No one here's realizing the chart support here at .48 - along with the FACT that within a two week period of time, momentum traders are going to be screaming "Bird Flu plays!" up to the ABC movie "FATAL CONTACT: BirdFlu in America" on May 9th

Hold onto your a$$ stocklemon shorts!
"Fatal Contact: Bird Flu in America"April 18, 2006 - The movie follows Avian Flu through its mutation into a virus transmittable from human to human.
On Tuesday, May 9 (8:00-10:00 p.m., ET), ABC will bring to television a two-hour original movie. "Fatal Contact: Bird Flu in America" follows an outbreak of an Avian Flu from its origins in a Hong Kong market through its mutation into a virus transmittable from human to human around the world.
The meticulously researched film stars Joely Richardson ("Nip/Tuck"), Stacy Keach ("Prison Break," "Blackbeard"), Ann Cusack ("Grey's Anatomy," "Ghost Whisperer"), Justina Machado ("Six Feet Under"), Scott Cohen ("Street Time," "Law & Order: Trial by Jury") and David Ramsey ("All of Us").
The movie opens with an American businessman flying to Hong Kong to meet with his Asian manufacturers. After 11 meetings in three countries in six days, he starts his return to Virginia. But before he returns home, the Chinese government has informed the World Health Organization that a new strain of the Avian Flu virus was discovered in a local marketplace. Over 1.2 million infected birds were killed in an attempt to eradicate this strain. Dr. Iris Varnack (Richardson) of the Epidemic Intelligence Service receives an emergency summons to China, where she discovers these efforts may have come too late. Despite the early warning, the H5N1 virus has mutated into a version that can spread from human to human -- shown in eye-opening detail whenever the microbes start to permeate the atmosphere - across races, nationalities, genders and ages.
John M. Barry, Distinguished Visiting Scholar at Tulane University and writer of the New York Times bestseller, "The Great Influenza: The Story of the Deadliest Pandemic in History," served as a consultant on the project. Barry's book, which includes a new afterword on today's Avian Flu, focuses on the 1918 Spanish Flu which killed between 50-100 million people.
The film deals with the current threat of the Avian Flu virus (H5N1). Scientists continue to debate the degree to which the virus can mutate and be easily passed among human beings.
BIRD FLU movie out on ABC May 9th.
This is going to spike the entire Bird Flu sector. STTK is a steal here at .48/share. Check your charts. This is the 50dma supportline - nice to bounce off this and run into the .60's on movie momentum alone.

No that is NOT paypro's website. That is another company altogether.
Paypro's websites are not functioning.

For further information as to why, contact Mike Terrell at (214) 673-4653 Email: payproinfo@aol.com
Posted previously by another poster - concerning the STTK conference call:
Overall, I wasn't impressed by their professionalism. But that's no reflection of their tech/biz ability, rather just a lack of stage presence, due to lack of PR experience.
More ominous, they seemed to hesitate/avoid answering the Philly mtg postponement question. At the end, when asked a third time, their statement suggested that folks in Philly cancelled the mtg due to the Stocklemon report. ie: A potential client may have been lost due to Stocklemon disinformation. If so, major lawsuit potential, and maybe the core motivation for this CC?
Overall, not the solid reassurance it could have been. And seems Stocklemon did more damage to the company than just a stock price slide.
Only upside there is that Stocklemon may finally get skewered for some stiff penalties, assuming the Stocklemon info really was fraudulent.
Others' thoughts?
-----
RFID product update
- ongoing internal development/modifications, possible patentable.
- licensees in Romania/China.
- Philly mtg delayed
Will file financial statements on ?May 15?
Security projects:
- 2-3 month lead time
- 2-3 month project time
- percentage received up-front, balance on completion
Revolving credit $120k, paid down immediately when cash received, in normal cycle. This is the "overdraft" Stocklemon cited.
Suit against Stocklemon. Stocklemon information "erroneous."
Stocklemon cited RFID ltd as questioning STTK's professional ability. Possible suit against them as well.
QUESTIONS:
Mark in Dallas
Q: Details on solution for coming USA bird flu crisis?
A: US not yet established policy.
Glen
Q: Why Philly mtg postponed?
A: Due to change of venue/commitments. (after awkward pause)
Philip
Q1: What does change of venue mean?
Q2: Are lawsuits against SL in shareholders best interest?
A: Will proceed with lawsuit. (Was Q1 answered? Was distracted by client.)
xxxx
Q1: What are margins on RFID contracts?
Q2: Does STTK have a preferred supplier of hardware components?
A1: Will be disclosed in future 10-K.
A2: No preferred supplier at present.
Nihah?
Q1: Will overseas contract numbers be in 10-Q/K?
A1: All contract info will be disclosed, but ?not numbers?
Wayne
Q1: re: China contract, why did STTK announce, not China?
A1: Still awaiting specifications for system. Also translation a delay factor. (Didn't answer question?)
xxxx
Q: How will company move forward?
A: Strategic relationships with potential licensees for RFID, will not developing international marketing teams in each country. Rather work with existing marketing companies in each country.
Jean
Q: Are RFID software/mods being dev'd in-house or off-shore.
A: In-house, both dev & testing with staff. Nothing contracted.
xxxx
Q: Repeat: Why was Philly mtg cancelled?
A: Due to customer, due to Stocklemon news release! (ie: Potential client scared off by SL report? If so, major lawsuit potential, and maybe the core motivation for this CC.)
xxxx
Q: Has STTK considered DOC tech which measures body temp for early flu warning?
A: Considered, but requires embedding device in animal, and ???
Gary Nash, Ceocast
Q: What exactly was inaccurate about Stocklemon report?
A: Can't comment until legal papers are filed.
Huh? Market cap obviously decreases as the price per share decreases. Take the price per share and multiply it by the shares outstanding, and there's your market cap.
AAGM's is next to zero
I havent made mention to him concerning a reverse split, in quite some time. When I did ask that question about 3 months ago, I was met with "we have no discussed the reverse split issue".
So I'm going to assume there will be much of the same, as far as responses go.
Lets face it, the stock has based and cant get jump started until the company has positive news, or some scamlike website promotes the hell out of it.
I'm just holding onto my sub .0004 shares - hope for better days.
Yes, the information I obtained was thru email correspondence.
Perhaps his replies are being sent to your bulk mail or junk mail folder on accident. Check there - happened to me many times

