So the billion share trade day was manipulation? The two day billion share period before that was manipulation?
There is no need to manipulate a stock that like clockwork puts out a PR, goes up a few ticks, then settles back down. And then repeats the cycle. The CEO is doing a good enough job of manipulating it.
I spelled the math out for that with no comments. I gave the actual equation and why ADL goes up here and PPS goes down. It is simply addition, subtraction, and 2nd grade division.
Again, charts are bull on pinks with an unknown share structure.
Uplisting does not matter. I can give you an example with the symbol to show that uplisting is not some magical thing the instantly makes this more than what it is.
Why do you think uplisting is the golden unicorn that will save this? I have one stock that uplisted at .0005, is a fully reporting company, and it sits at .0001 with no bid now. It has product but has a huge share structure like this, and still trades daily.
You guys are buying that uplisting stops any manipulation? Check out NASDAQ. Plenty of manipulation there too.
If you want to talk manipulation, talk about how ENTI PRs that basically say "I'm going to move the only semi-viable product to a company in debt and double the OS" is the only way to get a green day out of this.
Half the supporters are claiming float lockdown or close to it of the 8 billion plus shares. If that were the case they'd be in control.
Right now this is an ATM machine and the flippers are making withdrawals right after every PR. I wouldn't be surprised if many of the so called longs are selling after PRs and buying back when it dips.
Tony is controlling this with fluffy PRs that don't add to investor value. If he came by and said, "MMX has reached it's 10000th paid member" the PPS would go up and stay up.
And two have been extended. There's no hype, no interest, and no reason why it's taking so long to announce a winner. Today's PPS indicates there's no interest in the genre as a whole as it pertains to making MMX a viable, money making concept.
In other words, fans of the genre aren't signing up and paying for MMX.
No I don't look at the site any more. It's an embarrassment to my profession as a software developer. I wouldn't be surprised if Tony made the website by himself with a $40 website development software package.
He can't even finish the contests he has because nobody is entering them. Two contests that whose original deadline came and passed, two extensions.
More contests and artists means more share sales to pay for stuff.
Play the game or be played really. It's exactly the same with every PR. Bump up in PPS a couple ticks on the news, fizzle out by the end of the week to a tick lower PPS than before the PR, repeat in a week or two. This trend can keep going while PPS is above .0001 which could be weeks or months. Don't count out the profit on buy at .0005, sell at .0007 times 3 or 4 times. I have not done it yet, but the writing is on the wall.
Todays PR is about an artist that nobody cares about. Bottom line is the only artist type that would propel people to join and pay for a video editing website would be some pop group or artist with a young fanbase. Like Bieber, Gaga, Ke$ha. Those artists don't need MMX.
Notice another trend on the PRs/podcasts? People want free shares whether they be for a worthless company, or a tiny Divi, regardless of whether or not those make the company more valuable. Those are the PRs that bring volume and move PPS. They want them more than they want to know that we are paying big money (in shares) for an artist to get a video that may or may not help ENTI in any way shape or form.
Also, people think the uplist is a magic bullet for PPS to rise. I've got a holding right now that uplisted from pink to fully reporting OTC and it went from .0004 to .0001 and sits at no bid.
I've also got a big board biotech holding where the CEO promised no RS. Guess what, RS was approved. So whatever a CEO says I take with a grain of salt. And the grain of salt with Tony is about as big as a basketball. I really hear "used car salesman" when I listen to the podcasts.
Anyway, good luck.
He was in talks with Ne-Yo, and at one time, Lady Gaga's people. I emailed ENTI to get the latest share structure, since that's what the TA told me to do. Am I in talks with Tony?
Let's talk technicals if you wish (and how the ADL can be manipulated) since you appear to be all about accumulation:
1. Money Flow Multiplier = [(Close - Low) - (High - Close)] /(High - Low)
2. Money Flow Volume = Money Flow Multiplier x Volume for the Period
3. ADL = Previous ADL + Current Period's Money Flow Volume
Example:
High = .0008 Low = .0005 Close = .0007
[(.0007-.0005) - (.0008-.0007)]/(.0008-.0005)
.0002-.0001/.0003 = .33
The Accumulation Distribution Line rises when the Money Flow Multiplier is positive and falls when negative.
With this stock as long as the EOD price does not tank whether by simple buying pressure or an EOD paint, the MFM will be positive which will in turn cause the ADL to increase.
This can easily be manipulated by daily trading AND is typical of what happens when more shares are introduced and the stock is continuously pumped because the volume remains high for the period, thus inflating the Money Flow Volume.
And you get an increasing ADL as PPS decreases.
And as I've said before, and even supporters of this stock can tell you, a chart on a pink with continuous pumps, huge OS, and a gagged TA are pretty much useless.
Charts indicate trends. The biggest trend here is PR/podcast, bump in PPS, trickle down in PPS the rest of the week to a newer low, then repeat.
