The Chief finds it odd as well, A PR is announced for a company and it is NOT stickied? Is a PR not official? Blogs are stickied and Opinions on a CC call [which is NOT QASP] is stickied BUT
A real PR should be stickied [good or bad] this is a forum that is supposed to provide info and discussion on stocks..
