There is a reason that they are on the pink sheets and not the NASDQ. Regulations and filings cost a lot of money. Granted 2 plus years is a while but I would rather have had them focussed on sales etc instead of the curriousity of some disgruntaled investors on a message board.

With the way the market looks like it will be tanking I am hoping to see a rise in this to help offset.

With out sounding to negative or crass I find it hard to believe that someone would be a franchise of any sort that would not give him any financial viability info etc. I am very interested to hear what he has to say about his franchise.

Well if a family member purchased a franchise would they not have received any financials about profitability etc that they could expect? Also where are their franchises located what jails????