People who bought in at .0004-.0005 realize the momo from the free share PR is up so they're trying to take some profit and will dump at .0006 til this drops back to .0005.
The previous four rappers and a backstreet boy who has never sold a solo album brought the PPS to .0004-.0005. It took a PR about free shares to get this thing to .0007-.0008 for a day and now it's dropping back down.
Do you really think any of these rappers are bringing in enough paid members to MMX to pay for their videos even?
Tony's next PR needs to be "We have XXXX paid members and are signing up an average of XX paid members each day."
And those Xs better be great. But hey, that PR will be coming from PTEL, won't it?
We might be more similar than different. But you did just admit to flipping, no matter how small or infrequent it is. I can respect taking some off the table and taking some profit. My opinion on trading pinks is to not average down on a pink with a gagged TA, because dilution can easily cause me to throw good money after bad. For every pink that goes back up from a low, there are many that are sitting at .0001 and are stuck at no bid. And even more that have RS. Regardless of what the CEO says about an RS, it's NEVER off the table. I have a big board biotech that just announced an RS despite promising no RS for the last 3 years.
I've taken some off the table here, at a haircut, but believe this will go down more. It's as simple as watching the trading history here now. I could buy back in if this hits .0004 just to get back to even, because I'm sure another PR will pump the share price back to .0007. We'll see. Not sure what I'm doing yet.
But anyone who thinks I short this is insane. A margin account at a $10K minimum to short pinks is insane as are the potential losses. I'd rather play craps in Vegas.
Sometimes there are disgruntled bagholders that want to vent. This is as good of place as any. If you got robbed of half of your money, would you accept it and go home, or file a police report and hope for results, and maybe even warn other people that the potential to be robbed exists right where they are standing?
I hardly think posting negatives about ENTI will affect however many traders will dump money here, but what the heck, it's like therapy.
Social network tools? Like the inability to search for a persons username and the inability for a guest to search for user/member first and last names? Big fail.
There's the reality that this has gone from .00175 to .0007 in 5 months and probably won't hold .0007 much longer as there's not much interest left in buying .0007. And by the way, during that plummet, the accumulation line was going up.
If the uplist of ENTI is still in the works and soon, what is the point of incurring the $270k debt of another company with no value whatsoever (aside from pulling in another paycheck and being able to spread ENTI value over two companies and twice the OS?)
Again, he was so hyped as everyone here was on the uplist of ENTI. it's been 3 months and doesn't take that long so exactly what does PTEL gain shareholders of ENTI aside from shares in a worthless company that doesn't even trade?
8 billion OS to 16 billion OS with absolutely no more product/property/assets is dilution plain and simple.
$270k in debt. Get it? So now ENTI gets rid of it's lone source of income and incurs a huge debt not to mention having to pay Tony for not only his $120k salary with ENTI, but whatever salary he's going to pull with PTEL. The good thing is now he can introduce 8 billion more shares for the same stuff spread over two companies.
It's the terms of the LOC that was done using the exact same agency. Until you find a better example of how this finance agency operates, I'll stick with the only DD available. I've read enough regarding toxic loans and questionable pink sheet companies to make my educated opinion on this.
You can gloss over the fact and act like Citibank is giving them a loan but the bottom line is this is like a loan a person with poor credit gets from a used car lot to buy a lemon at %20 interest.
Let's not focus on the phones. Let's focus on the company value from their own 10-k:
We are a development stage company and have history of losses since our inception. If we cannot reverse our losses, we will have to discontinue operations.
At December 31, 2010, we had $289 in cash on hand and an accumulated deficit of $(270,262), causing our auditors to express their doubt as to our ability to continue as a going concern. We anticipate incurring losses in the near future. We do not have an established source of revenue sufficient to cover our operating costs. Our ability to continue as a going concern is dependent upon our ability to successfully compete, operate profitably and/or raise additional capital through other means. If we are unable to reverse our losses, we will have to discontinue operations.
They "loan" ENTI money by buying shares at an %85 discount of the 5 day lowest daily volume weighted price of the stock. Which would be what, %85 of .0003-.0004. It's a dilution mechanism.
No it's not. Getting a LOC for 20 million does not make MMX worth that. You need to brush up on your pink financing "deals".
But hey, if you think Ambrose & Keith are going to dump a suitcase of 20 million cash on DiBiase's desk at 3% interest, more power to you.
Yeah because the 11 pay phones are worth $20 million. Just because lucky PTEL shareholder was able to sell 250 shares at $2 to some newbie who had a market order in, doesn't valuate the company to that share price times the the OS.
We've been saying that since he took over the company. Unfortunately he hasn't delivered much. Not bashing, just stating the facts.
The letter stating an RS I'd assume.
I never said that. People will pay what they feel this is worth. They paid .0004-.0005 when a billion shares traded. That wasn't manipulation, that was purely a supply and demand scenario.
