That's idiotic. I can search friend names on FB so I can find someone. They can hide their profile yet be searchable by all so people can find them. That's part of the point of having a social network.
Having a private account isn't very social, is it?
I don't even see where I can change my profile from public to private.
I could write a search engine for their user DB in a couple days or less that actually works. Unless they're hiding members, member numbers, or something else.
Is that based on $100 per member? If they haven't fixed the member search in how ever many months the website has been up, there's no chance at any success as a social networking site.
Search on any popular first name (Mike, Steve, John): not much, 2-3 hits
Search on the letter a : 114 members.
Search on YOUR first name as your account is set up: nothing
Search on last name (Smith): zippy.
Search on Michael or Jackson, or Michael Jackson: Nothing.
What made Facebook successful? People SEARCHING for people they lost touch with.
What are those 10 programmers doing again?
Where's the bandaids, man!
What do you call 600 million shares that come off restriction and are promptly sold at bid and/or below the opening bid of the day, which I believe was .0004 or even .0005? That's a dump.
Not to mention the other 400+ million that mysteriously appeared and promptly sold at a similar discount.
Pretty soon we'll be hearing, "This is a good lotto play at .0001".
Close to 400 million. Given that on normal days where there's no dilution, this thing trades 25 million, that's a long way to go to get out of .0003.
Can you quit picking nits and just admit that the dump yesterday killed this. The PPS doesn't lie yet you all try to put a positive spin on it. There's nothing positive about a billion share dump and a %40 haircut on PPS.
Sorry, you're right. Sellers will get a huge gain %50 to dump the billion shares back at 3. How is my theory off? I said people who bought at 2 will cash in at three, and that's half a billion shares. And it will take a long friggin time to churn through those.
After seeing a half billion shares sold at 2, nobody is going to pay a premium of more than 3 for this until they are assured that there is any value in the company. A couple videos from a boy band member doesn't cut it. That's why we are where we are.
Of course buys occurred at .0002 so they could flip at .0003 for a cool 33% gain. Still a billion dumped as some sold/printed them to get to market. So I take it the 4-5 strong hands here bought up the billion to keep the float close to locked? LOLOLOLOLOL
What? There's dilution in pinks at .0001 all the time. When you can pump out a billion shares, it's still a nice paycheck. We're talking $150k+ today.
For a flip at .0004 and a nice %25 gain.
I doubt he paid her the >$100K that has traded so far.
How's the accumulation line look? LOL.
Just admit you have no good reason the TA is gagged.
You can talk in circles all you want but you aren't answering the question.
The uplisting has nothing to do with share structure and investors ability to find it out.
You might as well say, "The TA is gagged because Howie is great."
That makes as much sense.
I guess I'm confused as none of your points support gagging the TA or have anything to do with it.
I'll show you how to create a succinct list in response to your dots.
1) You said nothing in your first dot so there is really no response
2) Divi is totally independent from a gagged TA. MSFT doesn't gag their TA and they have a divi as do most big boarders.
3)Again, an uplisting is totally independent of gagging a TA. Companies uplist all the time that are transparent and easily verifiable share structure.
4) How in any way, shape or form does an LOC even remotely relate to not allowing investors to know what the share structure is?
In essence you simply repeated some of your "great company events" but did not relate them in any way to why a gagged TA is a good thing. Would you like to try again?
SO in other words you have no good reason to gag the TA. You haven't been trading pinks long, have you?
The only reason I haven't left is I'm holding a losing position here and probably won't admit it til this RSes or goes no bid.
Conversely, if the TA wasn't gagged I could have kept track when the AS doubled and gotten out before every follower went down with the ship.
So please. Answer the question. WHY is a gagged TA good. What possibilities are in your head that tell YOU that it is great that you have no clue if there are 8 billion AS or 15 billion AS?
Knock yourself out and answer your own question.
I'm a shareholder. I want to know the share structure and that my share value hasn't been killed by a huge amount of shares added to the AS.
Any retiring or buyback of shares would be gladly PRed by any company and the share price would shoot up accordingly.
The PPS would take care of itself IF the AS was decreasing.
Yeah and Madoff didn't have a bunch of well known clients either.
Record companies didn't rip off well known music artists for 60 years either.
