Concerning your question about financing issues.
I feel if/when volume comes into the stock and is sustainable in the .25 to .35 price area hopefully in anticipation and solidifed by improved fundamentals of the company, the outstanding warrants priced at .21 and .31 if exercised would be sufficient to take care of the loan and possibly provide additional cash flow for Sequiam without having to issue stocks or warrants in the future.
The amount of warrants Biometice Investors received I don't feel will result in overhang at the present or in the immediate short term future as these warrants are restriced for approximately 12 months and BI LLC seems to have a longer term view about this company shoud while having control of 2 seats on the board of directors.
True, but the 10-K states they were producing samples in March 2007 and they expected to begin production in July 07. Generally, if the sample test was successful then an agreement would be formalized prior to full production.
Maybe it is another company but anyway it sounds like we are due some form of update concerning Fujitsu prior to July as well if the sample test market was successful.
Fujitsu; From recent 10-K filing
OEM/ODM USB Fingerprint Scanners
We are currently working with Fujitsu Microelectronics, Inc. to develop OEM/ODM USB fingerprint scanning devices. These devices are designed to secure computer equipment that range from home and small office PC’s to enterprise level servers. Full production is expected to begin in July 2007. Sampling production began in March 2007. For the fiscal year ended December 31, 2006, we had no revenues from the sale of the OEM/ODM USB Fingerprint Scanners.
Is Fujitsu a Fortune 100 company?
The statement sort of sounded a little off the wall to me as well. However, I think if you read the recent 10-K filing you can make a fairly good guess on who the alliance is with.
News today: Sequiam Biometrics Signs Alliance Agreement With Global Fortune 100 Corporation
Sequiam Biometrics, Inc. (OTCBB: SQUM), a leading provider of innovative consumer lifestyle biometric technologies and services, announced today that they have signed an alliance agreement with a global fortune 100 corporation in the electronics industry.
For reasons of imminent product market introduction resulting from this alliance as well as trademark and product confidentiality, certain names and details shall be withheld at this moment until such time that product launch has taken place and international press has been approved.

Aluminum Alloy or 16 Gauge Steel?
What do you want and how much do you want to spend?
Sequiam doesn't necessarily have to make the product. But they can make it Biometric!
http://www.sequiam.com/downloads/UBIbrochure.pdf
Depends on the product you would like to make biometric.
The Sequiam UBI can be customized for almost any product. Do you need a heavy duty fireproof safe? Maybe constructed out of 16 gauge steel or even more heavy duty? Maybe something waterproof as well?
The Sequiam UBI can be customized for your specific needs.

For a panic room you should contact Sequiam and let them explain how the Sequiam UBI could be utilized for your specific security needs.
The Universal Biometric Interface (UBI)™ is an OEM interface that provides you with an inexpensive, high quality, accurate biometric technology part that integrates into most hardware products easily. The UBI™ system can be modified, customized, and made to order for a wide range of applications.

