We are still in pre-launch mode. The current price does not surprise me. Interest will build, facts will become known, and the price will rise accordingly. (In IHUB jargon....."know what you own"!) :)
SUPER 8-K
HISTORICAL.....
ETC.

THANK YOU CHOIFUNDS !!!!!
NICE ! :)
I think Gem is providing the wind.
A little sign of life.
Money in the bank when you see that happening.
A divergence like that just causes me to smile.
Likely to occur at any moment
Impending
Ready to take place
Clear as mud.
""Next week. May 10th.""
IMHO, or a fact?
Thank you anyway, for responding. :)
He'll comment about anything, but he won't answer that question. lol.
(soon to be deleted)
It is a slow day here so I am posting this for amusement only. I, in no way, am suggesting that PSPW is kool-aid.
RECIPE FOR KOOL-AID
XXXX is a clean reporting shell now, looking for a merger Partner. --Most recent 10Q, registrant is NOT a shell company --R/M partner already in the works it seems
"Our management intends to strongly consider undertaking a transaction with any merger or acquisition candidate that will allow the Company's securities to be traded on NASDAQ or some other national exchange."
These are some AMAZING developments for XXXX ! And a company doesn't undergo all of these things so quickly just for nothing.
First the filings just to make the R/M possible, then the uplist to OTCQb from pinksheets right away, the confirmation of R/M by attorney and the S/S & float of XXXX still same as of today, and confirmed by T/A!
And then their intention to R/M with a NASDAQ type level company! INCREDIBLE!
(Yes, I have been guilty of drinking some kool-aid from time to time. ) :)
Just curious as to why you stated a date? Is it "imho", or did you get a PM? Thanks.
What, do they have ANOTHER bank holiday on Monday of next week? :)
Just to give us a little perspective, the vol. the last ten days is less than 1.5 mil. shares.
Yes, "positive brine samples" are not the reason for the interest in this stock. A sympathy play is all it was. People were hoping for another insane Lex$ - type play. Nothing wrong with that, but a little silly to post about the PR/news as the catalyst.
You can be an honest trader, or you can be unethical and probably headed for jail if not certainly hell like Lithium Exploration Group Inc (LEXG) CEO Alexander Richard Walsh who awarded himself 25 million shares for freeeee in late February 2011 and which at yesterday’s (late April) highly manipulated closing price of $10.57 are now worth $264 million.
Alexander, even though the stock is destined to crash shortly, it is fun thinking how for a brief day you were worth a quarter of a billion dollars…that’s the stuff memoirs are made of when you’re rotting away, feeling guilty due to the tremendous hate mail you’ll soon be receiving when your stock crashes and all the people who you scammed come looking for your head
But then again, I’m thinking a few months out, sorry Alexander, just enjoy the moment right now while it lasts, right? Perhaps a weekend in Vegas to celebrate your 15 hours of fortune?

