The only "insider action" was Michelle selling some shares. When your a start-up and don't have a salary yet, that is one of the only ways for the execs to "pay" themselves. I would rather have that than more dilution.

I for one have no problem with it though. Michelle has worked damn hard as well as the rest of Dixie/MJNA so if she wants to sell a small portion of shares its up to her.

I, for one, believe in Mr. Tripp Keber. I think we are in great hands. I'm excited for the Cannabis Cup and what it has to offer.

Said rep has offered us a private investors tour of Dixie Facilities Cannabis Cup weekend. The tour will be anytime between Thursday the 18th and Sunday the 20th. We are still figuring out details. They contract other farmers hemp and extract cbd from it.

They then sell that to MJNA and other companies.

Sounds like a business to me.

And I'm explaining it to you how it's grown dude. Outside. Just because Phytosphere the system shares the same name as our subsidiary in NO WAY MEANS they are the exact same and in NO WAY MEANS they only use the system.

In my opinion they have ammended the system for Cannabidol extraction. That's all I think it really does. Other than that it's just the name of the subsidiary that cultivates hemp and extracts CBD from it.

You are thinking too hard. Phytosphere is the division of the company that cultivates hemp and extracts the CBD from it. Simple as that. More than the "system" it was when they purchased it. They have innovated it and developed it into their own. Generally people with trade secrets don't like to broadcast them to the entire planet and their competition, but that's just what I hear from Apple and Samsung.. but what do they know?

Dixie has brand power in Colorado. They are known for being consistent, potent, and discreet. They have infiltrated over 90% of dispensaries. They are very much known to "setting the curve".

Again if you have grown hemp/marijuana indoors... you will know the yield won't be enough.

I agree with much of what you have posted, but their hemp is very much being grown outside. You have to grow so much of it to produce the sheer amount of CBD they need. I assume they have their own growing land as well as a series of contracts with select farmers to bolster their supply... per what it says in the February 13th news.

Why in the world would they grow hemp indoors? That makes absolutely no sense. Have you ever grown hemp/marijuana? Indoor yields are terrible unless you want to spend a fortune on lights and an energy bill. Even then they don't touch what mother nature can yield... due to unlimited soil for the roots to squirm and all natural sunlight that CANT be beat by any indoor lighting scheme.

Just got my latest round of Dixie Dew Dops. The company has improved packaging by making the bottle glossier and bolder in coloring. The company now includes a green piece of bubble wrap in packaging. As well as a new VERY NICE looking supplement card. This I think is the biggest and best improvement in packaging.