Ungagging the TA takes a phone call. No reason it shouldn't be done unless he's hiding something. Pink Sheet 101.
Let's dilute with a divi and then dump 200 mill shares into the buzz.
And here comes another big dump down to 3-4.
You're right. A simple ungagging of the TA like any other legit company would set things straight.
Not a chance.
There could be anything. There could be 10 billion AS too.
And so could this one, which is the last reported share structure of record:
http://www.otcmarkets.com/otciq/ajax/showFinancialReportById.pdf?id=42602
7.67 billion.
There is absolutely no requirement for a structure change for the uplist.
pre-market L2 means nothing in pink land.
I still think the uplist will happen at the current share price. You and I both know that the valuation of the company at an .02 PPS is an impossibility.
Just so you guys don't think I'm a hit and run basher.
I'll eat some crow in that I really thought this would be mired in the 4-5 range til the uplist and I was wrong.
Good to see the uptick. Here's hoping we can keep it there or build on it. Still not 100% on this flying to the moon, but give some of my other holdings crappy performance, good to see this one going the right way.
Plenty of phones sold in Asia without a carrier contract. Sure many would want their phone price subsidized by a carrier, but they should at least get these to market not tied to a carrier first, while they work on that side if it hasn't already been addressed.
And why would MMs do that? If MMs have a billion, then they could easily have another 2-3 billion of the float. It's someone wanting money. There is no real reason for a billion (much at bid of .0004) to be dumped if not for someone needing cash. I'll believe it wasn't the company when the share structure comes out.
Who cares who it is, truthfully? Someone dumped 1/8 of the OS in two days. What's to stop it from happening again?
And please don't tell me a billion shares went into strong hands. If this ever hits .0006 you'll see another billion dumped. The billion that were bought by people to flip. That's the life of ANY pink with a butt-ton of OS and no buying pressure.
Documented increasing revenue from paying membership apparently. Which means uplisting. I don't see any other way.
I don't think I'm disagreeing with you. I just don't think the general pink buyers see the opportunity here that most posters do.
It was between $400-500K worth of stock though. Someone wanted to get paid. I can't fathom that she had even 1/10th of that.
Doesn't matter who dumped it. If it was Britto finally getting paid for her agreement, it still firmly planted this in the channel it's been in for some time to come.
So buy up all the available .0005s. If they are available after the massive dump, it's not manipulation, it's a huge float.
Britto being dumped was the only tangible thing. That's good though as I bet she was paid well.
Come to think of it, that could also explain the big dump if she was paid in shares.
For every stock you've seen that has a higher PPS with more debt, higher OS, etc there are probably 5 that are trading at .0001-.0002 or sitting at no bid. Unfortunately it's the nature of the game with pinks. ENTI has been around a while so people want to see actual value in that the business model is viable.
To the CEOs credit he isn't releasing PRs 3 times a week spouting BS, but that's a double edged sword as like it or not, pink PPS are many times driven by PRs whether they be pump and dumps or legit. A podcast simply won't drive PPS like PRs will as they're seen on all the financial news sites.
The PPS is locked here in this channel because a month ago a billion shares were dumped in the same channel .0004-.0005. People don't want to pay a premium at .0006 if they have been able to and are still able to buy as many shares as they want at .0005 PLUS the fact that there could very well be another billion share dump at any time.
If you're new to the whole "stock deal" you probably shouldn't be playing with pinks. Your perceived value of the positives is simply not what investors actual value is for the stock.
Keep in mind in Sept 2010 the AS was 5 billion and OS was 2.1 billion.
Now the AS is 10 billion and the OS is at least 7.6 billion. Those are the facts and exactly the reason the PPS are where they are and will be until revenues out pace AT LEAST the cost to produce videos. ENTI increasing the amount of videos they are producing. Is the revenue generated from those keeping up with the cost?
The last financials showed that video production cost more than revenue. That doesn't even take into account paying employees, operating expenses, etc. and issuing shares for artists.
Good. Seriously, google her and see what employees etc had to say about her. All the famous name drops she's been associated with don't even use her any more.
premarket L2 in pinks means nothing.
It means someone sold 507 shares.
We have this new thing called the telephone, and even newer PM, text and email. If someone wanted to "signal" something they would use one of those. Urban Legend.
