Hi, I'm doing my DD on ABAT and I just read the accusations of "Variant View", and I was wondering if the BoD from ABAT will prosecute them for false reviews of the company?
The Street also downgraded from buy to hold...
OK, thanks OldBiker for the elaborate answer, now I have a better view on things...
GLTY bro
OldBiker, you are much more experienced as I am and I was wondering after reading your last post of what could be the reason why anybody would exchange/trade their Commons for Preferreds?
Tony said BUY, this will be HUGE and I'm so EXCITED,... yeah right... now we know why, he was so eager that he hardly couldn't wait for the extra 5 billion shares to be autherized.
O yes Tony is such a nice guy isn't he? He only thinks about himself,... uhh I mean the shareholders...
He even had to issue another podcast because the PPS wasn't rising enough according his plan... Or could it be that the longs all bought the float and therefor he was obliged to issue a mere 5 billion to satisfy the herd of buyers...?
Good things are coming our way and those who master patience will be rewarded IMO, its just a matter of time now...
Tank the tank when it tanks and thank me later...
This will likely be the scenario...
We have to wait al least a year until we can trade our Q divi's from ENTI, until that time MMX is long gone to PTEL and the value of ENTI will be minimal, (like this has so much room to decline ... duh). By then ENTI will trade close to .0001.
By the time we can trade our PTEL divi's, PTEL will be heavily diluted and also trade close to .0001, so we have two time zero on our hands. Obviously the market knows that too, hence the lack of appreciation in the GREAT, HUGH, and EXCITED deal from ENTI...
I've been following EVCA for almost a month now so I don't get the deja-vu you alluded to...
Yeah, I had some of mine removed too...
OK, some of them were over the line and I can see why they did it, but an equal amount of them were about stocks or at least an opinion, or a reply to someone, about a stock, yet they got removed too.
This is the first stock related message board I encountered on the internet where they keep it very tight indeed.
One can only post about shares and the rest will be deleted...
I'm almost sure that this one will be deleted too...
Now about EVCA and as an answer to the dilution query;
If they choose for dilution in combination with other means of financing then the SP won't tank much IMO. And when it does it only gives us investors a change to pick some really cheap ones.
Obviously this counts for the bigger investors too, so I wouldn't rule it out of the equation.
In most cases the SP goes down in accordance to the % of dilution.
Because we have a low SP as for now, that means that IF they issue more shres it will be alot IMO.
We have at least 6 more trading days to go until the 15th, so I expect some shorting, so for those who wanna pick up some cheapies I think we'll have ample opportunities to do so.
Correct me if I'm wrong, GLTY
Told ya yesterday that it would be restricted shares, and I also said see ..5's by friday... oops my mistake it was today...
Yep the market must love all this GREAT, HUGH, and EXCITED news...
Come on people, BUY, Tony need his paycheck... oops, that is paycheck'S now...
Lets hope it's good news, because of their expansion drift it could easily mean issuing new shares to fund their goals and that wouldn't be "good news", so we have to sit it out I guess, and yet again wait longer ...
Old cow, sour milk, nobody wants that, not even for FREE...
With such a GREAT, HUGH and EXCITED news this stock should be skyrocketing... see ya at 5's by friday...
we're still in the triple zeros,... hmmm how odd... lol
Very itchy hour I must say, look at the chart, I hope my heart rate never swings like that... or is it an earthquake...
BTW, thanks OB for the r/ clarification.
sorry oldbiker to bother you with this but in your quote you used
\r a few times, what does it stand for?
"I have noticed rumors on the Internet that you will be setting up an EVCARCO dealership selling electric and hybrid cars in North Miami.\rI would like to find out these rumors are true.\rIf they are, I would also like to find out if you have any intentions of setting up an EVCARCO dealership in Vegas also and if so, which dealership will be set up first.\rThank You"
I dropped a dolla in one of those payphones, didn't even bother to call, and the revenue of PTEL doubled immediately...
This is gonna be HUGH am so EXCITED, BUY before its too late...
LOL
"With uplisting, .02-.05 minimum..." what will happen to the share structure of nearly 8 billion after or during the uplisting?
"As part of the proposed plan, Encounter Technologies' Music Matrix web site will be acquired by Pegasus Tel, in exchange for preferred shares of Pegasus. Those shares from Pegasus will be utilized by Encounter to fund a shareholder dividend to all Encounter shareholders."
I'm not as experienced as many on this board but aren't preferred shares restricted in the beginning?
I am not denying the fact that MMX has some potential, and with the LOC of 20mil they can attract some bigger fish to the pond but with a share structure of 8 billion I just don't see the SP rise as much. And those PTEL shares are gonna be restricted, except nobody knows for how long...
