Charlie,
I am not sure that Adam is. I know he is learning all he can.
Hope you all have a great day, I need to put my "nose to the grindstone"!
later,
RJ
Thanks Sun,
Yes it does. Brian did not like the Fluff PR's that got
FASC in trouble in early years. He is the complete opposite to
the extreme possibly? The handling of shareholders is not
his expertise. The company survival is utmost in Brians mind
right now. He cannot share details but if he could he would have
both bad news and good news.
I had a hard time getting Brian to talk about St. Malo. I had to
read to him what I knew before he opened up at all. That is why I
am reluctant to press him further. Brian has stated to me
that when he has something worth putting out a PR about he will.
In the mean time....he is showing up to work.
RJ
PS. I am assuming that your dislike for FASC has more to do with
Cal's personality or habits rather than Brians.
Charlie,
"What plans are in place for the continuation of FASC should Brian become incapacitated?"
It is my understanding that Adam and a experienced staff if he can afford one.
RJ
Sun,
I disagree, he should not spend the Companies money it needs to survive to satisfy Traders. He needs to ensure the survival of the
Company first. If the company survives then it benefits the longs.
The traders do what they do and a company does not exist to please traders but to make a product and a value for the shareholders.
Those that own shares for a few hours or a few days are not realy
investors.
RJ
Hi Waite,
"RJ - Would you be willing to talk with Brian concerning the two recently posted, basic concerns of investors?"
I have done so. Brian is worker, not a PR man. He feels he shows
his hand by showing up to work each day. He has a Sales program through Companies like PacWest etc. He and Adam have their hands full just handling day to day activities, meetings, testing etc.
He is operating on a shoe string and what he can afford to loan the
company.
I have told Brian that he has probably at least a dozen shareholders that have held shares for 10 years + or - and that
they feel more like partners than shareholders, he said he is
aware and that is part of what keeps him going.
I can only press Brian so far or he will quit talking to me. I do not want to be a burden or pest to him. I also do not want
to cause him to share anything with me that would be illegal and get him in trouble.
RJ
Patrik,
QL does use the KDS. FASC does not manufacture it with Mainland, we receive a royalty. If I remember it does talk about it in the
10Q's
From old discussion with Brian. Brian will answer question from the
10Q's or public information we find. He is very careful on what he
will discuss. How-ever he does like Garth Brooks!
RJ
RJ
TR,
Send it through Waite. He has my phone and email. I do not want
just anyone to have it. Some people have got it on their own and so far they have not been a problem. I would not like to invite one!
RJ
TR,
I for one do not want you to stop posting. How-ever I would like
the right to my opinions, because that is what they are...opinions
and it is important you state yours.
You are very much respected here and we as a group deliver what waite calls Balance.
RJ
Peter,
Brian agrees with you. He has stated to me that he does not
have the money at this time to create and set up the Team
FASC needs. He had a company investigate increasing more shares but could not find the support at this time. It would cost a lot of money to do so and not worth the investment if it would fail. So we will have to drudge along with what he is able to do a sale at a time. He may re-look at it in the future?
I did request a call from TR to discuss it. TR did not call me.
The financial company that was investigating it attempted to call
all the shareholders above a certain % shares held.
Brians statement to me was he will do what he can to keep FASC alive and not dump on the shareholders. The market is tough.
I have asked about reporting and he says he will report when he
feels he has something worthy of reporting. He does not do
fluff for the day traders. It costs him time and money.
His interest is only in the longs that have stuck with him so long.
RJ
RJ
Hi Al,
Here is the scoop. Brian could talk to me a little about
St Malo because it is semi public information in Quebec.
Simo Lakhimiri will be meeting with Brian at FASC's offices
next week. Things should be finalized by end of August.
How many machines? whether one or more is not yet decided.
The potential is not yet determined, but at least one machine
will be purchased. When?
RJ
PS. I forgot to add for those who do not know, Simo
is President and CEO of Lakson International Development Inc.
St-Malo,
I more than appreciate the information that you have provided.
How-ever I would like to ask you, what would keep you from being
a FASC shareholder? or Why are you not buying FASC shares with the
information that you have? It would seem most investors would be
diversified in how they take advantage of a technology that they
believe in?
