See justice served! SEC will pay Whistleblowers 10-30% of any financial penalties. Attention Navigata-Westel, Teliphone, UAMA, TNW, Investel, etc. employees, officers, subcontractors, suppliers, etc. You know Benoit Laliberte is a criminal and, if you are able to provide proof, the SEC Whistleblower Program will reward you with 10-30% of any financial penalties levied. This could be worth potentially millions ($USD) to a Whistleblower that can provide insider evidence of fraud, misuse of company funds, false or misleading financial reporting, exaggerated press releases, etc. Could potentially put Benoit in a US jail. Call them today at (202) 551-4790.
LOL. iPCS is nothing and irrelevant. If it was worth anything it would have been sold or licensed by now. AT&T has already set the mold on how Wi-Fi will connect to the world's wireless carriers. More proof that the technology is worth NOTHING. Just another example of Benoit Laliberte and his failures!
CRTC bears down on TNW Wireless! Look at the questions, they are telling and an indication that the CTRC is not fooled. They have researched the complaints filed from the telecom industry in Canada and understand who they are dealing with. Look for the CRTC to turn this down.

Rest easy the SEC finally showing interest.
UAMA has never disclosed criminal CEO to SEC. No record that the convictions for stock fraud and market manipulation was ever disclosed to SEC or investors of UAMA in violation of SEC Rules.
Criminal CEO and criminal enterprise???
What kind of Company has criminal CEO? No real company would have a convicted criminal as CEO.
UAMA never disclosed CEO's criminal record to SEC
FACT: Patents key to SNAP Litigation in hands of Receiver and destined to be released to Bond Capital. Read the court records of the Receivership of Investel Capital Corp., the once highly touted parent company, Patents soon to be released to Bond Capital in accordance with the Security Agreement between Bond Capital and Investel Corporation.
Without Prejudice: To: fromtheUK: No I won't be debating you since you regularly misrepresent the facts. Besides I have no respect for you and don't consider you an equal worth my time
UAMA CEO has a criminal record. Apparently didn't pay fine imposed by Quebec Court and has been an undischarged bankrupt for 10 years. This revealed in court records of Investel Receivership. Investel Capital Corp. was the highly touted parent company and all assets now in hands of the Receiver as part of a breached security agreement.

The former head of Jitec Inc. was convicted yesterday of insider trading and deceiving investors while pumping up the value of his now-defunct Montreal high-tech firm. A judge found Benoit Laliberte, 35, guilty on 41 of 48 counts of breaking Quebec's securities laws. Quebec's securities regulator will seek about $1.5-million in fines plus costs from Laliberte for manipulating share prices while the company was listed on the Montreal Stock Exchange. Thirty of the convictions were for failing to disclose changes in Laliberte's control over Jitec shares. The rest of the counts were for insider trading, deceiving investors in news releases and inflating the value of contracts
UAMA is precipitously close to tanking. No revenue, no cash reserves, accumulated deficit of over $5M and a convicted criminal CEO. CRTC most likely to turn down application. Patents in hands of Receiver. Bankruptcy still in progress. The end is near.
Supporters can't muster a factual defense. Revert to name calling illuminating their own moral and ethical failings.
Supportive posters can't muster positive comment. UAMA clearly in FAIL MODE so they revert to name calling and personal attacks. Investel bought RuralCom, then squandered the obvious upside. Management of UAMA companies (TNW Wireless, Investel, etc.) are DUMB!
UAMA very near financial collapse! Desperate posters can't counter the wealth of negative data on their fraudulent CEO and fraudulent company. Do your own research on the Bankruptcy and Receivership court proceedings. Read the last AUDITED financial report and GOING CONCERN warning. Learn about the land use challenge to Blockchain domes. Learn about the INOPERATIVE cellular network of TNW Wireless, in violation of ISED Conditions of Licence. Read the financials to see NO REVENUE, NO CASH and accumulated deficit of over $5M. One only needs to look at abysimal track record of Benoit Laliberte, the convicted criminal CEO and his losing management team to predict future of this fraudulent enterprise.

No value here! UAMA iPCS MIA, UAMA "SNAP" Litigation MIA, Land Use challenge against BlockChain Domes, Cellular network INOP and MIA, All IP, Patents and Licences MIA. Where's the upside? Auditor issued "Going Concern" warning in YE 2017 Financial Report. No new funding, no revenue and very little cash. Time is running out for the fraudulent and convicted criminal CEO of UAMA.
If a poster supports a criminal CEO of a fraudulent enterprise are they complicit in perpetuating fraud?
Look at pathetic and untrue comments of complicit posters to this fraudulent enterprise run by a convicted criminal. Their blind support for Benoit Laliberte, a convicted criminal, exposes them complicit and exposes them to prosecution.
Bankruptcy ongoing and it appears Benoit Laliberte's companies are going end up paying costs. Read the court proceedings of the bankruptcy to better understand the business ethics of Mr. Laliberte. Bankruptcy been in court over 55 days and banruptcy first filed in November 2016.
Cross check facts, court records on Bankruptcy and Receivership show misrepresentation in UNAUDITED UAMA Q1 Financial Report. Compare "going concern" warning from YE 2017 AUDITED Financial Report to watered down statement in Q1. Excel comparison revealing and forwarded to SEC in support of Complaint filed earlier this year. Many significant misrepresentations. Can hardly wait to read and dissect Q2, when it becomes available.[/b
Must be "on target" with my comments and posts as the only defense complicit posters can come up with is a personal attack. Bring it on because I won't let up until justice is served. Benoit Laliberte can answer for you when you're named as accomplices in conspiracy to defraud. I'm sure he'll thank you for all your support.

All the products of Benoit Laliberte, a convicted criminal. CAVEAT EMPTOR!

Serious signs of UAMA decay? Web sites down, TNW cellular telephone network down and inoperative in violation of ISED conditions of licence. YE 2017 audited financials issued going concern warning. No revenue, very little cash. Bankruptcy still ongoing since November 2016 and now Investel Capital Corp., the highly touted parent company, in Receivership. All IP and Patents in possession of Receiver pending security claims by Bond Capital. How best to describe? Overwhelming distress???
Time running out for UAMA and other complicit posters in full panic mode. Notice the name calling and personal attacks. They can't handle the truth and facts of this criminal CEO and his failing enterprise.
Investel, TNW Wireless in breach of Employment Agreement with ex CEObof RuralCom. Complaint filed with Canada Labour Dept and decision pending.
IS UAMA a criminal enterprise? UAMA CEO, Benoit Laliberte is convicted criminal.
How's the SNAP litigation going? Aren't the patents in the hands of the Receiver per Receivership of Investel Capital Corp.?
Storm clouds all around UAMA. Read the YE 2017 financial report and "going concern"'warning from auditor. Check out the court records on Bankruptcy and Receivership. Very revealing and telling on business practices and ethics of criminal CEO. Expect CRTC to reject the TNW Wireless application. TNW Wireless network down and inoperative. Read about future of crypto and mining. To better predict the future of this enterprise look closely at the track record of this management team. Do your research and caveat emptor!
No evidence UAMA ever disclosed criminal CEO's convictions for stock fraud and market manipulation to SEC or shareholders. SEC complaint filed earlier this year.
UAMA? All you need to know criminal CEO.
