couldn't agree more.
gotcha. Thanks
Are you saying that any new investors couldn't invest in the company with the requirement of paying off the Toxic debt currently on the books?
That would be great news. I think it makes sense for Dr. Victor to play a role in the company, but not sure it is as a CEO.
Don't know, but I'm guessing it was because he didn't want all the negative tweets hitting him and reflecting poorly on his normal business.
Great question.
Well, let's be realistic. If it is going to actively trade, it won't go trade at $0.00. Darn near zero is possible, but zero?
If this is all that you lost, count your blessings. Some of us are down way more than 4K.
Sage,
Who says this technology won't change the world of medicine. I think you are looking at the impact of your investment and it's current state/value. I believe the technology is going to move on and the company will continue to operate. The issue is the talk of all the dilution of current share holders. As one of those lucky shareholders, it is very unfortunate.
But, the reality is that if I were a private equity firm looking to invest in the company, why wouldn't I require the payoff of the toxic debt first? Why would I risk money on the table to have YA take it over?
So what you are saying is that if his product can make someone walk that couldn't before, he should do treatments on our common stock. :) I would like to see our barely alive stock start to rise and walk again.
Is it possible to trade less than .0001?
I agree 100%, and ask the question of where do you think the stock price will be in 12 months? In my opinion, it will be higher. The part that I get frustrated with is the fact that any revenue or additional financing/capital coming in the door will be for growth vs. eliminating the toxic debt, which in return is the issuance of more shares. Again, I believe the PPS will be higher than where it is today, but the dilution limits the potential of where we all thought it could have gone.
This isn't the first time. There was a time when the page was changed (not so doom and gloom) and it was changed back to BBW's version.
She works for the company. The better question is...what does she do that deserves the amount she is being paid, and what is the value that she brings to the SVFC table?
Can't wait. :)
Correct, I missed it, which is my fault.
Got it..thank you!
Can you share where you saw the March 10Q/A? I looked at the most current news and didn't see March mentioned in it. Has that been released, and if so, can you share the link?
agreed. Very frustrating.
What's his number?
Curious. Has anyone called the investor relations phone number on the intellicell website (212-249-3050) and ask WTF is going on? I'm thinking of doing it, but expecting them to say something along the lines of we cant share anything as it would be a violation. BLAH, BLAH, BLAH.
Too funny.
Only time will tell if you are correct or if the longs are correct.
Larry,
I read it as it is a 10 year agreement unless one of the two parties decided to cancel, which would require a 30 day written notice.
Maybe I missed something, but what does this have to do with SVFC?
Nice try. IMO
If I read your post correctly, they don't receive the monthly cash payments until the increase in capital is raised for SVFC? Therefore, the only cost at this point is the issuance of a few million shares of stock? I recognize that it is considered dilution (minimal), but not too bad considering the potential to raise a ton of cash. If they raise 15 million, that would allow them to pay off the toxic debt.
IMO
I look at it as if they actually raise $15 million dollars, then they can pay off the toxic debt.
Dr. Victors interview in August of 2013. He states that if you don't follow the process correctly...you will kill some the cells.

I agree. Especially at this price.
I hope so, but the lawsuit is still a distraction.
If you looked at the letter that was flashed on the video from the FDA, it was from 2012. I'm guessing that if they did know about the dead cells, and that's an "if" that I'm questioning. Don't you think they would have revamped the process over the past 1-2 years. I think the DR. in Australia is taking intellicell's process and trying to claim it as their own with a few supposed tweaks.
This article is concerning, but I think the results of the IND is what we are waiting to see.
Really? How do you think that is going to get paid off.
So hypothetically...if an investor came in with $6 million (+ accumulated interest)they could invest in the company any as part of the requirement of investing require the money be used to pay off all of the toxic loans?
Crap, my bad. So I tried again...maybe he is a real estate agent in California.
With a massive shareholder lawsuit to go along with it.
IMO
I googled him and he is a Doctor in Missouri...assuming it's the same guy.
Drug,
To my knowledge, there has not been any announcement that this has or is happening. There were some shares issued to settle and close out the IR deal, but outside of that...I'm not aware of it. Although, I wonder if you know something the rest of us don't? :)
imo
