varok, how do you read the answer Mallard received from p.r. ??? Post 3377, Florida
MALLARD, Does that mean next week, next month, or approx. "when" ????? Bob, the following is the online e-mail adress of the S.E.C. complaint dept. Keep it in your records, while we're deciding whether we want to move forward on this. Regards, Florida www.sec.gov/complaint.shtml.
bob, if you decide you want to contact the S.E.C. too, please keep me in the loop, as I may do it in conjunction with you. Thanks, Florida
There were 4 sellers at the ask of 0.0005. Now we have one. You guessed it, "CLYP", Probably the one selling the remaining batch of the companies shares. How many are still left, how does this company draw some buying interest, and when can we expect that corporate update they promised, are just a few of the unanswered questions this company continues to avoid answering. This "wall of silence" must end and soon. With a company having almost 3/4 of a billion shares out there, and hardly ever trading, just doesn't feel right!!!! Florida
Thanks for your great post varok. Incidentally, out of a dozen or more e-mails that I sent to this company, they answered exactly "one", and this was only after I had mentioned the "possibility" of getting the S.E.C.involved, to find out why they've built up this "wall of silence" around the doings at this company!!! Every company "must" make themselves accessable to all shareholders!!! This is just the way it is. If they insist on testing this fact of life, then they will be obliged in the very near future. The choice you folks have who own shares in this stock is simple. Just let them continue giving "everyone" the silent treatment, while our stock price makes "new lows", or, take a little time and effort to contact them as varok suggested. At least then, they'll know that no one likes being "disrespected" !!!! Florida
dave, believe me when I say, I really don't like doing this, but sometimes you just get angry and frustrated enough that you go that extra mile. If nothing else, they will be made to answer why everything they've been doing lately, is done on the quiet. Every company, no matter how small or where they're listed, has an obligation to "not put their concerned shareholders on hold" !!!!!! If they want a red flag to go up, by having their company checked out by one of the S.E.C. attorneys, then that's their choice. It might take a while, but if this thing is filed, and I have to discuss it with some experienced investors over the weekend, "they will definitely be a lot more open" than they are right now. That in itself, would be a big plus for "everyone" !!!! Regards, Florida
DAVE,we don't care if they're nice or not nice. What I do care about is the way they show complete disrepect for their shareholdrs, and believe they really don't have to keep a line of communication open if they don't feel like it. I know, from a past experience, that a similar thing happened a couple of years ago with another "pink sheet" company. After an official complaint was files, the company became a lot more "open" to theie investors after that. Not only do they have to answer each and every complaint that's filed, but they "must" also send the person that filed the complaint a copy of their answers. You don't necessarily have to do anything illegal to have a complaint filed against you. Hwever, if a company somehow "strayed" from the straight and narrow, that too would come out. If you're going down anyway, and these guys seem to be headed in that direction, then why not fight back, instead of saying oh well, so I lost some money??? Being "nice" is for babies, standing up to people is for "men" !!! Florida
Hello varok. I agree with everything you say. The main problem with the people who run this company is, "they refuse any and all contact with their stockholders"!!!! They must believe that since they trade on the pink sheets, and are a non reporting company as well, they can do "anything they want", including not responding to shareholders, diluting "unknown amounts" of shares and raising the outstanding shares as much as they desire, not keeping any shareholders informed of"anything they're doing behind the scenes", and, in the one instance when they answered 1 of probably 10 or more e-mails from me alone, they believe that's all they needed to do, to keep the S.E.C. off their backs. Well, this theory might be tested, as I'm very seriously considering going on-line and filing a formal compaint with the folks at the S.E.C. regarding exactly what's been going on at this company over the past few months. If nothing else, they will be made to understand that every shareholder counts, and that by answering 1 out of probably 100 phone calls and e-mails from worried investors, they are not off the hook. They have 2 choices if this complaint is filed, continue to do their own thing, while ignoring all investors, and have have the S.E.C. investigate these complaints, or, open their door to their stockholders as they should have been doing all along. I guarantee you one thing, "they will answer the folks at the S.E.C."!!!! Good luck, Florida