GSHF filed a Form 2-E with the SEC yesterday. I smell something dilutive on the way.
Whenever a stock's shareprice moves up significantly, it seems the company finds it an opportune time to sell stock into the volume.
I hope thats not what is happening in this case..

MASSENA, N.Y., April 12, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Michelex Corp. (Pink Sheets:MLXO) has reached and signed a settlement agreement with Wells Fargo to end any/all litigation.
Michelex has agreed to pay Wells Fargo $1,025,000.00 by April 20, 2006. Michelex also agreed to pay $1,400,000.00 by August 31, 2006 in full settlement of all debt to Wells Fargo. In turn, Wells Fargo has agreed to forgive $633,684.18 of debt for any claims Michelex has against Wells Fargo. Thomas Gramuglia feels that this settlement was necessary in order for the company to return to "pre-2004" levels and regain its market share
Just for giggles, what keeps the longs of this forum clinging on for dear life while each day the shareprice loses 20 - 30% of it's value?
Dont you just have to sell at some point and stop the pain?

I can tell you for a FACT that Medical Makeover Corp was NOT already the distributor for Biometis.
I can tell you for a FACT that the only way MMAM would benefit from the Walmart & CVS Pharmacy relationship Biometis had, is if MMAM aquired Biometis (they did not). ONLY thru the aquisition of Biometis, would MMAM have received ANY of the financial benefits such a large chain contract would offer.
Ofcourse you can obtain this information yourselves, if you'd simply phone Mr. Randy Baker (561) 350-6847 or email him at

Why is everyone here speaking as if AAGM did well today??? It's -17% on volume of 5,504,970 shares
I picked up shares today on the significant pullback, yet I am wondering why everyone is so excited on such a terrible trading day?
Please advise...
If anyone here has ANYquestions whatsoever, you can contact Randy Baker at (561)350-6847.
Why is it that no one here has spoken to Mr. Baker concerning the Biometis aquisition termination?
I cannot believe the shareprice continues to remain stagnant while franchise expansion news arrives on a weekly basis. FTFY is DEFINITELY off the radar of the investment community.
I'm loaded at .15 and will add on any significant dips, and/or when I see above average volume enter in.
This is truly retarded...
Here's what you do. See the number I posted? See the name? Call it
Thats how you know if its true or not
Where did you read or hear that the CEO "said" to expect a PR this week ?
This is a re-post from an IRC chatroom.
Please call Mr. Peter Lapnieks to confirm it's validity if you wish.
AIDO is primed for takeoff if true, and anything under .31/share bought now, will seem like a gift in a few days time.
<Kimnz29> spoke to AIDO ir this morning fwiw.... Peter Lapnieks 1- (250) 384-2077 said they are working on contracts and more pr's this week
Trying to add shares of FTFY @.15 (no dice)
From the SEC filing JUST OUT!
In Thailand, the Government has expressed their desire to implement an identification and trace back system as a result of the recent Avian influenza outbreak. We demonstrated our RFID technology in meetings held with government officials in May and October 2004. With the completion of Thailand’s election on February 6, 2005 and the appointment of the new Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives in March 2005, numerous meetings have been held with government officials.
AIDO new SEC filing out - good news! Read page 7