After reading every post on this board (please stop pumping!!) I tend to lean to the sceptical views of tavycal, and especially this part; "You better hurry up and buy because time is running out".
Tony seems VERY eager for us to buy as many as we can doesn't he, and also VERY altruistic of him to give us some extra days to do so!!
(Have you noticed the dry mouth when he speaks?
No? Listen again, its so typical for someone who is telling lies)
-these are just my thoughts and gut feeling speaking-
MMX is/was his main revenue and now his giving it away for 8 billion diluted shares in an illiquid company...
Sure revenues will go up for MMX but divide that with 8 billion shares and we can all have a cool 0.0001 EPS...
I'm sorry for those who get sucked in with hollow promises, but I just don't see it happen. IMHO
Yep jimblob; "Free tshirt, free dividends, free stock in another company. What's next?" A FREE ride to 0.0001 in both stocks!!
Nothing is ever free and when it sounds too good to be true then it isn't...
I'm by no means as experienced as most of you guys on here, so I'll shoot a rookie question;
Is it possible that they are gonna use those class B preferred shares to welcome one of the Dezer party on board with EVCA?
jimblob you asked me to "Please explain".
Quote: "All I see are 2 great products and services being divided into 2. 1 gets automatic uplist. The other is still uplisting."
- which 2 great products? (MMX could be 1, what is the other?)
- the value of ENTI with MMx out of their hands is now what?
- PTEL isn't a great service, or do you see a market bubble in payphones arising?
- ENTI is uplisting, with what? Film Rookie...?
So, please explain?
wow, oldbiker, I do hope for your sake that evca doesn't screw up after you recommended it to other chapters etc...
Why will PTEL raise their authorized to at least 20 billion if not 50 billion if they need about 8 billion for the ENTI lot?
And what did you mean with the abbreviation "OT" in your previous post?
No insider selling
http://www.insidercow.com/history/company.jsp?company=evca
With MusicMatrix gone out of Encounter Technologies Inc how much is ENTI then worth in respect to the SP?
MMX Was the main driver and its gone, so at first glance 2 for 1 looked ok, but if you think about its starting to look a bit fishy to me....
This is really weird, PTEL traded at 0.25 this morning and with a staggering volume of 250, yes 250!! the stock went up 700%!!!!!!!
I wouldn't be surpriced if someone dropped 300 tomorrow and PTEL trades at 0.2, then a 100/1 split and we're at 0.0002, and MMX is included in that price...
PS: My broker doesn't recognize PTEL...
I just used a pay phone from PTEL and the bid went up again...
PTEL still owes 269999$ though, keep calling lol
I have a question about the uplisting.
ENTI Has about 8-10 Billion O/S, so when they get uplisted from the Pinks to the OTCBB will they do some kind of split, or is it possible to trade one day on the Pinks with 8 billion O/S and the next on the OTCBB with 80 million shares without doing some kind of split?
What are T Trades?
In reply to the "HOPE" quote;
It is obvious that the only thing that can change something in a persons mind is when a calamity happens, then suddenly they wake up out of their easy life and see it differently.
Then the addiction kicks back in and they all fall into their old patterns of habbits and same mistakes...
That is why I alluded to "hope for a oil disaster", because this is the only time that they realize the true danger of (oil, gas nucleur), is when a calamity happens.
Thousands of bright people have proven that fossil fuel is bad.
Oil shouldn't be burned, because there are too many diffenrent applications for it, it is just plain stupid to burn it.
Collect the power from the sun, our mother of life, and the dirty pollution is gone forever.
Geeesh people are stupid!!
The sun radiates more power in an second then we humans as a whole need in a year.
If those stinking oil barons didn't thwart the green industry in the past, we would've lived in a cleaner world by know.
So I hope for an oil spill or something similar to stop those greasy monsters... because common people don't listen when someone says that we need to change our behaviour...
No, they get laughed at by idiots shouting "tree hugger etc", you know the ones I'm talking about...
I'm not saying that because I invest in the green industry and with every fossil calamity my shares pop, no I see big things happening and I profoundly believe that this will one day be mainstream.
Don't worry the pumps won't dry up tomorrow, but in a gradual fashion you will see the shift occuring...
PS: read some articles about nano technology and Li Batts, within a few years they will charge faster then you can fill your ol' haywagon...
In the meantime, GO EVCA!!!
NASCOW Are you such an oil addict who has trouble of letting it go?
These things need time and thats the only thing that lies ahead of us, endless seas of time,... and times are changing....
As long as oil prices are up you'll see an increase in the broad green field, and as it currently stands thats not about to change in the old direction anytime soon.
I believe we'll see several spikes in oil prices this, and next year, and hopefully an oil disaster at the same time, and you can rest assured that the old way of life has lost it forever. No matter how much lobbyists are crawling to Washington!!
