***New Sponsor Added to H.R.525 - Industrial Hemp Farming Act of 2015
Rep. Ellmers, Renee L. [R-NC-2]
This brings the total sponsors to 61, up from the original 47. The current sponsors indicate bipartisan support.
Sen. McConnell, Mitch [R-KY] is the Senate Majority Leader, one of the original sponsors, and has historically shown support for hemp legalization (Hemp is legal in Kentucky).
President Barack Obama signed the 2013 Farm Bill, showing support for the movement, and has been outspoken that the Fed will not interfere with the emerging Cannabis markets.

Full cannabis legalization could happen at any time. Yes, I say buy, hold, go long, and have a set exit strategy, but that's just my play on investment. There are a lot of eyes here, and more than ever during the debates. People are going to buy these shares like hot cakes in heaven. Hemp seems to have some of the most significant infrastructure for growth, with a potential clientele in the thousands. Let's be realistic, what's a few billion pennies to a Goldman Sachs and the boys? The money will come with the Fed's grace, and, once the sector is validated, the whole world will be watching.
Say what you want about the leadership, but, a la HUGE decorticator, it appears Bruce knows what he is doing. Some here need to stay in the 'back seat'.
Long Hemp
Yep, here ya go, conveniently AFTER the last epic run. Same ole song.

Thanks Bud! Quarter for your troubles.
Long Hemp Legal.
Last time I checked, screw drivers are still a functional tool.
Competition is welcomed, and will only validate Hemp Inc's business. But the real barrier will be time, relationships, and the understanding of the raw materials true potential. By that time, Wall St will be in bed with Hemp (pretty sure Bruce has that front covered already - seen in a pic on the NYSE floor). Then who knows: a west coast facility, system upgrade, product line extensions, M&A's... The possibilities... And we are at the grass roots (let's not forget, it is an infant organization, entering massive growth arena).
Keep playing that fiddle. Songs get stale after so long, tho. Sorry to those who actually get fooled by the BS.
Long Hemp
Is snapchat profitable, valued in the billions? Relativity is all-encompassing.
Writing is on the wall. More states will continue to legalize, until fed finally makes its move. Then banks, then Wall St, then kaboom! Revenue. Profit will be a function of sustaining max capacity and managing overhead.
This isn't an unknown recipe to success. Standard and historic business model, much like Dole, Del Monte, Frito-Lay, etc. All we need is a little help from our friends over at the Fed. It's that simple.
But a lot of fantastic stories floating around here.
Long Hemp
Facts are in zero of your comments. That's a fact.
Here's a fact for ya: Hemp Inc has the one and only large scale commercial hemp decorticator in the good 'ole USofA. That is a fact.
Long Hemp Legal.
Because that makes zero sense. Derp.
Long Hemp Legal.
Terrific? You mean terrifying.
Hemp Inc has the decorticator... let's not forget.
I will make a hemp toilet paper product, with little Canadian flags prints all over and use it to wipe my ass. Old news. Horribly written.

THE FACTS CANNOT BE DISCUSSED AWAY!
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/washington-colorado-marijuana-taxes_55d6133be4b07addcb45e65d
$200m in taxes - TAXES - in two states alone. Let's say it's taxed at 20%, that's $1b in sales between only two states!!!! That's only marijuana. THERE IS NO REASON WHY HEMP SHOULD BE ILLEGAL - ZERO. EVERYONE KNOWS THAT, EVEN THE POLITICIANS. If the Fed where to legalize Marijuana today, potentially $10b in tax revenues, not including hemp tax.
I've read that Colorado has allocated about $20m in pot tax towards schools/education. Meanwhile their crime rate has dropped 15%. The state even had to give tax credits back to its residents. HELLO!!!! Writting is on the wall, people.
This movement cannot and will not be ignored during primaries and onwards.
Yes, Ohio is up next. And Cali, and Florida to try again too - they already have a majority favor in the state, but couldn't get it passed, due to their bogus "60%" rule. Illinois, slowly but surely. New York is close. Vermont is close. Michigan, Minnesota... Just about every state has an initiative, most are just too scared to do anything, until they've watched the pioneering states long enough to feel comfortable to act, even though the public is (has been) very much ready.
HEMP INC knows that. They are setting up for hemp. That is called CAPITALISM, my friends. Early bird gets the worm. "I DRINK YOUR MILSHAKE!" Anyone dumb enough to think they are a long term Kenaf company, please sell me your shares and close your position. The kenaf would be like hotdogs in a deli, except your pastrami is illegal, so for the time being SELL THE DAMN HOTDOGS!!! DUH!
Long hemp.
Hemp is already being grown in other states. Several states near NC. This argument will quickly blow in the dust, once federally legalized.
I think the bottom may be in, two months ahead of elections. Cannabis will be on a lot more states radars, and the Hemp decorticator is the elephant in the room. Multi month sector rally? Snooze ya lose.
Long Hemp.