Back in FTFY today at .15 Took some decent profits over .20
.15 is chart support
Should bounce here and reverse trend a bit
As you could tell by the information in the post I am replying to, I held 27,000,000 shs of PYPR at .0004 average.
I've since accumulated 13,000,000 additional shares @.0002 over the last month or so, bringing the average down to .000335
I now own a total of 40,000,000 shares.
Volume yesterday was extremely nice. Not certain what website's pumping this one, but I do hope it has some follow thru. Would be quite lovely to see a trend reversal, but this one's an albatross. Would take some serious volume to get it going. Hope the market makers have had their fill in the .0002's and .0003's and are now willing to step aside and let her rip.
Good luck to all

MLXO - huge gapper tomorrow AM, into PR
don't know if the PR is coming tomorrow, but I got word that either tomorrow or thursday, the PR is coming and my contact tells me it's gonna be very detailed.......my contact tells me they also have 2 big contracts sitting on the table.....folks who've ordered from them before want their business again becasue of the quality of their products, instead of what they've been getting, the cheap chinese stuff.....
here's the DD again, in case you've missed it.....if you buy in today, tomorrow will be a nice gapper, or if that PR comes, it may just run into the teens tomorrow.
MLXO is about to have a turnaround story not seen in quite a while imo.
This should do a 4-6 bagger minimum in the next few days to weeks, as this beaten down stock and company is starting to rise from the ashes with a whole new financial plan and outlook, and also has a extraordinary set of circumstances going for it which I will get into shortly. The stock has risen in the last week, mainly due to rumors leaking about the changes which I will go into occuring and also some short covering just beginning, but since this stock used to trade near a dollar with pretty much the same share structure, it has alot further to go.
Michelex Corporation operates as an integrated audio replication and multimedia fulfillment company that provides various products and professional grade services to customers throughout North America. It operates in three divisions: Michelex Plastic, Michele Audio, and Michelex Media Products. The Michelex Plastic division provides a range of plastic injection molded multimedia packaging products and fulfillment services. Its products include jewel boxes, trays, digital versatile discs (DVD) Boxes, and C-Shells for compact discs (CD) and DVD-based products; Norelco boxes and C-0's for cassette-based products; and video boxes and poly boxes for video home system-based products.
Publicly known reasons to buy.....
1. Market-Cap; Right now at .035 and an O/S of 84 Mil Gives MLXO a Market-Cap of $3 MIL!!! Their last 10K showed $15 MIL Revs, and a Asset Base of $15-16 MIL, NOT COUNTING THEIR VACANT PROPERTIES, We estimate you can add another $5-7 MIL Assets for a total asset value approaching $20-$25 million.
Public information
Asset of Land and Buildings $12 to 14 million
Equipment $2.5 to 3.5 million
Hindsight Audio Business $2.5 million
"NEW DEVELOPEMENTS"
The Michelex Massena New York property has escalated in value since the $130 million race track development is going forward. And will more than likely be sold to one of the NASCAR Developers. The sale of this land will help alot in getting an influx of cash into the companies coffers so it can once again go full bore into its plastics business.
The Bottom line here is that Fair Market Value puts Michelex stock at a Minimum of .175-.18 Per Share and thats without any Forward Speculation. short covering, momo hype. etc. You can easily add another .10 per share to that and thats approx. where the stock was before Cornell and Wells Fargo began Short-Selling it into the ground (I will go into this). MLXO Ran to $1.58 a share in October 2004 after the PR of Signing a $10 MIL Standby Equity Loan with Cornell. Look at the chart.
2.Relisting on the OTCBB- Tom (CEO) said that they had to settle with Wells Fargo first and get their Refinancing Complete in order to do so, and now it has been. Now thats done they can get relisted. Their Accounting Firm is finishing up their 10K and 10Q's so they can File them. He said sometime in the next 30 to 90 Days MAX, they would be back on, Depending on how long the Accounting takes. He hopes it can happen in the next 30 days, but cannot promise that.