You won't recognize the world anymore in 2020 if you keep on being stubborn and franticly holding on to the past.
PV's, EV's, Lithium storage... will be the main future whether you like it or not...
He would certainly be an asset to the managment team, possibly new CEO who knows, (money talks) but one thing is for sure this guy will be there for the long run.
He knows his way around, has alot of connections and the right attitude for the job.
Lookin' very good indeed!!
This could be the golden nugget from my dreams...
Or the nail for my coffin from that other dream...
Very interesting read OB, it really was, but I'm not familiar with "Working WITH" as in "Catch the Working WITH"..."
Can you clarify on that wise dude?
Interesting read in the meanwhile...
3D self-assembling nanostructure for cathodes enables very rapid charge and discharge without sacrificing capacity; potential for EVs
21 March 2011

Researchers at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign have developed a self-assembling three-dimensional nanostructure for battery cathodes (Li-ion and NiMH) that allows for faster charging and discharging without sacrificing energy storage capacity. Their findings are published in the journal Nature Nanotechnology.
The bicontinuous nanoarchitecture consists of an electrolytically active material sandwiched between rapid ion and electron transport pathways. The team achieved rates of up to 400C and 1,000C for lithium-ion and nickel-metal hydride chemistries, respectively (where a 1C rate represents a one-hour complete charge or discharge), enabling fabrication of a lithium-ion battery that can be 90% charged in 2 minutes.
This system that we have gives you capacitor-like power with battery-like energy. Most capacitors store very little energy. They can release it very fast, but they can’t hold much. Most batteries store a reasonably large amount of energy, but they can’t provide or receive energy rapidly. This does both.
—Paul Braun, a professor of materials science and engineering
Braun’s group wraps a thin film into three-dimensional structure, achieving both high active volume (high capacity) and large current. They have demonstrated battery electrodes that can charge or discharge in a few seconds, 10 to 100 times faster than equivalent bulk electrodes, yet can perform normally in existing devices. This kind of performance could lead to phones that charge in seconds or laptops that charge in minutes, as well as high-power lasers and defibrillators that don’t need time to power up before or between pulses.
Braun is particularly optimistic for the batteries’ potential in electric vehicles. Battery life and recharging time are major limitations of electric vehicles. Long-distance road trips can be their own form of start-and-stop driving if the battery only lasts for 100 miles and then requires an hour to recharge.
If you had the ability to charge rapidly, instead of taking hours to charge the vehicle you could potentially have vehicles that would charge in similar times as needed to refuel a car with gasoline. If you had five-minute charge capability, you would think of this the same way you do an internal combustion engine. You would just pull up to a charging station and fill up.
—Paul Braun
All of the processes the group used are also used at large scales in industry so the technique could be scaled up for manufacturing.
They key to the group’s novel 3-D structure is self-assembly. They begin by coating a surface with tiny spheres, packing them tightly together to form a lattice. Trying to create such a uniform lattice by other means is time-consuming and impractical, but the inexpensive spheres settle into place automatically.
Then the researchers fill the space between and around the spheres with metal. The spheres are melted or dissolved, leaving a porous 3-D metal scaffolding. Next, a process called electropolishing uniformly etches away the surface of the scaffold to enlarge the pores and make an open framework. Finally, the researchers coat the frame with a thin film of the active material.
The result is a bicontinuous electrode structure with small interconnects allowing the lithium ions to move rapidly; a thin-film active material, so the diffusion kinetics are rapid; and a metal framework with good electrical conductivity.
The group demonstrated both NiMH and Li-ion batteries, but the structure is general, so any battery material that can be deposited on the metal frame could be used.
We like that it’s very universal, so if someone comes up with a better battery chemistry, this concept applies. This is not linked to one very specific kind of battery, but rather it’s a new paradigm in thinking about a battery in three dimensions for enhancing properties.

This is mere speculating, not an advice to buy or sell.
I'm not so experienced to give that, I was just giving my point of view.
Since we all speculate here I've come up with a possible scenario, not a film script though, but rather a potential prelude of things to come.
My view is that they will do a Public Offering or a Bought Deal for those rich investors, because they want to get in as early as possible, and we all know that the price will come down after they issued the PR on the PO or BD. Which in our case doesn't have to be bad, on the contrairy, we would then know who's getting on board and if they are loading up so should we...
The downside is dilution...
I say its time for revolution OldBiker when I read your last comment...
This will sooth your mind bro:
Composed, if ZAAP was/is such a POS why did it go from 0.48 to 1.86 in less then two months time?
Thank you artist12, I didn't see the announcement that they did an offering, can you provide a link to that please?
