the 'increase' as you observe is from the transfer of the old 'robes' company to new mgt,....now if you were a holder in the old Vencor (and i was) then you might have had an issue with that.
The current OS and float since that time has been pretty much consistent....and now dropped the issued....a good sign.
The CEO is dedicated to building a company..
the release was another good step looking forward....i feel confident that there is no material dilution of OS or float.
Todays action is a pause...usual expected hit by MM'ers....not mgt...and feel we will push through...with more substance coming forward....
if shorts or sellers want to sell - it is their right....but looking to day...about 11mm...not the company....not going to fund a company or anyone down at these levels...
imho
Interesting news out....
Vencor Announces Reduction of 2 Billion Authorized Shares
BOULDER, CO--(Marketwired - Mar 10, 2015) - Vencor International, Inc. (OTC PINK: VCOR) announced today that the Company has reduced the number of authorized common shares from five billion to three billion.
James Gaspard, CEO of Vencor International, stated, "Our main goal is to build a strong and profitable company. In addition to the operations part of our business, we felt that it was important to build investor confidence in the securities side of our business as well. This is the first step in that process. We felt that by lowering the authorized number by 40%, it would show the investment community that we were not relying on dilution of our common stock to fund the business."
The Board of Directors of Vencor International approved the reduction of authorized common shares on March 9, 2015 and has filed the necessary paperwork with the State of Utah to amend the Company's Articles of Incorporation. This amendment does not affect the par value of the Company's common shares or the share price.
Vencor is in the business of manufacturing a torrefied wood product, also known as Bio-Coal that can replace traditional coal in coal-fired power plants around the world. Bio-coal is a renewable energy product produced from timber waste using technology called torrefaction. The physical and energetic properties of the biomass are then much more comparable to conventional coal. The torrefaction process has the added benefit of reducing or eliminating undesirable volatiles, such as nitrous oxides and sulfur dioxides in the Bio-coal. Bio-coal is considered carbon neutral to the environment. The key property that makes Bio-coal attractive for co-firing in existing coal-fired power stations is its superior grind ability compared to untreated or fresh biomass. Bio-Coal has a high energy density and is considered a renewable energy fuel that meets the Renewable Portfolio Standards and Renewable Energy Credits (RECs) in the United States.

Fenix - I agree,,,
is there anyway to update the info on the site? Still has the old CC info on it...and the news in the tab is tab is old (on the vencor hub page it is updated) needs a little clean up.
The shares seemed poised...and what would be great is some sign the mgt sees this much higher...in its plans, ...get back and follow with the release to get off pinks....
that would start to interest a whole new class of $$
slow and steady....
the last (first) run was thin and retail...this is w/o news...large volume and steady...not retail for the most part (imho)
Tells me serious accumulation for much larger...and liquid ....levels....
One of the company's first releases was hiring counsel to get off pinks...to the best of my knowledge this remains a commitment....now looks like there isa bigger picture unfolding ....we dont see it as yet...but support suggests bigger moves ahead.... many options....including char...including sales...expanded production...
i think this company is thinking long term....not dilution and living on pinks..
keep eyes up....
while there will be some trading opportunities...it is hard to use traditional charts and evaluation trade metrics...
This is moving because there is a whale underneath,,,,the tide is rising....
The buys have been pretty big and methodical....
for me a sign of much bigger things to come....this isnt retail....
Thinking of biz....again assuming we are selling our pipeline as is....we can show a 15mm +/- forward rev picture....if they come up with a path that triples that...(and this is more on us then market which can certainly take it)...then we look at 25-35mm....and then we can start reasonably looking to real pennies....01-.02 ..with path higher....and importantly getting off pinks.....
all imho
only in bizzaro land...
yes dumps from .0014 to .0029....keep dumping up! maybe we will end the day dumped up to .003+
hmmm....
got dumped every time up??? and down???
what about news on way up...
my point is balance - if you read one side or other you can see either P or D...but if you look through both and into news and market and efforts...you see company beginning to form.
This is what I am looking at,,,,,shares will go up and down....but as the foundation is built this will move higher and higher over time in line with results....
If they do not produce....if they cant operate...then of course a bad bet......but my $ is on them ,,,
Not looking for short trade....fine for those who do...but can get caught one way or other....
for me...I keep eye on business...and plan unfolding....