So many uses for this plant. A lot of which should undercut the cost of other alternatives. China can grow it, why shouldn't Americans? We are the best farmers. Feed the world.
You saying this can't be exported?
This goes above $3 in the next rally, and will get a lot of eyes.
Looks like ticker is reverting back to HEMP.
Broker is indicating that they are in process. Will be an interesting day tomorrow. Anticipating the sector will get some more life, once congress resumes after the holiday. Then elections and decorticator news. Multi month sector rally? Wait and see.
Hemp long.
You've got it all figured out. Getting bored with the blue chips?
Let's see what rescheduling and banking has to say.
Thanks.
LONG HEMP.
Bioadaptives changed ticker symbol to BDPTE.
Anyone have the scoop?
TIA.
Your point is he's constantly promoting his company and keeping shareholders informed?
Maybe you think every televised commercial, billboard, print ad, etc is a way for a company to pump their stock.
Great imagination, but no truth to support your beliefs.
Laws changing. Decorticator here. Hemp coming.
Long hemp.
If you like wasting time, sure, "educate" away.
I am well educated, but thanks. And I know that hemp, as a raw consumer-good, spreads across thousands of products from food to clothing... no shortage of end users here. Just legalities. Bruce is, obviously, aware of that fact.
I'm long on Hemp, and will be coming back for more shares.
America’s First Hemp House Pulls CO2 From Air
By Amanda Froelich / True Activist
August 14, 2015
Hemp is making a major comeback around the world. In the US, five states have legalized the recreational use of cannabis, and hemp-based building materials are now gaining in popularity.
The first house built in America with hemcrete was constructed in Asheville, North Carolina, and the 3,400 square foot Push House boasts a number of eco-friendly features.
To create a solid – yet breathable – wall system, hemp hurds were mixed with lime and water on-site an poured in-between the exterior supporting studs in lift.
As USA Today notes, Hempcrete is actually less like concrete and more like infill straw bale, as it is non-structural. The insulating quality is r-2.5 per inch, and it has the unique ability to capture airborne pollutants over time – absorbing carbon when it is grown and in place.
In addition, the material’s high thermal mass helps keep a steady interior temperature, rather than allowing it to fluctuate.
The interior walls of this gorgeous, eco-friendly house are made from Purepanel, a unique product made from recycled paper. It consists of a rigid skin with a corrugated paper core, similar to cardboard (below).
As CNN reports, the house also features 30 salvaged window frames that have been fitted with high tech glass. They were placed to allow the most daylighting without overheating the space. An open floor plans also allows the light to pervade deep into the home.
That’s not all: The energy-efficient wall system is coupled with a super efficient 21 SEER air-based heat pump to effectively heat and cool the home, reducing utility costs and also the need for expensive equipment. With these installments, this home ends up costing a respectable $133 per square foot to build.
Some compromises were made, such as introducing petroleum-based foam products into the ceiling and foundation. However, the house is a stellar example of how health, energy and design can co-exist in sync.
The architect is looking forward to constructing similar, smaller homes in the future once he gets through the learning curve of using Hemcrete. Admirably, he says from here on out he will only build houses safe enough for his daughter to live in; we applaud that.

University of Kentucky shows off hemp plots at research farm
By BRUCE SCHREINER

Hemp could become an option on the acreages where tobacco once dominated, a Kentucky extension agent says.
LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) — Tobacco production has waned in Wolfe County, so its agricultural extension agent checked out hemp research plots Thursday to see if the crop that’s just starting a comeback could grow into a substitute for farmers in his region of the Appalachian foothills.
Daniel Wilson, the ag agent, liked what he saw while inspecting stands of hemp — marijuana’s non-intoxicating cousin — at a University of Kentucky research farm. Some hemp plants towered eight to 10 feet tall.
Hemp could become an option on the acreages where tobacco once dominated in his hilly county, he said. Wolfe County used to produce up to 3 million pounds of burley tobacco during the crop’s heyday. The county’s production is now 100,000 to 150,000 pounds yearly, he said.
“With tobacco out, it’s got good potential to replace some of that,” Wilson said. “Anything that can help offset some of the income for some of these farmers, I’m for it.”
Hemp is prized for oils, seeds and fiber. The crop was historically used for rope but has many other uses: clothing and mulch from the fiber; hemp milk and cooking oil from the seeds; and soaps and lotions.
The challenge isn’t growing hemp, which thrived in Kentucky’s soil and climate until getting caught up in the government’s fight against marijuana. The question is whether farmers can find reliable markets.
Wilson was among about 250 people touring the hemp plots. Participants included farmers, processors and ag extension agents. Some people took photos of a crop that remains a novelty.
UK agronomist David Williams said hemp’s long-term viability will hinge on whether it can fetch a strong enough profit for farmers. Without that assurance, farmers will raise other crops.
“We do have strong evidence that suggests it will be at least in that neighborhood with the current commodities as far as profit for farmers goes,” he said. “All that’s determined by the consumer.”
Hemp products sold in the U.S. last year had a total retail value of at least $620 million, according to the Hemp Industries Association. The crop is grown in many other countries around the world.
Growing hemp in the U.S. without a federal permit was banned in 1970 due to its classification as a controlled substance related to marijuana. Hemp and marijuana are the same species, but hemp has a negligible amount of the psychoactive compound that gives marijuana users a high.
For now, growing hemp is strictly limited. The federal farm bill restricts hemp production to research projects designated by agriculture departments in states that allow the crop to be grown.
Twenty-six states have removed barriers to hemp production, according to Vote Hemp, a group that advocates for the plant’s legal cultivation.
Kentucky has been at the forefront of efforts to revive the crop.
Hemp production will reach nearly 800 acres this year in Kentucky, said Adam Watson, the state Agriculture Department’s hemp program coordinator. Output would have been higher except for the slow arrival of imported hemp seeds and the wet spring that slowed planting.
Last year’s hemp crop, the first legal one in decades, totaled about 33 acres in Kentucky.
Several Kentucky universities are involved in hemp research this year.
Hemp’s reintroduction was championed in Kentucky by state Agriculture Commissioner James Comer.
Comer, a Republican, leaves office in a few months, but the two candidates vying for his job in the November election say they support hemp’s development.
Hemp processors visiting the research farm Thursday included Atalo Holdings and Sunstrand.
Sunstrand, based in Louisville, processes plants including hemp for eventual conversion into composite materials for use by the auto industry, construction and other sectors.
Sunstrand CEO Trey Riddle said there’s momentum behind hemp, but plenty more work is needed to build market demand for the crop.
“There’s no guarantee that this is all going to work out,” he said. “But we’re willing to take a little bit of a gamble and invest some money and time into it.”