Thanks for your input,
RJ
Waite,
I have adjusted to being happy while various stocks of mine have
dropping PPS!!!!!!!! Thats quite a pill!
I have mixed feelings on FASC, I know what it is like to work so hard and have the economy and uncontrolable conditions rule the day.
Waite, TR,
"I reserve the right to be wrong!"
RJ
PS. Waite, Don't you have your own meds to take? Have your pretty
little nurse check for you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just funin'
Trout and Tr,
I understand. I am simply mistified by how many almosts we have.
We should be shootin' the moon! I guess SAM is starting to rub
off on me. What should? What should be? !!!!
I am now sippng on my cheer up coffee !!!!!!!!
TR, as much as I appreciate all your DD, I simply am not
buying the MM thing. Maybe eventually?
I think my theory is pretty obvious.
RJ
Waite,
I think the .024 buys are just propping for the purpose of the
.015 to .018 sells. Notice the size and timing of each.
RJ
TR,
Pratt and Whitney were doing a lot of materials testing with
FASC. They have not been in contact with FASC for some time
now. Brian nor Adam have any Idea where we stand with them.
I asked Brian and Adam a couple of months ago and that was there
reply.
RJ
daemon,
I have been watching the trading action the last couple of days..
600 to 800 shares in buys at .024 approx and sells of 30k to 50k at
.015 to .018. $ 12.00 approx. buys at .024 followed by $ 700 to $ 800 sells at .015 to .018 approx.
I personally think someone is propping up the price slightly so
they can sell volume with out going sub penny.
Just my take on it. It seems more reasonable than MM action.
Also I think Brian will report something when he has something to report.
....and I am not in a bad mood TR, it is just my amatuer analyst
thinking!!!!
RJ
TR,
I am not sure many of the pellot people care much
about the KDS due to cost? I do think the powder people and people
interested in the pathogen reduction are going to find
the KDS a incredible tool for them.
RJ
Tech,
"Certainly FASC HQ puts the company and the machine first."
I was not refering to Brian FASC etc. more the sales arms that
may have easier to sell items and the fact that Brian can not be everywhere. Adam does not have time for sales. He is busy with
testing, trouble shooting, set up etc.
I expect that if some of the quoting Brian has been doing turns
to completed Sales we will continue to float just fine. The fact that Brian is selling some of his shares at this low PPS tells you
that he is under cash pressure.
My thoughts, but not negative on Brian or FASC. Just the current enviorment.
RJ
Hi TR,
I agree with you in part, how-ever there are area's I believe
we need a more constant presence. I am not saying we will not make
it. I am saying it is not as rosy as I once thought.
We have a tough economy and that is when Sales is the most important. Brian can not be everywhere and the other sales arms
have their location and we are not necessarily there most important
product?
I do agree that PacWest and others are good for us. I just do
not want to agree ourselves out of cash.
RJ
James,
That would be great, but FASC is cash poor. It would take some
immediate sales to help FASC just in its daily bills let alone
a share buy back.
I am pro Brian and FASC. I also am a realist and think that a buyout should happen if FASC does not increase sales performance
quickly.
Brian has fought the good fight and I believe he will not quit. That is good. How-ever we need a sales force that puts FASC and
its KDS first.
RJ
TR,
Notice how small the .024 buys are. We need to make the .016 and
.017 the small buys and the .014 the large one's!
Who ever is painting the tape ...I hear ya.
RJ
TR,
"Maybe I can send them an email and have them include a KDS on the show to go with the alternative energy projects."
Now, that would get me watching the show!
......at the same time let them know that I am a JR wanabee!
RJ
TR,
While I am waiting to become a JR, I am working on the
amatuer analyst show right here at IHUB!
No, I have not seen the new Dallas show. It probably has been over a month or so since I have watched a TV show other than
a little CNN or FOX. I am not much for TV. To many things to
do. Its more fun to go live then to watch someone else live!!!
RJ
PS. I was going to get a cheer pill form Waite, but he charges
so little I was wondering if it was any good?
Waite,
I need to get something for my money!!!!!!