Sorry guys, it's almost 5.30 p.m. and still no answer from our president John Zankowski. Sometimes no matter how hard you try, you just can't open the communication line with some people. If someone doesn't respond for whatever reason, there's not much you can really do. I know one thing for certain, not talking to your shareholders privately, or publicly, is terrible public relations. There might still be a way through some different channels, to make sure this company recognizes "all their shareholders", not just the big boys. No matter what exchange a company trades on, there's always "someone" that they can be held accountable to, who cares more about the stockholders, than they do for the behind the scenes big-wigs, that go into seclusion when they don't want to answer any questions. For a company that's projecting great things including a higher stock price and earnings into the year 2009, they have an awful lot to learn when it comes to being up-front and honest with their shareholders. For now, we're kind of at their mercy, especially when they refuse to have any contact with all shareholders. Somehow I think this silent period will end pretty soon. Maybe even sooner than they think. Regards, Florida
arkie, I'll hang on to your e-mail adress. Some of our other posters asked for his reply too,"if there is one", to be posted, so in all fairness I'll oblige them. We probably have a 50-50 chance they will answer. I sent them a follow up e-mail explaining that any answer he sends back would appear on our board. In no way do I want them to feel they are being used, so if he chooses to answer, he's at least prepared that his remarks will be shared by all of us. Can't be anymore up front than that. Regards,Florida
Sorry, didn't mean to leave you out laptop. Since this company seems to be so quiet, I;m not sure if he'll respond or not. Not answering would be the easiest thing for him to do. We'll see what happens between now and the close. Florida
ankie, it looks like it's just you and me left here. If you would like, send me your e-mail in the mail box section, and if he responds I'll share it with you. Regards, Florida
My e-mail is on the way!!!! Hello John: Does the company have any idea when the selling of these diluted shares will finally end???? Since we've had complete silence from the company, with the exception of your last e-mail to me, there are probably many folks that have taken a "wait and watch" stance regarding this stock. Do you guys have any idea how many people are out there just waiting for the day when you'll be able to announce that the present dilution is finally over ???? Since you had to know just how many shares you were in the process of selling, it's kind of surprising that you couldn't attract enough buying at these "new low levels", to have finished this selling by now!!!! Until you officially announce it's really over, and supplement that news with some real positive announcements as well, this stock will remain "in limbo"!!! The ball is in your court. Your next task may be even harder than selling these shares, and that's the job you have in attempting to regain shareholders confidence in IMJX. Those of us that are still on board wish you and your company lots of luck. We realize running any company even a small one is not an easy task. However, if you guys have a solid "game plan", then we should still have a bright future. Respectfully, Richard Lepre, Florida
I've prepared an updated e-mail that I'm in the process of sending to John Zankowsi our president. I will print it out for you folks to read, and if there's any reply, I'll share it with all of you. Florida
earthrhino, with UBSS, and CLYP both at the ask, it looks like the company still has some more shares to sell. Until they sell all of them, which has to happen sooner or later, this stock is in this price range. The question now is, "just how many more shares have to be sold in order to complete this dilution???? With a 50 mil. share day yesterday, it might take one more big volume day, even ifit's mostly selling, to finally finish this thing, and allow this stock to finally breathe again!!! Wouldn't it be great to hear from the company that all shares they had on the market to be sold, were in the hands of "new investors" ????? With that announcement we will probably get a clearer picture from the company, regarding their current and future business plans, and possile future earnings projections. However, until every single share that they've put up for sale, "are all sold, we have no choice but to continue to wait!!!!"!!!!! "When" is the million dollar question. Florida
Where is everyone this morning??? Are you all just waiting for our stock to rally before you post again??? How about some "pre-rally" opinions??? We'll See you all back posting pretty soon!!!! Florida
Eagle, if the company is finished selling, and we don't know for sure if they have, as CLYP is the only one left at the ask of 0.0006, then an announcement regarding the conclusion of dilution, coupled with some of the goodies, that Mr. Zankowski referred to last week, should really get this stock moving again!!!! Today, especially this morning, and tomorrow, will be interesting to watch!!!! Florida
varok, good to see you posting again, personal feelings aside. We might still make some money in this stock if they really sold all their remaining shares. We'll all get a better idea in the next two days! Florida
