What's that Saying?
You mess with the Bull, you get the Horns?
Let me rephrase for this situation:
You mess with the Pinks, you get Shorn.
It's a KIT CAR everybody. Maybe one of the finer KIT CARS to be produced lately, but it's still a KIT CAR.
Mind boggling that they pushed 2+ BILLION shares with this story.
Those of you that pushed this trash onto noobs should be ashamed.
Those of you that got taken by this trash should be wiser now for the experience.
What's the new symbol gonna be? I vote for RVRS.
Sneak Peek at one of the GTM-R new parts
Custom creation ala Peter:
New Banner Again
Something like a 300-1 would bring the O/S in line with what they posted on stockprofile.com
Kudos to Joe
for finding the potential unveiling venue.
Regards
Check out Gary Cheney's GTM
He applied his own take on updates to the kit.
It's still a kit, with embellishments, as Peter's will be.

Pssst, you've been able to buy the First American Supercar
for a couple of years already, from several different builders. Peter's version is yet another iteration of the same car.
Maybe it will be superior. Let's wait to see.

New Banner
Blow it all out and then Reverse?
Maybe that stockprofile.com profile that showed an O/S of 7.27M shares was presaging a R/S...
They need another name besides GTM-R
It's taken already:

It could easily be modified to have wings and fly too
C'mon, it's a small garage, pimp my ride kind of shop.
Large international auto makers spend billions to create alternative fuel vehicles. RVGD doesn't even have billions of .0002 shares left.
Pipe dream. RVGD will succeed or fail based on a gas burning, high HP, crummy gas mileage, motor.
Thankfully, they found someone else to blame
for missing PRI. Anyone else sensing a pattern here?
Hey, you, over there! Take your finger off the sell button, and quit checking up on us.
Revenge is not on the floor plan for the Indy show
http://www.indyautoshow.com/images/2009FloorPlan.pdf
I get the feeling it will be a one car show: the GTM, at a venue 'booked' by Revenge for that singular purpose, not some industry trade show event.
Could be Revenge HQ or a local gymnasium.

It's the same Form 144, listed twice
It covers the 1M Rule 144 shares he gifted on 11/20/08, and voluntarily reported early on Form 4.
Float just went up another million, and interestingly, Mr. Postal puts the O/S at 563,041,645 shares. That doesn't agree with the last 10Q that puts the O/S at 557,941,646 shares as of 9/30/08.
Quite possibly, they issued some more shares for consultancy, etc.
Where and When will they file another REGDEX?
I believe the last PIPE was initially negotiated in April 2007, and the REGDEX was filed on May 31st, 2007.
So, maybe the end of December, if they were successful in attracting new PIPE investors.
Watch SEC.GOV.
872M share volume Aug/Sept/Oct/-> Nov.18th
That makes Peter's 192M 22% of the volume during that period, or 44%, if you figure it was double counted.
Throw in some flippers, and there's your action.

Edited because my spreadsheet had two days from July in there. Ooops!
Approx. 53M shares per month burn rate
Given the latest news. That makes about 10 months of shares left, given no change in share burn, or the end of summer 2009.
We'll get the prototype(s) unveiled in about a month, but without a contract.
Can we have no more talk about Evil MMs shorting this? I think the company has been supplying enough shares to hold this one down on their own.

No argument, U
I noted that two different web sites were showing 'TBA' for sponsorship of the #81 car as of this morning, even in light of today's PR, and information on Macdonald Motorsport's site.
Jayski has since updated their site. Not sure about foxsports.com.

The racing Gods must have heard me
Jayski's now has STPtools listed as the sponsor for car #81!

It's not my site, Lucy
And Jayski.com is a well known site for all things NASCAR. It's hosted by ESPN.
Foxsports has a PDF with the Nascar Nationwide Ford 300 entry list:
http://msn.foxsports.com/nascar/story/8779442/Ford-300-entry-list
It's clear that when Macdonald Motorsports entered the #81 car in the Homestead race, they put 'TBA' as the sponsor.
Why, when STPtools has been on their schedule for many, many months? Dunno. Maybe they were hedging their bets in case there was another decal malfunction.
No speculation, Lucy
On Jayski.com, they have 'TBA' as the sponsor for the #81 car. I'm well aware that STPtools has been scheduled to be the sponsor for the Homestead race since April.
They were also scheduled to be the sponsor for the California race in February, and the Talladega race in April.
Neither of those events happened. Mix-ups/malfunctions.
The Third Time is the Charm though! I'm sure of it.
Glad they got the decal mix-up straightened out, Pat
On Jayski.com, they have TBA as sponsor of the #81 car. Obviously, when they made their entry for the Homestead race, they weren't sure who the prime sponsor was going to be.

Form 5
While many transactions previously reportable on Form 5 must now be reported on an accelerated basis on Form 4, certain exempt transactions, whose exemption from Section 16(b) liability was not based on compliance with Rule 16b-3, will remain reportable on Form 5. The Form 5 reporting deadline remains unchanged at 45 days following the end of the company’s fiscal year. These transactions include:
* Acquisition or disposition of equity securities by gift, by will or by the laws of descent and distribution.
* Small acquisitions, other than from the issuer (or an employee benefit plan sponsored by the issuer), not exceeding $10,000 in the aggregate during a six-month period and meeting certain additional conditions.
Form 5 also remains available for the year-end reporting of delinquent transactions. As in the past, transactions reportable on Form 5 may voluntarily be reported on Form 4 at any time prior to the Form 5 filing deadline.
====
So, the only way those 25M shares show up on a Form 5, is if some insider is delinquent in filing Form 3(new insider) or Form 4(current insider).
Section 16(a) is pretty clear:
Section 16 -- Directors, Officers, and Principal Stockholders
a. Disclosures required
1. Directors, officers, and principal stockholders required to file
Every person who is directly or indirectly the beneficial owner of more than 10 percent of any class of any equity security (other than an exempted security) which is registered pursuant to section 12, or who is a director or an officer of the issuer of such security, shall file the statements required by this subsection with the Commission (and, if such security is registered on a national securities exchange, also with the exchange).
2. Time of filing
A. at the time of the registration of such security on a national securities exchange or by the effective date of a registration statement filed pursuant to section 12(g);
B. within 10 days after he or she becomes such beneficial owner, director, or officer;
C. if there has been a change in such ownership, or if such person shall have purchased or sold a security-based swap agreement (as defined in section 206(b) of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (15 U.S.C. 78c note)) involving such equity security, before the end of the second business day following the day on which the subject transaction has been executed, or at such other time as the Commission shall establish, by rule, in any case in which the Commission determines that such 2-day period is not feasible.
3. Contents of statements
A statement filed--
A. under subparagraph (A) or (B) of paragraph (2) shall contain a statement of the amount of all equity securities of such issuer of which the filing person is the beneficial owner; and
B. under subparagraph (C) of such paragraph shall indicate ownership by the filing person at the date of filing, any such changes in such ownership, and such purchases and sales of the security-based swap agreements as have occurred since the most recent such filing under such subparagraph.

More than 10 days have passed. Those shares are not held by an insider; those shares are in the float.
Then I'll amend my questions:
Howard, who got the 25M shares you forfeited, and are they an insider, or are those shares in the float.