Will you pay .0008 right now if you see more than half the sells go off at .0007? The PR is over and done. Now the waiting game is up and we'll see how much buying pressure there is now that most have their positions in hand.
Secure artists? That costs money. If they do get and use the 20 LOC which is going to be via discounted sales of shares (dilution), the PPS will go down, just like it did with every other spokesperson, singer, act, etc. At some point the company needs to pay the piper and if they can't do it via revenue, which they haven't shown the ability to do, they have to do it with more shares. Tell me how much value the current artists have given ENTI? It's as simple as looking at the PPS. Even the pumped up post PR PPS which is still well below what it was in mid Dec where it was .0011-.0012.
On the next financials for PTEL the albatross will still be a big ol $270K negative on the balance sheet. What is the share price of 8 billion shares of a company that owes 270K and generates no revenue (or minimal revenue through MMX even)? So after the dust settles, the people who bought in on this great deal for ENTI at .0007 will have ENTI that settles down to .0002-.0003 since it's only viable product no longer resides with the company, and some shares of PTEL which will be restricted or have no bid and sit at .0001. And guess what, after the huge AS increase at PTEL, watch as the CEO grabs his salary and then RS because he hasn't indicated he won't do that over there.
You people put way too much value in the "short" interest here. When this drops to .0004-.0005 it's because of the MMs. When it doesn't go up, it's because of the MMs. Ever think it's because the market values this at what it's worth, and all the investors/traders/longs don't want to pay a premium for something that isn't worth it?
If the business model was so successful and the uplisting is right around the corner, why take over a company with $270k in debt and no product? Only thing I can see is to introduce another 8 billion shares and for somebody to grab another paycheck as CEO of another company. Same intellectual property split between two companies and double the amount of shares. That's the definition of dilution.
DD would indicate that if the finance company being used has done 1 single traceable similar deal that this one would have similar terms.
People here can compare ENTI to Youtube (now that's funny) but the people questioning the LOC can't compare the ENTI deal with the lone other deal done by Ambrose & Keith? You know, the one where they get to basically buy shares at a huge discount under these terms (from their one other traceable deal):
On October 1, 2010, the Company entered into a Securities Purchase Agreement with Ambrose & Keith Fund, Inc., based in Boca Raton, Florida, for the purchase of $30,000,000 in common stock of the Company over a 24 month period in periodic draws of not less than $10,000 and not more than $500,000, based on a price per share equal to 85 percent of the 5 day lowest daily volume weighted price of the stock on the OTC Bulletin.
Where'd everyone go? ;)
I already did say that. It doesn't matter though. Uplistings don't take as long as this one, especially with a company that doesn't have many finanicials to report. Doesn't change the fact that it will now be 16 billion shares at least for the same IP that was available two days ago.
Tony owns %80 of PTEL and is going to give all ENTI shareholders a share. So do you think he will somehow give up his %80 ownership of PTEL? Nope. That means MORE than the 8 billion shares he'll have to print off.
Oh yea, and how does ENTI pay for the $270k debt of PTEL? Let me guess, the 20mill LOC. So now Tony can take a $120K paycheck from two companies, neither of which can support that salary with revenue.
Not to mention, as of the PR, it's a "proposed plan" of which it is "currently in discussion."
Billion? Try 8 billion. X 2
It's move significantly down for the most part.
Why did he give up on conventional uplisting? I certainly understand the history of dilution and a plummeting PPS. Anything else means nothing if it doesn't raise the PPS.
If you can't understand basic dilution of double the current share structure of ENTI with this move to PTEL, then there's nothing I can say that will change your mind. 16 billion shares at least for the same intellectual property split between two companies.
Digital yellow pages to work on their 11 pay phones?
He hyped uplisting for so long. Did he fail at that or did he not want to provide the proper documentation (2 years financials) to uplist the conventional way? At least if he RMed into PTEL we wouldn't be facing a doubling of the OS at least.
People seem to forget that if Tony owns almost %80 of PTEL, and is now going to balloon that share structure for the Divi, he certainly is not going to decrease his share percent of PTEL. So the Divi match in shares is only %20 of the total amount of shares that will be available.
They can't even do a proper simple search on their own marquee website. How are they going to sell "search engine optimization"?
This sat at .0007 back in Feb. So your %75 gain assumes you bought yesterday and haven't bought any during the freefall when it was priced higher (much).
If all of your shares are at .0004 then congratulations.
ENTI has a finite amount of intellectual property whose value is currently split amongst 8 billion or so shares. When the divi is paid, that property will be split amongst 16 billion or so shares. The shareholders will also take on the $270K debt of PTEL. Sounds great for 11 pay phones.
The guy asked the financial standing of the company. I answered. You don't think the $200k they owe goes away do you?
From the 10-K
"We are a development stage company and have history of losses since our inception. If we cannot reverse our losses, we will have to discontinue operations.

Our history of losses is expected to continue and will need to obtain additional capital financing in the future."