Very good analogy. For the most part, Sequiam has been involved with well name respected companies for a minimum of 1 1/2 years before mass deploying a product to the consumer.
For example, Black and Decker began working with Sequiam I believe in the fall of 05. This can be verified in SEC filings. The product went thru redesign, tested, and then again tested in a trial test market that was highly successful. Now it appears almost 2 years later the product is about to be launched nationwide.
The same scenario is an example of what they have done with the NRA. Now it seems, that not just the Biovault 2.0 was redesigned, but they are about to launch a second product the Biobox-007 prior to a test lauch. The speaks volume to me concerning the reputation of Sequiam and how they bring a product to market.
Home Depot continues to update their website about this lock almost daily now. Hopefully, in the very very near future your Home Depot associate will know more.
There is not a $499 price associated with the Smartscan Biolock. Listed on Home Depot website the price is $199 as expected so please try not to confuse the price issue.
Your comments about house settling I would like to address.
Homes with settling foundations were also brought up during the Black and Decker Sequiam testing phase and this is a very good question. Keep in mind they started testing and redsigning almost 2 1/2 years ago. So most issues have more than likely been discussed.
On any deadbolt, foundation settling causes the angle to change and therefore causes the movement of the bolt to be more difficult. This lock has been compensated for this by overdriving the bolt action. As battery power declines the bolt action gets weaker as well. They have also compensated for this by increasing the drive as the battery levels drop.
Hope this helps when you explain in more detail and inquire again to the Home Depot associate you inquired with that doesn't know about the products on the Home Depot website. Could you get his name?.
He may need to be retrained. Just curious but could he speak English as well?
One more issue we need to address. I have been doing some more Research based on some questions and comments concerning Black and Decker BDK , Sequiam SQUM Smartscan Biolock which is now featured on the Home Depot HD website.
Cut off fingers will not work with the Smart Scan/Biolock. It is a live scan and requires heat/blood pressure. Ballistic gel fake fingers won’t work either. (those were the ones used on MythBusters). However, Gel fingers do work on many other biometric products. This has been performed other other biometric locks. Keep in mind they have been testing this for over 2 1/2 years.
Homes with settling foundations was also brought up and this is a very good question. On any deadbolt settling causes the angle to change and therefore causes the movement of the bolt to be more difficult. This lock has been compensated for this by overdriving the bolt action. I'm out for the weekend. See ya Monday!
They've been testing and redesigning the Biolock for over 2 1/2 years now. It seems they have for the most part thought about just everything.
Battery question on Biolock. I did a little research and thought I would address your concerns about getting stuck out of your house with a dead biolock battery.
Supposedly it won’t happen. They have installed a battery recovery system in the biolock electronics. They have installed a capacitor in the device that charges and will still try to actuate the bolt. Every time you swipe it even when almost dead it will move the deadbolt more. So it might take a few minutes to get in but you still can get in. Also the unit beeps when it’s getting low like a smoke alarm.
Additionally, the unit can last for several years on the same set of batteries if it’s a door that’s only opened once or twice a day.
Hope this infomation eases your concern
One of the advantages of this type of lock is controlled access. The Smartscan Biolock can be programmed to accept a particular individuals finger print on a certain day and certain time.
For example, an individual that has an office or home with maid or cleaning crew that is expected to clean on Tuesdays and Wednesdays after hours from 5 p.m to 7 p.m.
In most cases the maid or manager in charge of cleaning is given a key. A key which in turn could be handed to someone else if the maid or manager of crew was not able to be on site at a certain time. This type of lock eliminates discrepancies on who had access to get in the premises.
I completely agree. However, if you want to buy a Biolock or Biovault at the current time Sequiam is the one to call and they have a sales department. We are talking about ordering product and where it is available. Right now you can buy from Sequiam.
I don't believe it will be before June. Therefore beginning of June, during or after June is my guess. Black and Decker stated in a previous PR during the International Homebuilders Show in Orlando during February they would have available June 1.
We'll just have to wait and see.
They are available now thru Sequiam. I tried to place an order last week and they had sold out and were on backorder. Call Sequiam directly if you don't believe me.
If the nationwide rollout for the Biolock is on schedule for June I would hope in the coming weeks leading into or coinciding with June some announcement by either Black and Decker, Sequiam, or Home Depot as well as some type of advertising would occur.
That in my opinion could prove newsworthy and a possible catalyst for positive action in the stock price to begin to occur.
You should quit wasting your time looking at Home Depot for the Biolock at the present time. It is common knowledge by anyone following and understands this company they won't be available until after June.
I like my safe to have controlled and easy access whereas nobody has access besides me. That is not possible with safes which utilize keys and combinations.
The Biovault works great for my needs and everybody I show it to says "Wow" My unit alone has sold 5 additional Biovaults just on my demonstration alone.
We provide an upadated chart in the IBOX easy for all to see. Thererore, there really is no need to double post information readily available for all to see.
All a matter of opinion. The NRA has endorsed and licensed Sequiam's Biovault. Not even a single product review on the safe you mention and provide link.
Home Depot and Black and Decker are involved with the Biolock. Who endorses Buds Gun Shop?
Yes he did. He started making posts about a lawsuit concerning Xerox. The post had legal proceeding title under Item 1 Legal Proceedings. Ralphkaz I think asked where he got that information. He promptly replied with a link to Sequiam's recent 10K. He posted it in post 4303. Then continued in posts 4304 thru 4307 in which he stated;

Then read my posts from 4309 to 4314 with the exact wording from the 10K filed he provided the link to which he stated was where you could find informationa about his posts.
SEC reference to support posts. That was the biggest hoax I saw today and IHUB allows it. I tried to clarify the issue about changing the wording in SEC filings but am told it is our responsibility to expose it and it is allowed on the boards.
Anyway, bunch of nerve some posters have in altering SEC filings in order to try and confuse others looking for reliable information.
At lease Sequiam is timely in filing SEC documents and they are readily accessible when you need to clarify an issue someone tried to make confusing today.
You will if you lose your key!
It would be a good idea to know where a backup key was if you forget to change the batteries or also do not pay attention to the low battery indicator on the LCD screen.
Then again, what happens if the battery dies on your car?
Yes you did claim the information posted can be found from the recently recorded 10-K filed with the SEC. Below was where you acknowledge when asked where you were getting the information.
You have now been caught in 2 outright lies and I believe materially changing wording in an SEC document is against the law.

ITEM 3. LEGAL PROCEEDINGS
No material legal proceedings are currently pending or threatened against us.
I copied the above from the link you made reference was where you received your information. Again, the link you supplied differs materially from your post.
Item 1 in the 10-K link you provided is the business description. Your post states Item 1-Legal Proceedings. You are falsifying a recorded SEC document. Isn't that against the law?
Wick: Why are you changing the wording from the 10-K in the link you provided? You are making statements and stating they are backed up in the most recent 10-K. The most recent 10-K differs materially from the information contained in your post.
From the most recent 10-K link you provided states as copied below concerning Biovault. The post containing your verbage differs materially from what is stated in the 10-K. I feel you are misleading investors.

