You are wrong. Do more recent DD.
I may be reading it wrong, but where does it say that someone with 2.1 million dollars can't loan the company money for either 0% interest or 5% interest without being tied to any stock conversions or issuance?
Again. Please answer how anyone outside of YA can benefit by at the levels by shorting? What am I missing?
Unless you are YA global, how can one benefit from short trading at this level? What are we missing?
That is what I'm hoping.
My opinion. At a price of .0001, I wish I had 5 mill in cash. Buy 1 billion share for 100k, then pay off toxic debt with 3% interest! no securities tied to it and no dilution funding until I'm paid off. The stock would jump and I cover my debt when it. Hits a penny.. We could all dream right? :)
Wouldn't an 8K have to get filed for the conversion of more shares? Don't they have to announce that more shares were issued?
The implication is that they don't have to...assuming a default.
$5.00 a share? I don't think so.
At this price, the shorts must have covered...if anyone is still shorting. You can't buy at .0000, so I'm assuming no one is shorting this stock any longer. So at this point, there are 1 of 2 options. Buy at .0001 or sell at .0001.
My thoughts are anything is possible. It will take good news to get this stock to start a run upwards. IMO
I would agree. some talk about a 4 figure loss, but I'm guessing there are some who have lost or down 5 or 6 figures.
True, you only take a gain or loss if you sell, with one exception. You can only take the loss if you don't buy more shares in a 30 day window. If you do, then the shares you buy back are considered a wash sale. If you buy less shares than you sold, then you can take the difference as a loss. Flip side...all sales that result in a gain must be recognized. :) Don't you love the IRS.
Good, maybe there will be a lawsuit filed on the doctor in australia that is using the technology without paying royalties.
Unless they are paid off before all conversion of debt takes place. At this point, I have not heard that SVFC increased their available shares. 10 billion is the current A/S, correct? In your scenario, to convert all debt would require the A/S to increase dramatically, or they would have to R/S.
Maybe, and that is what I'm banking on, but the more debt converted the further the dilution. The longer it takes to wipe out the toxic debt, the dilution keeps eating into other common share holders value.
So, when one sells, does that mean someone bought them at $0.0001? If so, who is buying that many shares or the last few weeks?
I hope you are correct. Longs don't want flippers...we want stability with an upward climb.
I still say if someone was going to take a significant investment into the company, why not buy a billion shares at .0001 or .0002 and then when you invest let's say 20 million into the company, you pay off the toxic debt and hope for it to go to .01 and you make 20 million plus your investment.
Is it possible that the buyers/investor is acquiring as much of the common stock as possible through open market at this cellar price so that they could eventually own 51% and then they can pay off the debt without having to get approval from YA?
Awesome.
Did he give you any indication if the toxic debt will get eliminated so this can run wild again?
I saw a quick ask of .0003 show up. Didn't stay though.
There is some buying taking place. Let's hope it continues upward. Hopefully, that means we'll get some good news in the near future...but I'm not banking on it. :)
Prime,
I by no means am negative on SVFC. I'm with you. I think the upside is high.
Not without news. There are too many day traders willing to play the ticks.
So...any predictions on when the good news is going to be announced now?
Does anyone find it odd that the volume on IHUB doesn't match the actual volume for the day?
The same thing I'm doing...find another brokerage firm. :) I'm going to Fidelity and I already confirmed they are still buying. I also found out that they charge a flat 7.95, so it's a better deal than Scottrade (if you are buying stocks below $1.00).
so are they saying the meeting is today or next Monday?
Trust me, I'm in your corner. I would love to see this stock run up. I think it is highly possible if they wipe out the toxic debt, and eliminates it, not replaces it.
I don't think it got rid of a lot of debt. Some debt yes, but conversions at this price are no going to bring down debt very fast...especially if there is a limit on the percentage of stock ownership. Plus, I would rather we eliminate the debt vs. being converted. The debt conversions just means more common shares issued. It's just my opinion though.
I read this as a restriction on short selling until the brokerage can cover their short position. Amy I reading it correctly?
I'm not dumping SVFC. I'm dumping Scottrade.
I hope your next week excitement is better than all the hoopla that stated today was a big buyer and good/great news. Not picking on you, just frustrated with all the talk of news and then it doesn't happen.
That's what I suspected. I was always under the impression he was readily accessible, but I'm guessing he's gone underground. It's either because his phone is blowing up or he's not allowed to talk about anything.
They stated their administrative cost. They also said that they could reinstate at any time, but wouldn't be notified. I'm dumping their account.
Yeah, and to top it off, I learned today that Scottrade has discontinued buying of SVFC. You can only sell with them now. It could change, but I tried to buy more today and put in a buy order at .0001 and it wouldn't let me. I found that others are allowing, so I'm going to create a new account with Fidelity so I can keep acquiring.
I'm guessing he watches this board, so I would say that any and all should try.
Also, has anyone considered the possibility that an outside investor could be buying up hundreds of millions or billions of shares that YA is selling? Thing about it. If I were an investor, and let's say I could sit back and buy say a billion shares at .0001-.0002 per share, that's only 2 million dollars. Once that has happened, I contribute 10 million to pay off current toxic debt. If the stock goes up to .001 or .002, they have covered their investment plus are still due the actual loan.
I just find it odd, that someone is buying big blocks at .0002 and .0001. That isn't your average joe investor.
Just my opinion, and I'm trying to figure out who is buying the big blocks.