3.They have several Locations around the country But their MAIN plants are in Salt Lake City and Massena New York they have 75-80 Injection Mold Machines between them, They have Approx. 25-30 Employees Currently working, with Approx. 50-70 or more Temporarily Laid-off until Financing is complete. Their Former Clients are anxious to buy from Michelex again once they are up and running according to Tom G. He had the Company Assessed last fall, by a Firm, and they have the Capability "RIGHT NOW" of producing $25-30 MIL Revs/Year, but they have lacked the Capital for Raw Materials and Operations Capital, This was caused by Wells Fargo not Fullfilling their Loan Contract as Wells Fargo wanted to gain control of the company, as well as Cornell Capital SHAFTING THEM by Short-selling the Company into .01-.02 Pennyland. Now BOTH Are out of the way. They still owe Cornell some Money (not much-$600 k) but Cornell is Under SEC Cease and Desist order from touching Michelex. And if Indicted and Convicted will be owing Michelex "HEFTY RESTITUTION" For the Pillage of the Michelex stock. One of the 9 companies that Cornell is being investigated for unfair stock and finance practices is in fact MLXO
4. SMALL FLOAT, VERY VOLATILE, FAST MOVER, $$$MONEY MAKER FOR GROUP PLAYS!!!!!!!!! AND NO PUMP AND DUMP GOING ON WHATSOEVER AND THATS GUARANTEED!!!!!!!
Share Structure Per Transfer Agent 03-08-2006
Authorized:.. 100,000,000
Outstanding: 84,543,537
Restricted:... 57,170,120
Float:........... 27,373,417-of which there is perhaps really ONLY 15 million or so since much of that is tied up with long term investors who will not sell for under .25. Think of that, a 15 m float for a stock priced under .05 with an asset base over $20 million. Can you see the possibiliites here?
5.Their "ONLY COMPETITOR" In the U.S. " JUST WENT OUT OF BUSINESS"!!! This can be CONFIRMED PUBLICLY, And the U.S. Companies Like the "HIGHER QUALITY" of Michelex Products verses the Cheap Chinese Junk. So The Future is Looking very bright here. Michelex Former Clients (Before the Lay-offs) want Michelex Products NOW.
7.Right now is the Perfect time to buy this stock, Low Float, and Cornell Capital has been served a Cease and Desist Order by the SEC to "NOT TOUCH" Michelex stock, so no Manipulation from Cornell will be expected anytime soon and Wells Fargo is out of the Picture but STILL needs to COVER!! Michelex is just begining it's rise back to Fair Value Land as the Shorts have begun Covering. Best to run it before the Shorts get much covered, SQUEEZE PLAY, BIG BOUNCE!
Picked up shares of FTFY at .16 just now
Just came home from a mini holiday & saw FTFY traded as low as .17/share
In my opinion, she should double bottom around .15
I'll be an agressive accumulator at these levels.
For the gentleman requesting more "detailed" information on the company, simply contact Mr. Forrest Stewart at the following email address:
fwstewart@att.net
Good news, yet the stock sells down. I'll be re-entering FTFY on dips to .22 and below (if opportunity presents itself)
So far, this has been my largest percentage gain winner of 2006 (swing trading it)
Just sold @.32 from .22 entry yesterday. Excellent "buy on dips" stock - doesnt get any better
FTFY now .35 from .22 entry yesterday - decision time here for me
Re-entered shares of FTFY today at .22 - amazing the dip buying potential.
Just the other day it hit .13 then right back into the .30's
So an entry from the low .20 area should provide nice profits on the next chart reversal.
FTFY printed .13 today ! lol - wow. I was on the bid at .14 .15 .16 & .17 yet the scumb*g market makers werent filling .
Nice that they pulled the bid to trigger some stops.
I hope to have another chance at re-entry next week.
Cant believe how dead this message board is.
refuse2lose - please respond
You wrote: "FACT: MANAGEMENT OWNS OVER 80% of the O/S...watch this B%TCH EXPLODE when it gets more volume"
I had asked you to provide proof that management owns 80% of all shares outstanding.
Are you going to do this?
Where do you get your figures that management owns more than 80% of the outstanding shares? Do you even know the exact number of shares outstanding?
FTFY is now .44 -- and you can hear a pin drop in here
FTFY hit .40 today and no one's even here. So sad. I took some very nice profits at .37 and will hold the rest.
I still cant get over the fact that this board is so dead
FTFY just hit .25/share on high volume. Cant believe how dead this forum is/has become. Where is everyone? I'm up an enormous amount, and cant even share the joy with anyone!