earthrhino, could it be that the people at this company finally did the right thing and "cleaned out their remaining shares"???? If they did, then we should expect some news regarding the fact that the dilution is now over!!!! With that announcement, they will probably announce a few more positive things that Mr. Zankowski our President mentioned in last weeks E-MAIL.Tomorrow should be a very interesting day for this stock. We should definitely rally upward from here!!!! After they finished selling shares, some as low as 0.0004, the day ended with "all buys"in the last half hour at 0.0006. Florida
Now 16 mil. sold at the bid. MAYBE THE COMPANY FINALLY REALIZED SELL THESE REMAINING SHARES, AND START POPPING OUT SOME REAL GOOD NEWS SOON!!!! fLORIDA
Did someone just buy 11 mil. shares at the ask???? Tell me this is not an error!!!! Florida
Common sense would say you can't sell any substantial amounts of any stock when the volume is this low. Most small companies that put out more shares, usually have the foresight to have enough buyers lined up to buy up all the shares they are putting on the market. Maybe they misjudged the "finish line", and now find themselves unable to dummp the remaining shares, unless they drop their price, which will probably happen sooner or later. They may be forced to release "some" of their good news before these shares are all sold, just to keep some buyers interested. We would be much better off if they dumped "every single remaining share below the market", and got it over with. Then they could announce the sale, what this money is being used for, and plenty of good news regarding the promising future that this company says they have. Sooner or later they will be forced to act!!!! Florida
The only problem here hippie is, "lack of volume". Traders won't go near any stock that doesn't do pretty heavy volume. If they buy it, and it's "not trading like IMJX", how do they sell it?????? Florida
CLYP has now joined UBSS at the ask. We now have double trouble, as either of these guys, or possibly both, could be the ones selling off these remaining shares!!!! Florida
recer, I usually try to concentrate on one stock at a time. Although I keep promising myself that I will stay away from those traded on the pink sheets, I'm still here with this one. You need 90% luck, and only about 10% brains to make any decent money on these penny stocks. I guess it's the one that "worked out well", even if it only happens occasionally, that keeps us in some of these stocks. That and the feeling that owning a lot of shares, will mean there's a possibility of making some big money. My New Years resolution again will be, no more pink sheets or bulletin board stocks in 2007! One day I'll stick to my guns. Regards, Florida
No trades yet, but the bid is 0.0005(11)- the ask is 0.0006(1)-Since we again have UBSS at the lowest asking price,it wouldn't surprise me if he's the market maker selling the remaining shares for the company.Until he's completely bought out, we stay in limbo! Florida
Dear Richard,
ImageXpres is not considering any reverse split in the near or medium-term future. The dilution referred to was in fact a result of the Company's need to fund several large product sales launches, that require substantial cash to accomplish the landing of several major sales contracts, plus other needs related to growth of the business. The total shares outstanding as of 9-15-06 was just over 634 M SHARES.
There will be IMJX shareholder updates and a full accounting of operational results for full-year 2006, along with aggressive sales revenue, and earnings projections going forward into 2007, 2008, 2009. IMJX management believes The Company will be very successful with sales of several key products / services areas, based upon our current product strengths, and competitive advantage in the marketplace.
Our best days are right ahead of us, and with quantitative results will come a stock price uplift.
We hope to announce certain sales results in the very near future, along with several key distributor relationships regarding the LitePix Digital Displays/ Signage and iPrint Kiosk product line.
If the company needs to implement additional funding to accomplish its goals, additional dilution, but substantially reduced in incremental OS totals, could result. Virtually all incremental capital raised by the Company is being used to place units in market trials that will lead to major sales results.
Overall, IMJX management is committed to increasing all shareholder value, and anticipates new shareholders coming in at higher market prices.
Thank you for your email, and support to date, and we look forward to major results in the very near future, along with a marked increase in IMJX stock price and capital valuation.

P.S. No one is ignoring shareholder requests for information, but the ability to provide rapid responses to ( many ) people, is often impacted because of limited resources needed to run the company. You will have to understand that management is working on the right things to increase shareholder value, including improved dissemination of relevant information.