GICCTUFY
Review history of trading and releases
releases....steady paced and planned for real growth...real company....
Trading with current mgt there was one run up as the first news of this was out...but small...the total dollars not worthy of scam or dilution or on the other hand meaningful support. This one run from Nov to Feb,,,harldy a pattern ,,,
If a P&D as some suggest then it is pretty pitiful P. There is no real promotion going out...the mgt is totally focussed on getting the foundation in place...for real orders and real $.
This is happening now.
I think we will now see the next steps build a stringer foundation forward....and timely releases again that show we are in business... .
no dilution evident.....
tightening up....looks like tome shorts may need to cover or get buried....

VGPR still has Bio Char contract and the euro deal....so attractive as no overhead....sure in time they will work out updated biz models and inter company arrangements...
but coming together now....
(fyi - hold shares in both)
agree...but i also hold the other....
vgpr still has Char contract, and the original European large one...no overhead...so all to bottom line...my questions will be what is model moving forward - to avoid duplication of resources, investment and HR effort.
i am sure this will be rationalized...but I hope and think all efforts are first going to getting volume production and sales going / repeat orders..then some breathing space to consider options
Looks great
imagine where we are when the co has a little $ to clean up, consolidate and expand
Sales, marketing, IR/PR...all have been on back burner to get the first production going....once the kinks are worked out for standardized work flow to most efficient we will see new modular growth.
feeling better...
the foundation is being built..shares taken in...last run up was speculation....this time for real...I think people are seeing wherer this can go...this is a deal at .003...and .006....long runway...
Re-post
those looking and holding should look way past current levels and look at the business and opportunity.....so many pinks are pure specs...here we have a real foundation....now in its first but real steps...with multi million markets...and means is attainable...
From releases...
the company has 7+5 tons p/h now
if we assume 12 tons p/h X 20 hours X 340 days we get about 80,000 tons
The release for the 3000 ton order was estimated at $600,000 (not accounting for splits to seller)
If we extend 80k tons x $200 (price factor from above) we are looking at a ball park of 16mm of biz beginning to take shape
JG (CEO) indicated they were looking to bring in more capacity as fast as they can. Lets assume we double (conservative) in the next 8 mo we are looking at forward potential revs of well over 30mm.
Now for any that say this is pie in the sky...
ONE coal plant can burn 10mm tons a year of dirty coal. In Europe there is a mandate to reduce coal emissions and bio coal is a known and accepted means to that end. (Note our contract for 3000 tons is for Europe for exactly that purpose.
Point being the market is VAST not even taking into account many alternate uses for bio-coal and sister bio-char.
A couple of models
Lets say an entrepreneurial outfit approached a coal company near a rich wood producing supply center and offered to manage a cheap supply of emission lowering product....coal co puts up land and storage shelter, the papermill/wood co, offers very cheap supply and this little co brings the skill and manages the operation.... volia a pop up factory w very low cost, start up built into model...win win for all....and massive scale
or/and
This same entrepreneurial company looks across the land at the many small operators and with smart investors decides the mission is to consolidate this business as fast as possible....sort of like how united rentals grew amazingly fast in the equipment rental business...low threshold for entry...the key factor for success being achieving scale....
of course in addition are the ongoing direct contracts being pursued or in hand now...
if we look at these type scenarios then we should be able to see that a company with a just a cap of 3-5 mm now has a some pretty strong prospects for growth based on both actuals upcoming and looking out
food for thought
this isnt about .003....but .03.....05 and more....
yes
all biz....he is not a follower of boards...or stock day to day moves...or gossip.....serious guy focused on building a company and results...
unfortunately his conference call late last year was not recorded and posted...it was also strong...he is a stakeholder looking WAY beyond current levels...
but again he is committed to the biomass field as mission....not just $$
we have a serious real leader...
just sent in note to add me - thanks

wow...what a battle going on
like the way its holding up...soon the break out up...
the shorts should be getting nervous....
if this gets over .03 with volume and strong bid...then we may see some volume come in to cover....
We do know heavy trading
We do not know there is diluted in the OS. It is possible that the float has grown , also that shorting bin existent shares
The companies interest is not served by dilution at these levels given potential and history

a good pop for all longs

yes - agree...
except small companies dont have the resources to put out all fires...news is coming pretty fast but also - it is about eyes....time to build critical mass so the next level of $ may be interested....
in the crib very hard for mgt....
i have 100% confidence in the co...so will look to build bigger position very soon...
