Agreed but I see that a 'bit' further down the line. GLTUA @ ECIG
I'm pretty sure it was expected if you trade major levels, short term 'W', now we consolidate around the 50ma before a serious move up, (well that's what my tea leaves tell me anyway) lol.
Day traders, swing traders, investors, all are welcome as far as I'm concerned, good luck going forward
How we gonna pay for the expansion of kiosks or new luxurious vaping shops in prime time real estate locations, in our most valuable market etc?
So long as the 50ma on the daily holds I don't think there's a problem. JMO
Not sure about halting for a month but yes, a halt followed by information that has shorty crapping his pants and scrambling for shares to force a short squeeze, I'd love to see that. Unfortunately hope isn't a trading recipe for success. GLTUA @ ECIG
I'm across the pond so I saw it this morning whilst I was catching up on overnight info.
Yep I thought the 2 together could be good news, should be a done deal, especially now with last night's release.
Great stuff, lets go for that higher low then.
I'm clearly not as versed in TA as you are but maybe there's a possibility of a re-test of the daily 50ma at .29 before heading back up on it's steady climb to a fair valuation. If it closes below the 50ma then we could see low '20's again. What dya reckon?
The point is that I'm looking forward, not back and my glass is half full whereas yours is not only empty but you smashed the bottom of it off.
Absolutely not, but being so negative because of the way this is trading after everything that's gone on is a waste of time and energy IMHO. Trade what you see, not what you want to happen. JMO
Check out my post history I've been here almost 12 months and been a shareholder almost as long as that and certainly before and after the R/S. The difference is I don't blame everthing and everybody else for being here now, I just get on with it by trading half of my position to average right down to put me in good stead for a decent ROI. If you just sat here and did nothing with your money while it dropped like a stone from 2 bucks then that's up to you. Also if you don't think a 80% increase in pps in 5 weeks is good you need to find another hobby/career because your expectations are out of sync with reality. JMHO and good luck with your trading.
Say what? There's certainly a hard crowd in here after the best qtr and CC for a very long time. We're up over 80% since the low of Oct 9th, we've tested the 50ma and bounced off it and we've set a gap that needs to be filled at .33 yesterday. If that gap is filled and I hope it is sooner rather than later then that's normal chart trading, nothing else. The 'flipping' as you call it gives the stock liquidity which in itself attracts traders/investors alike (increasing liquidity). We were up almost 10% yesterday but people are acting as though we dropped 10%. Just because it didn't go 'to da moon' yesterday doesn't mean to say the sky is falling in. If people on this board are correct CDEL will fight tooth and nail to profit from the slow incline of the pps until it becomes futile. I believe in Dan and Phil completing the turn around here and giving the patient longs a decent ROI. JMHO
"The bottom line here is the OTC is just not smart enough for this stock! That's why i'll never trade OTC again , it's %90 flippers"
Apologies, I just want to correct some information I posted yesterday morning:-
Should read: $9.3m Gross (not net) EBITDA was slighly negative but won't be long until ECIG is EBITDA positve.
I still think this a turnaround story due to solid management and continue to believe it will be multi bucks by EOY '16. JMHO
Apologies I just wanted to correct something I wrote yesterday, I was getting a little ahead of myself.
Should read: $9.3m Gross (not net) EBITDA slightly negative
I still think this will see multi bucks next year. JMHO
Thnx, expecting great things next year!
Congrats everyone, great Q3. It looks like the turn around is in full flow. I guess the $64k question is, will the manipulation stop now or will they dish out more pain? I for one look to see them given their own medicine but I just can't believe they lost money after taking it down so brutally. I guess I can only hope where that's concerned. GLTUA @ ECIG
Morning guys just wanna highlight a turn around play after last night's Q3/CC.
The train wreck that was ECIG has been turned upright and is now about to leave the station. Latest Q has $15.4m gross revs and $9.3m net revs with an O/S just north of 70M. Annual revs for 2015 could be $55m+ with 4th qtr revs expected to be +25% over Q3 as organic growth starts hitting the top and bottom line. New management has made huge strides in clearing up the balance sheet and very soon they will be hitting the ground on a major tour to bring in institutional investors now that they've managed to get things back on track.
There are a large number of warrants outstanding but it was made clear that investors want a higher ROI before starting to exercise them but as revs increase the warrants should be integrated fairly seamlessly. Toxic debt has been refinanced as has high interest loans to more favourable conditions. It also has seen some serious short manipulation but that should be a thing of the past going forward. JMHO
I think this could be multi bucks sometime in 2016. PPS closed at .33 last night before the CC.