Ohio to Vote on Marijuana Legalization

Positive video from Hemp, today! Looks like most people should have access to their shares, by now. Weak hands shaking out. I'll buy your shares!
Long Hemp!
No doubt.
Imagine the 'double-takes' traders' may have when they see this ticker at 0.17... 0.20... 0.25, and above, when the time comes. Feeding frenzy.
It's nice to be a Long.
Hemp Legal.
I commend Bob's efforts, too. However, his analyses are irrelevant at this phase of Hemp Inc's, and most the rest of the sector's development. It's delightful to see how he challenges and rebuts, much like one would scrutinize a struggling blue chip. The ideals are fantastic, and fundamentally sound, but very misleading and bearish. Indeed, Det has highlighted critical opinions, but, again, nothing of which applies to Hemp, against its peers, at this very early stage of what should undeniably be a replicated Gold Rush.
State after State, the millions continue to roll in. It cannot be denied.
It's not too difficult to comprehend the progress Hemp Inc has made. The dreams are very much turning into realities. Their efforts, along with the game changing reclassification of the hemp plant, a non-psychoactive sister of marijuana, will prove all Det's ideals incorrect. Until then, I am absolutely certain he fiddles the same tune, which is likely to be a form of self enrichment, dished with plenty of fear and uncertainty.
Who holds anyone's 'free' advice to the chest, here, anyways? DO YOUR OWN DD!
The TRUTH will certainly set you free.
LONG HEMP. LEGAL HEMP.
TOOT!
Hemp. Legal.
Thank you!
I've had to adjust my targeted-PPS a few times, which isn't much fun. But, with the right capital investment, Hemp can run, run.... run-run-run! What other American CO is doing Hemp Decortication?
Think. Hemp.
LONG. HEMP.
Oh... ok... like, B.S. 'we don't have an extremely large decorticator and CEO is very aware of approaching opportunity' "B.S."?
OR, 'I just showed up, so I should just randomly paint 'B.S.' on things, cause I'm bored' "B.S."?
Look forward to your response, preferably with actual facts/news.
Have a happy HEMP LONG night!

THE REALITY IS THE PLANT IS COMING ONLINE
The plant will be operational by the end of the year, and revenues are inevitable. That cannot be discussed away.
As for the R/S, no one lost their positions. Anyone holding shares pre R/S is still a shareholder, at the same value (more now, than pre R/S). A few days without trading, even though there are still ways to trade through some brokerages, as a Long, IS NOTHING TO CRY ABOUT.
As for the time it took till this point, give it a rest... It's a huge endeavor, takes multiple, highly trained professionals to accomplish, not to mention legal hoop-jumping for permits and approvals, and, let's be honest, every project has its unexpected issues; some not even a Detective could see.
Again, the plant is coming online, the green movement continues to advance in a positive direction, and, now, with a higher PPS and lower share count, this can easily go to $1, something many have been harping for a long time.
Detective, you started commenting on this ticker only AFTER the last run, so you really didn't enlighten anyone for any good, but toot your own horn, if you must.
LONG HEMP. STRONG HEMP. LEGAL HEMP!!!
A close above 0.2 by EOW would be ideal.
Your brokerage (TD Am, eTrdae, Schwabb, etc) has not received the newly issued shares from Hemps transfer agent. Once they receive the new shares, your account will adjust accordingly. This process can take time; I've heard 2-4 weeks.
In the meantime, the VALUE of your position has risen. A R/S does not mean a company is dying. Dont like using this as an anecdote, but look at Citi after it R/S.... Only has gone up! A reverse split is merely a tactic, or instrument of investment, whereby restructuring shares.
I believe this stock hit $1!