BioVault™
We market a personal access denial device called BioVault™ that uses patent-pending fingerprint recognition technology as the sole means to control access, and requires no key, card or combination. The BioVault™ is constructed of heavy-duty 12-gauge steel. The BioVault™ can be plugged into a house AC current or run independently on three D-cell batteries for up to one year, and is the only access denial device currently on the market with no manual override system. The BioVault™ uses the same non-volatile memory as cell phones to retain fingerprint information in the absence of any power source. When power is low, the BioVault™ signals the user like a smoke detector.

Table of Contents
The BioVault™ measures 12.5 inches wide, by 17 inches long, by 3.5 inches deep, and provides room for two handguns plus ammunition, or valuables such as jewelry, stock certificates and other documents. The BioVault™ is easy to program and stores up to 15 authorized fingerprints. We believe that handgun owners are the largest market for this product and have developed a relationship with the National Rifle Association for the sale of the BioVault™.
We have re-designed, re-engineered and re-tooled the BioVault™ and have introduced it as the BioVault™ 2.0. The re-designed BioVault™ 2.0 includes features requested by partners who required improvements to be incorporated in order to commit to the product to a high degree. Some of these features include doors that open shallow enough to be in small spaces, a polished fit and finish, ability to wire mount in hotel rooms, ability to mount in police and other vehicles, an LCD screen to display helpful information for end users and most importantly a much lower price point. All the requested features have been successfully integrated into the new BioVault™ 2.0’s design. In addition to our partnership with the National Rifle Association, over 130 distributors and retail outlets have agreed to sell the BioVault™ 2.0. Sequiam Biometrics manufactures, assembles, tests and packages the BioVault™ 2.0 via Magstone Innovation, Inc. in Guangzhou, China. We acquired 80% of the outstanding shares of Magstone on January 8, 2007, pursuant to an amended and restated stock purchase agreement. Initial deliveries were made of the product in August 2006 and through streamlining of the manufacturing process larger quantities of the BioVault™ 2.0 became available in December 2006. For the year ended December 31, 2006, we had $183,822 in revenues from sales of the BioVault™ and BioVault™ 2.0.

SEQUIAM and XEROX Jointly and Voluntarily Dismiss Lawsuit.

Article Excerpt
ORLANDO, Fla. -- Sequiam Corporation (OTCBB: SQUM), through its wholly owned subsidiary Sequiam Sports, Inc. (Formerly known as Brekel Group, Inc), announced today that Sequiam and Xerox Corporation have jointly and voluntarily dismissed their long pending lawsuit.
The dispute, in excess of $1.5 million, had been ongoing since March 2001.
Dallas: I got your PM thanks. I've just been watching to see how this unfolds. Made money on this so no problem on my end. I don't see the news show up anywhere with APXR ticker and the stock is holding up right now. Strange
When the company releases quarterly results per SEC filings you will see sales figures.
Yes, a large increase in sales should result in future profitability.
Don't know about percentage from Black and Decker. As rollout is expected in June we should begin to see results from this primarily in the third quarter. However, the Biolocks are selling as we speak. You can order now directly thru Sequiam.
Sequiam recently announced 200 resellers for the Biovault therefore the response from the advertising on the NRA site as well as Sequiam attending the NRA convention could be concluded that the response has been very successful.
If you indeed purchased @ .23 back in February you jumped in on a temporary spike as the stock has based in the .16 to .18 area going all the way back to August of 06. Evidently someone is willing to buy the stock in this area as indicated yesterday when the volume spiked to over 500K shares.
I would suggest you move on and sell rather than cry and moan. Otherwise, you may look into accumulating more at this price as the companies products become deployed.
It is not like the company is out hyping the stock with meaningless PR's
If you call the transfer agent you will find that the outstanding shares have remained basically unchanged from the amount prior to recent financing deal. Your dilution comment at this time is unjustified.
First of all they didn't lose $23 million on CKYS. Second of all they manufactured the Biovault 2.0 per request of the distributors in order for the product to be lighter.
There are several safes on the market. This one obviously doesn't meet your needs. So why continue to make issue about what the product is made of?
If you need one made out of steel why not call the company and inquire. They can make basically anything biometric depending on your specific need.

Anybody know price of this new item?

Thats great. It is not like the company is out hyping the stock releasing false PR's. Bring all the on-topic discussion you desire. So far everything you post is re-inforcing my investment in the company.
When the obvious becomes clear you will have contributed to more eyeballs looking at this company than I could have ever accomplished on my own.
Nope not handling morphine and I was the one that brought up the use for this for storing samples. Pharmaceutical reps don't give away samples of morphine. Then again, with a 3 year internship you probably don't understand.. If you want to lock up morphine you may want to look into something more expensive.
You obviously have no clue on the market this product was designed.
