lol yes, its a conference call not king tut being reborn.. dont expect anything spectacular.. but good luck.
prime prices back then for sure
apparently you got in on the premium low prices and have a considerable amount fo shares.... otherwise you would be way down.. lol
it most definitely will... i have never been involved in a reverse split that ended well. its like once the adjusted price is set, it may last a few days then it just starts going backwards...
GOOD LUCK and PROSPER lol hopefully it works out
good luck with that buddy,,, reverse splits work for some,, but its a voodoo curse for others.. and that adjusted price has to sustain or get a lot better... if not then its a complete waste ..... GOOD LUCK!!!
LOL whatever,, yikes..
so if you have 50,000..... after the split it will be a little over 3,000 and if the adjusted share price does not sustain, then you are really screwed.
it was going to happen sooner or later with that butt load of outstanding shares..

and I asked someone else about the news article, and they were like thats is an opinion post, and the 19th is not a guaranteed date. So I guess we will know for sure when the 19th rolls around huh? LOL ... And what effect this will have is still unknown,,, may do absolutely nothing for the share price. Maybe it all depends on Canadas legalization.
Yea I sure did,, LOL by the time i saw it, it was too late to delete hehehehe..
For those waiting for their Canadian investment to become licensed?

Friday Night Inc. Closes Acquisition of Spire Secure Logistics and Strengthens Team
Friday Night Inc. is pleased to advise that it has closed its previously announced acquisition of Spire Secure Logistics Inc.
7,692,308 common shares were issued at a deemed price of $0.65 to the shareholders of Spire. These shares are subject to trading restrictions until July 2, 2018 and are further subject to a voluntary escrow that will see 12.5% of the total amount released every 3 months, starting with a release on closing and then on May 1, 2018.
Brayden Sutton, CEO of Friday Night, held less than 10% of Spire, and took no part in the negotiations with and the decision by the board to acquire Spire.
The Company is also pleased to announce that Tim Humberstone, a former law enforcement leader and respected expert in Canada’s regulated cannabis sector is joining Spire Secure Logistics, a company specializing in security, intelligence, and compliance. As Chief Strategy Officer, Tim will lead Spire’s growth in Ontario and support clients across Canada with his depth and breadth of specialized knowledge and relationships.
“Anyone who knows Tim Humberstone knows that he is a consummate professional – and there is nobody who knows cannabis security and compliance better,” said Spire’s CEO Andy Richards.
“I’ve been courted by a lot of companies in the cannabis sector,” said Mr. Humberstone. “It’s no accident I chose to join the team at Spire Secure Logistics. Spire has been quietly establishing a presence across Canada, and I’m excited to take the lead in Ontario.”
Mr. Humberstone led security and compliance at one of Canada’s first Licensed Producers of medicinal cannabis. He worked closely with Health Canada and the Office of Medical Cannabis since the earliest days of the regulated cannabis sector. He served in the regulated roles of Senior/Responsible Person in Charge, created all security related policies and procedures, and was responsible for extensive applications and reporting.
During a prior 20-year career with the RCMP, Humberstone gained leadership experience including municipal and federal drug enforcement, the Organized Crime Agency, and Combined Forces Special Enforcement Units. He trained extensively in advanced policing and leadership roles, including expertise in federal and provincial policies. He has strong relationships with federal, provincial, and municipal law enforcement agencies.

excerpt from Seeking Alpha article:
If there’s one clear outlier here it’s that Canada and biotech are two niche segments that funds like these are focusing on right now. The simple fact that so much of the investment dollars are weighted toward these ultimately begs the question of why not start paying attention. Right now there are other publicly traded companies that have taken the “fund approach” without forming into a formal ETF. Take, for instance, Rockshield Capital Corp (OTCPK:CRUOF).
It was founded in 2007 and has recently found itself investing into some of Canada’s emerging small cap companies including several public and pre-IPO businesses. The company has made a total of 20 investments so far with a “cash and investments” value of $15 million.
The company’s most recent investments include companies in the cryptocurrency & blockchain, neuro-science, and cannabis industries. The majority of their recent investments, however has much more of a focus on cannabis companies.

About Spire
Spire provides strategic security consulting in Canada, the United States and Latin and South America. They act for or have acted for licensed producers and ancillary businesses in the cannabis sector. Formed almost 3 years ago by Andy Richards and Jeff Meyers, two career law enforcement professionals well acquainted with organized crime and both the illicit and legal cannabis industry, Spire has quickly become a leading firm for companies looking to ensure their operations adhere to government regulations around security and are best equipped to deter the infiltration of organized crime and black market diversion. Spire is led by experts with international backgrounds in covert and undercover operations to infiltrate and disrupt organized crime, including outlaw motorcycle gangs, cartels, and other violent gangs. Members of the Spire team have been involved with policy, compliance, and law enforcement in the regulated cannabis industry since its earliest days.
By adding this business to the Company’s portfolio, Friday Night is diversifying its income stream and achieving exposure to international markets.
“The Spire team brings decades of experience in the trenches of law enforcement, security, and high-stakes risk management.” said Brayden Sutton, CEO of Fright Night Inc. “Spire is uniquely equipped to keep companies safe, secure, and compliant – which in turn creates more shareholder value and peace of mind. I am extremely honored to call the Spire team a part of our family and look forward to the increased level of intelligence and awareness it brings us as a company, whether that be in current operations or when evaluating other opportunities in the sector.”
“Spire works with companies who want to make an honest dollar in a secure, compliant, law-abiding cannabis industry,” said Spire’s CEO Andy Richards, a 34-year law enforcement veteran who has led numerous high-profile investigations of organized drug crime. “Whether it’s regulatory applications, security procedures, or working hand-in-hand with government and law enforcement, our team has the right skills, connections, and experience to deliver.”
Coincident with closing, Andy Richards will join the Friday Night Inc. Board of Directors.
About Andy Richards, CEO
Andy Richards spent 34 years in law enforcement and retired as a Deputy Police Chief in the Greater Vancouver area in 2015. For over half his career, Andy specialized in complex organized crime investigations and led many successful major projects, most with an international component. He has a master’s degree in Criminal Justice, remains an associate member of the Canadian Association of Chiefs of Police, and, as a court-recognized expert witness, continues to testify in organized crime cases.
Andy helped build Spire into an industry leader in the high-risk international mining and legal cannabis sectors.
About Jeff Meyers, COO
In addition to recent corporate experience protecting Canadian mining assets in high risk areas of the world, Jeff Meyers brings 24 years of Canadian law enforcement experience specializing in covert operations, organized crime, and cross border regulation, enforcement, and interdiction. Jeff’s experience and expertise has facilitated the creation of strategic relationships with law enforcement and government officials around the world, including Europe, the United States, and Central and South America.

Friday Night Inc. And BAM Agree to Termination Of LOI
Friday Night Inc. today announced that it has terminated its letter of intent dated December 20, 2017 to acquire Body & Mind Inc in an all-stock transaction.
After careful review of the BAM transaction and current market conditions, Friday Night and Body and Mind Inc. have mutually determined the acquisition of BAM under the terms of the LOI would not be in the best interests of shareholders, and as a result, the LOI has been terminated by both parties.
Body and Mind Inc. CEO Leonard Clough commented, “Market conditions and the revised consideration proposal to our shareholders played a role in the decision to mutually terminate the proposed amalgamation plan.”
Friday Night Inc. CEO Brayden Sutton commented, “Recent market events out of our control turned the BAM acquisition into a moving target. To keep renegotiating terms and delaying the closing date is not fair to shareholders on either side, all the while both companies may be missing other opportunities.”