Thanks Stocked......
many forget this is a stock...and it often does not reflect the company, but trading situations....I suppose i should have seen the short happening, but i am not a day trader. The company is not selling...just common sense....the potential here is so much more...only small ball plays here for rent money...
The huge volume yesterday suggests to the market makers and shorts are waging a battle and looks like maybe...just maybe the worm has turned.....be nice to pop with a squeeze.
The company has to line up ammo..and think this is what they are doing,,,not for this necessarily...but to load with news/results that breaks this out...as well as brings new eyes....and gets back on mission to get out of pinks....as lovely as the company here is.
7tons p/h + 5 tons p/h...assume 6 days a week 18 hours ....over 350,000 tons..and more capacity on the way....contract known others working...clients in hand and new ones coming...genuine sweet spot in market...genuine CEO with integrity working every day very hard,...
This is a real company....the shorts could get caught with a nasty surprise
The only thing we have to go on now are the financials posted on OTC Pinks.
They did the release last year in October that they had cleared the past debt (except for 30k or so). As to assets - unclear. But i suspect small...they have the machines (terms unclear), produce somewhere (a heated dialogue on VGPR thread), and pay whoever is working the machines....minimal office...etc...
I think the real picture will be 1sr qt - which we will not see for some time.
For me - i look to the vega contract, the 'others' JG referred to in releases, the 7 tons p/h plus now an additional 5t p/h with new machine....and look for signs they are realizing this out the door....
I think in the next 1-2 releases they will..and need to give some reality of being in $$ biz
Lots of questions....
for one not sure the source or why we would need to do a joint venture...certainly they to have hands full - as do we.....and we have our production lined up.
If the notes i have are correct we had 7 tons p/h and just added about 5 tins p/h.
If we assume 16 hours a day x 6 days x 300 days we get 345,600 tons...more then they produce.
We were also talking about expansion with another unit.
They seem to be working the same market....but further into process.
However - partnering or , growing production and acquisitions represent a real fast track...
but plenty of room for all....>> A typical (500 megawatt) coal plant burns 1.4 million tons of coal each year.
all fun speculation....
i agree rumors do not constitute information...
but Vencor has put out a series of releases that are fast paced and sequential - there is no reason at this point to doubt the veracity...
They announced means or production, contracts and supply....all in order....the next will very likely be shipping and actuals.
I suggest folks look at the recent events to balance the frustrations from past promises. It is troubling to see the long history of unfulfilled efforts undermine what looks now to be a situation where there is finally real traction for moving forward.
The two last releases - one vega and one vencor - along with the consistent fast paced history of releases and action at vencor dove tail and paint a picture that i would guess says we will see order shipment in the very near future.
there are now - contracts + production + capacity and the next step is ....orders out. We have two companies and two mgts now aligned and this assures me that this is not smoke and mirrors.
I think Vega has to re-position itself and update its biz model in light of its relationship with vencor. My sense is MM is focused on this relationship and helping get first order out.
Time will tell
Vega Biofuels Places Order for Production of Bio-Coal
Company to Start Filling Orders for International Clients
NORCROSS, GA--(Marketwired - Jan 15, 2015) - VEGA BIOFUELS, INC., (OTC PINK: VGPR) announced today that the Company has placed an order for 3,000 tons of Bio-Coal for shipment to an international client.
Manufactured from timber waste using torrefaction technology, Bio-Coal has a high energy density of up to 13,000 BTUs/Lb and is considered a renewable energy fuel that meets the Renewable Portfolio Standards and Renewable Energy Credits (RECs) in the United States.
Vega recently announced that the Company was working with Colorado based, Vencor International, Inc. to test Vencor's torrefied wood product to see if it met the strict specifications to be used as Bio-Coal. The independent testing was successful and Vega has now issued a Purchase Order to Vencor to produce 3,000 tons of Bio-Coal. Production is scheduled to begin later this month. The deal is valued at approximately $600,000.
February 26
Vencor Signs Timber Contract to Lower Feedstock Costs
Three Year Agreement to Increases Company's Bottom Line
BOULDER, CO--(Marketwired - Feb 26, 2015) - VENCOR INTERNATIONAL, INC. (OTC PINK: VCOR) today announced it has entered into an Agreement to purchase timber waste for use in manufacturing torrefied wood products.