Hello John. After half a dozen attempts to get some questions answered by your p.r. people, someone posted your personal e-mail adress on our message board. Several things are in doubt regarding just what's going on behind the scenes at IMJX. We all seem to know that there has been a dilution of shares recently. What we don't know is, has this selling of company shares finished? If it has, is there any more dilution in our immediate future? Just how many outstanding shares do we have at present, and is the company considering any kind of reverse split ? With this stock very inactive of late, and the share price hovering near our yearly low, don't you think it would be a good idea to issue some sort of corporate update at this time, in order to keep shareholders confidence up when we need it most? It certainly would help clear the air, and probably even attract some "new" shareholders, which we badly need! Any response you can give me regarding some of these questions, will be greatly appreciated. Respectfully, Richard Lepre, Boynton Beach, Florida
von, if our administrator will do that I have absolutely no objection. I read his reponse to my e-mail as being "a very positive one". I will repost it again now for the new folks to read. Regards, Florida
hippie, whenever the company decides to get this stock moving upward again, I believe they will!!! They know that small stocks can have nice moves when the companies release some real good news. Let's hope they've finished selling those shares they put on the market. When they do, we can start to see some movement in this stock. You have to remember, that whoever bought up millions upon millions of these "cheap shares", fully expect to make a profit. Since most of them were purchased at 0.0006 to 0.0009, they have to get it "higher than that"!!!!! Florida
earthrhino, now if we could only get this company to sell these remaining shares at the "bid", instead of trying to get top, dollar when there are no buyers around, we might get back to normal before the year 2007 !!!! FLORIDA
dave, I'll check it out. Thanks, Florida
Bid now at 0.0005 (11)-Ask at 0.0007(3) Florida
dave, when all trades are going through at the "bid", it's usually not a good sign. People always puy buy orders in "below" the market price. The folks selling at the bid "have the strength"!! A couple of more sells, and yes there are buyers at .0005, but for the past couple of weeks, there's been almost all selling at lower bid prices. If you call these lower price sales, buys, that's o.k. with me. Florida
I hear you hippie. The only problem is, this stock will only rally, when they want it to, not before. So far, we've had "zero buys" in the last 2 days!!!! Florida
nwsun, since in his reply he never answered the question, "is the current dilution finished", these shares still being sold, while preventing any upward movement in this stock, are still part of the "old dilution", not a "new one"!!!! We would be a lot better off if they dumped the rest of them at whatever the bid price was at the time. At least it would finally be done with, and this stock would have a chance to "breathe" again!!!! Florida
From last weeks answer to my e-mail to their president. If this is fact and not fiction, why not release something "now", maybe it will help you to sell the shares still remaining to be "sold" ???? Our best days are right ahead of us, and with quantitative results will come a stock price uplift.
We hope to announce certain sales results in the very near future, along with several key distributor relationships regarding the LitePix Digital Displays/ Signage and iPrint Kiosk product line.

Incidentally, those folks that said they had orders in every day at the bid of 0.0006, and never got filled, well today may be your "lucky day", if this mornings opening is any indication. Florida
Since the millions of shares this company has sold over the last couple of months, were sold between 0.0006, and 0.0009, the "buyers" will need it to move upward at least a couple of fractions, to realize their profits. "When" the company has completed the sale of "all these shares", they then "must release some news"!! Otherwise, how could these folks buying make a "profit"! It happens when they want it to happen, not when we want it to! That's the way most of these pink sheet companies operate. It could even go down to 0.0005 today or tomorrow, it all depends just how many shares still remain to be sold. As I said yesterday, all we as shareholders can do for the time being, "is wait and watch"!!! Regards, Florida
stockhippie: I'm with you. Just wish this company would realize the importance of trying to keep all shareholders up to date. When a company is in the open, they gain peoples confidence. When they don't, they lose their loyal investors one by one. This week is not over yet, maybe they'll have a surprise or two for us between now and Fridays close. Regards, Florida
On your last post, which I think was an excellent one, I'm in agreement 100%. It shouldn't have taken me 8 e-mails to get a response from this company. Perhaps the fact that I was seriously considering asking the S.E.C for help in getting these people to answer their stockholders, might have caused them to finally respond. No matter why, they should definitely release a letter to all shareholders, past, current, and future, updating them on just what's been going on within the company for the past 30 days. You're correct in saying that they have absolutely zero skills, in dealing with all their sharehplders, and their current p.r. people, are of no use whatsoever. Unless they get their act together pretty soon, they will have a very hard time getting new buyers to get involved with this company. Regards, Florida
