to prevent any payment at all. I thought it was to settle what was due and pay it from the escrow account and kill any notion of a foreclosure? I know I take a risk at you pointing out I am wrong, but if it's not the case, why was the lawsuit filed?
In my mind, It's a win in respect to they can't foreclose as they had been threatening.
Trust me...I'm ready for it. In fact, I can't wait for silver land. Heck why not Green land. I take all of them over time! :)
it wasn't that long ago it hit a penny.
Let's make that GOOD news. :)
I agree.
In my opinion, with the existing volume, there are day flippers. If they buy 4 million shares at .0036 and sell for .004, they make 10%. However, The question is...will they kick themselves senseless if it takes off? I for one am not willing to take the risk at these prices.
The reality is that this was 19 cents approximately a year or year and a half ago. The assumed (from what I heard from others opinions) heavy drop was the fact that IR was publicly stating that they were going to foreclose on them and sell their assets. Now that we know IR isn't able to do that, the possibility to return to cents is viable. The reality is we need to show progress in their business plan, file the financials with them showing progress in cleaning up balance sheet, and provide some guidance on revenue expectancy. If that happens, I think the longs will have the potential to be rewarded.
To back it, (I have been called dumb and/or gutsy) I own just over 27 million shares in a retirement account and 3 million in two other accounts. Needless to say, I'm long. I can be as frustrated with the lack of communication as others, but the real question is...do you believe 1) the stock is undervalued at these prices, and 2)does this company have a viable product, 3) they have the staying power or backing to see it all through? My belief is yes.
There are no guarantees in life, but the above is my thought/opinion.
That's my thoughts as well. Maybe they'll do the 1st and 2nd quarter at the same time?
Shish, I appreciate your post. I am long on this stock, I think there are many exciting things that SVFC is working on, but my issue is that there are requirement that must be met for a company to remain listed and publicly traded. That is what I believe needs to be done. simply file the quarterlies.
I have an experience trading a penny stock and being profitable to having one day...announce they are delisting and I could no longer trade their shares. When that happens you out everything. At the end of the day, we all have to evaluate risk vs. reward. I have more than 25 million shares, so it's not a question of belief. Asking for the company to remain sec compliant is not unreasonable. If they miss, then they should inform why.
just my opinion.
I think the least they could do is inform their shareholders.
someone bought 25,000 shares, but I'm thinking either everyone following is already invested or they are sitting on the sidelines waiting for some life to be put back into the stock. To me, getting the financials filed should be done. We are not that far off from the 2nd quarter. If they get too far behind, that creates bigger problems for common shareholders.
Enough already....this management needs to be responsible for their actions or lack of actions.
Is anyone else seeing volume? I show a volume of 0 on fidelity.
I believe it is purely manipulation.
The initial action is that the stock price is going the wrong way...if you are holding long.
Boy, this board participation is drying up just like SVFC's trading volume. Only 20,000 shares traded?
As much as I'd like to see that, with our volume lately plus a 10 Million order at .0033, it's going to be tough. Hope I'm wrong.
The volume has been extremely low. I think it's a wait until relevant news is leaked or is released.
Perfect, thank you!
Sorry, I meant. Did SVFC communicate that they were going to hire a CFO.
Did SVFC agree to communicate that they are going to hire a CFO?
The US money will go to Europe if it is approved. I have heard of many who will travel if it means a better quality of life.
How long does this process take?
Bottom isn't endless. The bottom would be 0.00, but that won't happen unless it goes under.

If this is the case, the only way to ensure you keep your profits is to not take another short position. We've seen this pop 50%+, so some of those smaller dips (profits) could get wiped out if that were to occur. However, if you have a stop limit set, you can protect your gains.
Your post supports what I said...thanks.
Was SVFC ever at .0001?
I translate it into a note comes before common shareholders when it comes down to liquidity. Also, a note is protected, vs. common shares get wiped out or company delisting.