Being patient is tough. There are a lot of us that
are hoping and believing in this technology. But as
Tech has mentioned, it is the ability to deliver the
Sales. Quoting is great, Discipline is great, but if
you cannot close the sale...there is not going to
be a business long no matter how diligent, trustworthy
and hardworking you are.
Pertaining to previous posts, take a look at the price/volume.
Even with the current price at .024 it is meaning less with out
volume. The volume will determine the market for shares at that
price. It seems at .016 to .019 there is a market for the shares.
? I wonder if the pricing on the KDS runs along the same line?
Folks I have talked to in the past say that the KDS is best but
costs many times more and they do not need that quality for the price.
RJ
TR,
Lets just hope that FASC can cash flow itself until these sales
come to fruition.
RJ
TR,
I was havin a little fun with ya!
I do think the real PPS is .19 + or - until
we see volume at .024 or better. Just my Thinking.
Gotta go with the volume.
I do appreciate the day!
RJ
Hi Charlie,
" sorry TR"
Historically speaking its "Sorry Charlie" !!!!!
but, that being said, I agree with your assessment.
On the other hand shshsh shsh, we do not want to discourage
TR's sluething on our beloved FASC!
Just havin a little fun'
RJ
Waitedg,
You must have a new charity! FASC!
I am wondering if the 800 shares or $ 19.20 spent for
them was a paint? I hope not. I would rather pay
the larger PPS then see us remain in the basement.
RJ
Chambers,
What fooled me is the drop after the volume?
Well, it is good to see FASC trading?
Lets see if it has legs at .024 with any volume.
I cannot give it any credit if the .024 is small
volume.
? only 800 shares at .024 ?
my thoughts,
RJ
TR,
I am not a pro at this, but when there is volume before a drop in PPS...does it not mean selling going on? otherwise there would
be increase in PPS due to demand?
RJ
PS. or was that .016 someone just being charitable to waiteDg?
Hi TR,
It looks like someone is dumping shares???
Your take?
RJ
rudolfo,
Thanks,
RJ
Sam,
You are correct that FASC has a niche, how-ever the KDS
is one part of a process. When the end user has
issues we can get canceled. It could be the cause of our issues?
We are fortunate that we have a CEO in Brian that does not
want to give up. Tough guy.
RJ
Net,
When FASC hits .47, you can fly into my back yard (MBS Airport)
and I will ride over with you to see Waite!
Nice Plane!
RJ
TR,
The problem with Sundrop is that the people who worked with
FASC are all gone.
We will have to see. Fortunately there are a couple KDS's
in the pipe line. Brian would just love to see a small %
of his quoting turn into Sales.
As Sam say's "Still Holdin'" !!!!!!!!!!
RJ
TR,
I am not talking about your having conversations with MM's. I am merely stating I do not believe that they have any knowledge of FASC sales.
My difference of opinion.
I also thought Sundrop was dead when we were talking about it and I confirmed that with Brian. I do hope that Adam can get something revived? But I doubt it will happen.
Thanks for your digging you do an incredible job. I just have other opinions when it comes to MM's. I will admit I know little about them.
RJ
TR,
"I'm guessing that MM's are also getting wind of forthcoming sales."
Not meaning to be contrary, but what would the MM's know about up and coming Sales? The little bit we know is from our own digging?
I do appreciate your digging, but I do not understand your MM conversations nor understand why Sundrop was touted previosly.
I do see a couple of sales comming, but nothing Cisco like as
a poster liked to promote at one time.
Do you remember "buy all you can" !!! ouch,
I do support Brian and FASC, but we are just shareholders. Our ownership does not mean much. I do think the one thing that makes FASC stand out from other garbage pennies is Brians efforts.
RJ
TR,
MM's throwing away 70,000 shares at a .01? Why and to what benefit?
Are they trying to drive down the PPS?
RJ
Funny,
70,000 shares fill at .01 then 900 at .0189? Is that 900 painting the tape?
Go get em Waite!!!!!!!!!
Looks like you should be able to get the shares you want at a lower PPS?
I am wondering what's up?
RJ
HI all,
How can a bid for 70K at .01 get filled with the ask at .015?
What a crazy game! Somethings very strange?
RJ
