Everything you and others have reported JD as saying has shown to be correct, he was just a bit more optimistic about when he would be able to release a PR with the good news than reality has shown. It’s good for the board to see he was willing to put in print what he has been saying in calls and emails.

I think JD is listening to the shareholders by putting this out. He takes our calls, and at least reads our Emails. I sent one the other day, have not heard back, Sho? I agree he would have to wait for the other Parties involved to agree to any release of news related to agreements that may or may may not have been made.

This does not prohibit him from updating current and interested investors that at this time, the NDA is still in place and discussions continue, that the university continues its efforts, that the 2nd and 3rd quarter financials have been released and that 4th quarter financials are being worked on. There, I got a PR started for him, I know he's busy, he can spend an additional 5 minutes on finishing it up.

Considering it's been 4 Months since a PR. JD should do a PR to Update rather than waiting for things to come together, waiting for things to come together, waiting for things to come together.... After 4 months, an update is in order while we are waiting for things to come together.

Keep in mind also that JD switched back to the Old accountant to get the last quarter financials done faster than this New accountant was moving along. There is a reason JD wants to get this puppy current, things ARE coming together!

The Only Specs I can think of that JD would be messing with at his level would be packaging and presenting them to and from different sources. I've never seen him state any direct involvement in developemnt of Specs for the Fuel Cell. At his level, he would be involved at understanding and communicating the Specs of the fuel cell results from the University, to interested Parties and Results needed from interested parties to the University.

Shirley Boodoosingh is nothing new. She has been listed on the Financials as having an interest in SWMW since SYMW inception. Joel Boodoosingh was President before the company name change and focus on Fuel Cell.

Why the delay?

The one he changed, address as well, is under the Company Tab, then Contact information. Investor Tab information and number is the same as before. The number that used to be listed under Contact information was not a working number. The new number listed I was able to contact him at last month.

At Least Davenport did finally updated the Website with the correct Phone number like he said he would.

First, let me state that I am holding long, a large number of SYMW shares, and will continue to do so. I do believe that the stock is currently at good price to buy and that eventually, we will see a good return on our investment.

We may be able to hold off the price dropping, or delay it, but with out the company reporting data it will not go up.

It is concerning to me though that, if I am understanding correctly. The last financials released were for 1st quarter ending 3/31/2009. Since then, 3 additional quarters of 2009 have ended and 9 month has past. The President, Treasurer and Director Mr. Davenport when asked in January 2009 about the delay and lack of financial reporting does not take responsibility and blames it on a new accountant. The delay was stated as being due both because of the new accountant having to go back and do all the previous years him self and due to conversion of Canadian dollars and American dollars. After 9 months of no financial reporting the Companies Treasurer then states that the new accountant has completed the financials but he is electing to now change to another accountant to do financials for year ending 12/31/2009.

It’s difficult for me to understand why the President and Treasurer can not supply timely financials and take ownership of any delays. A new accountant is not a good business reason for such delays. All business financial transactions between companies in different countries have a date and time the transaction was conducted. At the time of the transaction, the bank or financial institution handling the transaction states the conversion rate and any fee they charge for the conversion and or transfer of funds. This document is given to the accountant, it makes their job easy, all they have to do is plug in the numbers. I have no doubts we will have financials by late April, as the IRS will not accept the new accountant story.

I would sell at a higher price. If money is needed, you would not have to sell as much at a higher price. This also reduces impact and retains shares.

Thats a Good thing. Strong interest in the stock. Currently, good buy support at 0005, if this holds, we move up. I think we only need about 6MIL more buys at 0005 to move up.

Yes, this is the longest I think we have ever waited for a PR. I've averaged down about as far as I can go at this point. I own enough of the company I should have been invited to the Holiday Party! We will get a PR, just hope its a good one. Thanks for reminding me about that Movie, it was good, gotta go out and rent it now.