Vencor has entered into an Agreement with a local logging company to purchase their tree top timber waste. The three year deal will have a significant impact on the Company's bottom line by lowering its feedstock costs. The Agreement can be extended for additional three year terms by the Parties.
Vencor recently announced that the Company had entered into an Agreement with Georgia based, Vega Biofuels, Inc. to manufacture Vega's Bio-Coal product using torrefaction technology. In an effort to increase its production capacity, Vencor has purchased a second torrefaction machine. The second machine doubled the Company's production capacity and created a need for additional timber feedstock. This Agreement will provide Vencor with enough sustainable raw feedstock to run both machines to meet the demand from Vega Biofuels and the Company's other clients. The Agreement lowers the Company's feedstock costs by approximately thirty five percent.
again from vencor side
the last release was a 3 year contract for supply...as vcor needed more to fulfill the vgpr contract as well as others. Previous release was expanded capacity and agreement with VGPR for supply contract.
The pace of these releases is aggressive.
I bring this up as (I feel) JG is credible and that the releases are bonafide.
So now the situation sits with >
capacity + supply + contracts = the next has to be a release about shipping and results
My guess is MM has focused on expediting this - the faster this goes then $ to vgpr.
Remember vgpr is NOT vcor...and is not like the previous owned supply effort...there is no ownership - it is a separate company. I would caution dragging JG is any sins of VGPR past.
For my part i would also recommend mgt NOT get into do we even exist- show me the pics type engagements from the stand point of veracity or credibility. Its just a slippery slope for bashers who can find cracks in any effort. But in any case reiterate - to show the pics is to show pics of another company,,,maybe vcor is shipping to another account....maybe they are dumping it into the sea...maybe they just piled up a bunch of sawdust....and the machine is cardboard...and so on.
I do appreciate the pain in long standing wait and changes in courses here (and vcor)....i hold both....but for whatever sins of the past...i encourage a little more patience...i think the recent releases are painting a pretty bright picture.
perspective
2mm 'dumps' are about ..$.3600-$3800 or so....
40,000 k buy and a 5 k sell....
total about $125....not much of a market comment
the co is not focusing on the 'market' but on building the biz....and the releases show the steady progress.
the movements of a few hundred dollars each way shows to me there is little attention now...and the need for ,,,,(and feel comfortable this will happen)....of PR/IR to brining fresh eyes to the potential.
As noted before....this entire opportunity only makes sense way higher than here...for investors,,,,for company,..for all stakeholders....but much better to bring a complete story for a real push
CEO....check
capacity - production ...check
supply resource.....check
contract.....check
Next important step is the first report of delivery with detail about scale and pace. My guess is we should see some first sign within 2 weeks
Then as an investor my eye will be on can the team scale up fast,,,,can the rev's we can project now assuming 90% capacity running full time be scaled up fast
The first steps are close to in place...the next are the management of the process and growth....
But I applaud the mgt for the successful efforts in each step to date
If I can suggest
As a primary vcor holder (small position here)...
I don't get the focus on pictures ... I do suggest they update websites and might be good to show current info ( news and pics) there...but given what I see on boards (both) any pic will be ridiculed for some flaw or other.
Bottom line (for me) is if investors feel releases and mgt are credible... It seems a stretch to me that a few guys launch two companies ,,, manufacture releases... Spend $$ to stay legal and current... As some grand fraud.
Much more likely to me is those same few guys are working very hard... Can't cover every base... Growing pains and flaws and delays show...So all the ( understandable-but misplaced) bleacher seat 'should' rage...
In time ... Sooner than later (imho) this will reach a critical threshold... And the vista will look much better and more transparent
Rather than pics I do encourage an active IR ....proactive messaging , prompt responses ...update websites...take a lot of steam out of the noise
Jus tot be clear
securing feedstock for the two machines is garbage?
They announced they grew to now have 2 machines....producing now....they have contract for product....and now release a feedstock contract.
Seems consistent and positive...
machine + feedstock + contract = revenues.
bag holders?
not sure what that means....i guess you mean suckers who have chosen to buy all the shares in...
perhaps they know what they are doing...
We shall see....
