hey sulphur mt, by the looks of camera three we could see many products being shipped out today or in the near future, they are closing up those Moray crates as we speak.

excellent trading so far today, this is very strong and at these levels the big fish are in this, it is evident on the tape.

trader-b i think that talk about any split here is very much premature and i will show you why in a second. but first i will say this if you are in it for the long haul, arent these prices attractive, compared to your target for the future? if so then buy if not then i dont know what you should do, it is simply up to your trading style.

now let us begin a little analyis on the Specialty Eateries Sector, and review some charts that show splits, if any splits even ever occurred:

So this will equal:

47.4M + 10M + 18M + 13.4M = 88.8M in 2008 revenues, this assumes they won't be developing any new equipment such as the Proteus (TM) and doesnt take into account any other catalyst...

88.8M X 21% margins. i choose this margin to be on the very, very conservative side here, since the margins from Mako Technologies and possible XYZ, along with margins from the development of Proteus (TM) units are going to be fairly high.


this will give us 18.648M net profit

now we take the 18.648M/ 70.12M in Outstanding Shares = 0.2659 Earnings Per Share

so a 0.2659 EPS X 30 PE ratio (which we have decided would be a more realistic figure) = $7.97 per share


these are again using very very conservative numbers and not accounting for anything else other then what is mentioned. potential growth here is amazing.

now i see why, lol, they must have let GLEN know also since they saw an increase of about 700% in last months volume.

agreed, when this moves it moves very quickly and with the right fundamentals those on the bid may find themselves chasing.

Management seems to be getting everything together before they actually release anything, that is great to hear.

congrats on your add this morining Trader -B, as for your question I dont know what you mean by strong by, i guess to answer that type of question it all depends on your investment strategy, are you long-term or short-term, or maybe just flipping? if you are doing the latter I would advise you to sell your position as this is not a stock that is ideal for flipping, this is the type of stock you accumulate the dips, be they intraday dips or small swings in the chart that create higher highs and higher lows.

The indicators on the chart seem primed for more action and show no signs of letting up, its important to note the Acc/ Dis line. This is very telling and may indicate that their are bigger fish accumulating here and absorbing the pressure from the sellers.imo

this is a great day for the dollar volume and shows how strong this really is and how the big fish are swimming in Deep Down waters now, lol. :)

news will come in due time, i am satisfied with the way management has carried this company and how they create shareholder value, this is just getting interesting. ask yourselves, do you think Deep Down will stop at the Mako Technologies deal, i think not, and then where will the pps go?

nice to have a green day and such a strong movement when the rest of the market is down. so many great things to come here, this is just the beginning.

those shares get absorbed soooo quickly on the ask, someone is very hungry for shares here, and with good reason.

great volume here today and into the close, accumulation is evident and institutions don't mind hitting the ask, since their focus is in the much longer-term here and give a penny take a penny doesnt matter much to them.

i think the driving force will be the amount of restaurants that do open up, and I believe that they will come at a very accelerated pace at one point or another the Quater will help us to see the progress being made and certainly justify the grow of the company.

Fundamentals are the driving force behind this and the market now is only beginning to adjust to Fair Market Value. here are the charts I annotated with the fundamentals, interesting to not that i have been updating these for a while, look at the Price quote of the second (later chart). their is so much more to grow here.

absolutely and even better is where we will be by End of Year 2008, this is looking stronger by the day and certainly building a higher and higher base on the way up, very healthy.

it is impressive to see how busy the shop is nowadays, and how many tours have been going on lately, the Q3 financials are going to be great imo.