Divergence between price, and accumulation is always nice to see.
What a gift to buy here now. Stock is in uptrend....W%R at -100
BUY BUY BUY
Is the a n o t h e r bank holiday over there on Monday?
I think some are confusing our stock with LITHIUM. :)
Yes, back to work Europe. Congrats. to you on your new royal couple. PSPW new imminent. :)
He is a trader, just like many here.
Are you sure that you should post something like that?
Hedge funds come in at $1. Institutional buying come in at $5.
Lithium is not gold. Get real.
More like only a month ago. Unbelieveable when some of these stocks take on a life of their own.
Up $6.50 in three days. Remember to take some profits. Won't go on forever. :)
You can't argue with profit ! WHAT A DAY !!!
In your humble opinion, right? :)
The emporer has no clothes, but the parade marches on ! WOW !!
Nice effort doebop. :)
You made me laugh. :)
It is unfortunate, but many of the R/M's that we see here on IHUB are just pumps, and nothing more. PSPW is a real one. LOCN was not. You just have to do some DD, AND see the stripes of some of the animals that post to help you make a decision. glta :)
DOES ANYONE HERE NEED MONEY?
Ok, I've noticed a pattern on this Mr. Juicy board that capital letters are popular so I thought that I would start with that.
Seriously though, there is a REAL R/M stock that will have a REAL consummation of the deal shortly. There are MANY that do not work, but this one WILL. The news is expected between Tuesday, and Friday of next week. Check into it all you want, as I would recommend too, but it is going to happen. Why am I here offering this to you? Because every once in awhile, someone that I've helped will send me a note (PM, etc.), and give me a tip. As you sew, so shall your reap. I give to get, but that is how you Americans do it, right? Please look at, and SERIOUSLY consider PSPW. You will not regret it. Mark this post. GLTA. :)
WHAT IS TWh ? (TERAWATT HOUR)
Energy companies use this measure to describe how much energy they generated, sold, consumed, etc. A terawatt-hour refers to getting power at a capacity of 1 terawatt (10^12 watts) for one hour. A terawatt-hour PER YEAR means the equivalent amount of power sometime within the period of a year.
Saying 1 terawatt-hour-per-year does NOT mean that 1 terawatt was used over the course of only one hour every year (that would be a huge drain on power over a short period of time.) Rather what this is saying is that the power it would take to make one terawatt hour has instead been used over the course of a year.
Perhaps you wonder how big a plant it would take to generate 1 terawatt-hour every year? If you want to assume that the power was generated at a constant rate (e.g. "solve for the capacity of a power plant running at the same capacity over 1 year that generates 1 terawatt-hour per year"), you can do a rough conversion to megawatts. Since a year has 8,765 hours-ish, you could divide 1 terawatt-hour-per-year by 8765 hours and get 114-ish megawatts.
Of course, 1 tera-watt hour per year = 1000 gigawatt hour per year = 1000000 megawatt hour per year...etc.

HYDROELECTRIC POWER PLANT COSTS (CAGR is Compound Annual Growth Rate, and TWh is terawatt hour)
The hydro power plant is a capital cost intensive project. Capital cost, including cost of land, equipments, environmental studies, and rehabilitation cost form the maximum part of the amount spent. The variable cost includes cost of running the plant .i.e. labor cost, depreciation cost, and others. Other costs include operating and maintenance cost, and transmission cost. A hydroelectric plant costs between $2,000 to $3,000 per kW of installed capacity.
The total global hydro power consumption for the year accounted for 3375 TWh, out of which Americas region consumed around 42% of hydroelectric power, followed by Asia and Europe. Asian region commands the highest CAGR amongst others due to commencement of new hydro power plants.
The global hydro power consumption is expected to grow from 3,268 TWh in 2009 to 3,820 TWh in 2015, at an estimated CAGR of 2.5% from 2010 to 2015.
The global hydro power market is expected to grow from $229 Billion in 2009 to $287 Billion in 2015, at an estimated CAGR of 3.9% from 2010 to 2015. The market values are calculated based on electricity consumption and an average tariff rate of hydro power production, which is $0.07/kWh. For the year 2015, the tariff rate is assumed to be $0.075/kWh as hydro power plants involve high capital cost.

Yes, that stock was also at .16 a short time ago. PSPW will be doing the same thing, pricewise, but for different reasons.
What numbers? This co. is "dark". They are not obligated to pass any info. on to shareholders. Look at what was posted here in Feb.:
how much history of David Moore and David Otto&company do you know...?
D.Otto master minded the scam that gave him total control of Teca.. by issuing more and more stock to himself and his cohorts..
in the end... there was nothing left but more stock outstanding then the Fed has treasury bonds...
It would be a nice jester to walk in there and TAKE it from them.. or rather.. have the judge do it for us...
Just in the name of.... "What goes around... Comes around."
I am not really a disgruntled stockholder... I just like doing unto others what they have done to me...
Are you sure that a R/M is in play here? Just because a name that has previously been associated with R/M's is now tied to this stock does not mean that this one will too be a R/M Very few actually come to fruition, but when they actually do, yes you can do extremely well (like PSPW). glta :) (ok, blast away at me now.)