Happy holidays to y'all!!

I'd like to put forward ECIG as a P2DI as I think this could be multi bucks sometime in 2016.
OHL CLassic, Charlie Hoffman please. MTIA
Must be somebody heading for the highway.
Hey you put it out there about blu being 'International' and football specifically, I didn't! I live in Spain and have brit and spanish tv and I'm just saying that I haven't seen ONE advert for blu ecigs! I even went to the largest retailer of ecigs in the area and they don't even stock em (and neither do they stock VIP, Vapestick or FIN for the record) Tell me which station they're advertising on and I'll keep a look out so that I can confirm your statement. Until then it really is B/S! JMHO
'I know a good thing when I see one' or 'patience', lol.
Really? waiting with bated breath
Ya need to chill out, as long as we get a profit nothing else matters, that ROI is coming soon (IMO) and if if doesn't ( which I doubt ) just move on to the next play.
Yawn>>>>>>
International? I probably watch more 'soccer' than is reasonably good for me in Europe and I aint seen jack sh*t about any ecig product lately. About a month ago I saw Vype get some air time, but since then nada!
Vype aka Nicoventures Trading Ltd was acquired by BAT in 2012.

That's funny, 70m O/S, warrants that may or may not be exercised and increasing revs through increasing distribution of targeted products, added to an increasingly improved balance sheet is hardly a recipe for your suggestion. Aint gonna happen! ECIG has Dan, a man with a plan, at the helm now and he's delivering on all fronts so better start buying/covering. JMO
One day doesn't make a trend but the next few weeks could be interesting GLTUA @ UMEWF
Jason Bohn at Sanderson Farm and Adam Scott at WGC HSBC please. MTIA
Feeling quietly confident about next 12 months.
Thanks for all your time and effort and and imparting your knowledge to those less experienced in these matters such as myself. Enjoy your weekend. GLTUA @ ECIG
I see several points here with that paragraph:-
On the 1st issue it would be great not to have an extra 58m shares hitting the tape but that means we also wouldn't have the proceeds from the sale of those 58m shares on the balance sheet. Even with those 58m shares added to the current O/S there would still be additional shares available in the A/S for further issuances, ie the A/S would remain at 400m and the O/S would increase to 373m.
On the second issue, I don't see either of the first 2 suggestions being used because highering the A/S would signal intention of more dilution so bad for the pps and therefore harder to uplist. I've also never heard or seen any Note holder or Warrant holder allow notes or warrants to be cancelled unless there is significant upside for themselves to be had, aka more downside for the company. Finally and more disturbingly, the phrases "having unreserved shares sufficient for all outstanding options to be exercised". and "shareholder approved reverse stock split." fills me with dread because that to me says that any R/S would just be for the O/S and the A/S would remain the same! I would view that as bad for shareholders and a big enough red flag to me to get out in the short term.
I personally would like to see an integration of both ideas.
1) Let all Officers and employee options and warrants convert increasing cash in the balance sheet and increasing the O/S to 373m
2) At the company convenience (ASAP) R/S the O/S AND A/S AND any other options/warrants outstanding with a minimal number (1-10) to uplist, dependent on pps at the time.
3) Simultaneously prepare several blockbuster pr's detailing contracts, revenue projections etc to be released upon and soon after the R/S and uplisting to attract the larger institutional investors.
All constructive comments, alternative points of view are welcome as this is just my opinion.
Nothing would surprise me. Look at Dell, can't believe how that was driven down, investors took it right up the kazoo. Now look at their latest news (EMC)?
Agree 100%, bad news appears to be coming in order for the pps to be down as much as it is. I think it's a definite avoid until clarity is established. JMO
Better to under promise and over deliver than the other way around IMO
Agree 100% but I've almost put this in my 2016 calendar along with a few others and so don't hang around on a daily basis. I think I know what I own and to be honest nothing I have to say is going to effect the pps one iota GLTUA @ ECIG
Still here Phin, just laying low and looking forward to 2016 when we can leave this drivel trading behind and trade nearer to our potential GLTUA @ ECIG
I'm a gut investor also goose33. I know nothing about smoking but I think I've invested into a paradigm shift in the tabacco industry and will get a decent ROI if I have the patience to hang in here. GLTUA @ ECIG
