Does this mean that I can buy $1 million worth of stock for even less than $20,000?
Bid at 0.12--high 0.13 low 0.115---bulk of trading below 0.13----something ain't right.
According to many past posts, the stock should already be in strong hands.
It's not the MM's, it's the naked shorts or it's the bashers. It certainly is NOT MALY.
But you are defending. Plain and simple, did not matter that plans changed after the PR date. Just issue a new PR.
Are you really considering buying more of this crap?
You keep saying "the fundamentals are there", however, you seem to be assuming that they have a virtual monopoly with Clear Calm. That is not necessarily the case as the SCBA manufacturers could very well develop their own "communication devices" or buy similar devices elsewhere. My guess (and it is only a guess) is that a similar device can be developed in a relatively short time frame at a price significantly lower than the Clear Calm price. After all, we are not talking about re-inventing the wheel. It's just a sophisticated communication device which an outfit like Sony could probably knock off (and throw a camera in for good measure) in no time at all.
It is of course possible that the SCBA manufacturers will make a favorable deal with GRYW to purchase the devices from them, but, we don't know that this will be the case.
Time will tell, but, it is certainly not a foregone conclusion even at this price, that it will be a profitable investment.
Forget about a buy back. The company is trying to raise money for other purposes and would have none to spare for a buy back.
There is a saying "the exception proves the rule". I sincerely hope that this will be the exception. Best of luck Gordon.
I took care of my hobby all day Tuesday, thank you. LOL
Why in the world would Maly buy shares from Parkin at any price. Maly probably still owns shares that he got for free (ostensibly as compensation for services) and he can probably issue himself as many shares as he wishes for free since if there is in fact a board of directors, he must control it, or they would have fired him ages ago and certainly after the lying PR about the Vodka company purchase.
In all likelihood, they don't have the cash available for a CASH dividend, and a dividend in stock is essentially worthless. Furthermore, if the PR about compensating shareholders is anything like ALL the past PR's , it is essentially BULLSHIT.
Unless you have solid INSIDE info, NEVER average down on a pinkie.
It's not polite to shout.
As a courtesy to GG, Doog and Rocketrice, it would be nice if you shared the DD that changed your opinion of GRYW as an investment one hundred eighty degrees in just a few short days.
Does not pay to short this stock at this time. Too many true believers still averaging down for this great BARGAIN. Expect a new PR which will give the true believers additional false hope and raise the PPS modestly on a temporary basis..
Quite a reversal of sentiment.
Seems like a great time for you to buy some more cheapies.
IMO-agree with you 100%
If you bought for a quick turn, good luck. If you bought as an investment, It seems to be a very strange move.
What in the world do you base this fantasy on?
The only way you will get some of your losses back is if you sell the stock to establish a tax loss and then use the tax loss to reduce your income taxes. That will be the jam on your toast. It's hard to believe that after all the lies and deceit perpetrated on you and the other investors that you still retain some optimism. Fool me once, shame on you---Fool me twice, shame on me, certainly does not seem to apply here.
Get REAL. Stockholders will NOT be compensated for their losses. The pr that mentioned it was THE JOKE PR. It's hard to believe that anyone would believe any PR put out by these scoundrels. And in case you have not noticed, the stock already is toast at an adjusted $0.0048.
There is not too much more time to AVERAGE DOWN before the stock stops trading altogether.
Typical Maly PR. A crock of sh#t.
That is a huge problem. Never get emotionally involved with a stock, scam or not.
Well, it took long enough, but you finally came to your senses.
Why are you all wasting time on this nonsense. It should be clear that whether or not they have a real office in NY or not (and apparently they DO NOT) is of no consequence. The PR was just fluff as practically all previous PR's were and apparently as all future PR's will be, unless of course they are outright lies. Anyone averaging down today?
Just curious--What is the basis of your confidence in this company. What have they done to earn your trust. Is it really confidence, or is it hope and prayer?
Good luck to all longs. Just don't get carried away. Averaging down, when it works, usually works best with listed stock. The general rule with Pinkies is to NEVER average down----surest way to the poor house. Just to balance the unbridled optimism of many of the posters, I make the following comments.
Jeff Love/Grant Moar--Can't seem to find much about their past employment history that would qualify them to sucessfully run this company.
TASR-Taser was incorporated for the purpose of developing the Taser and did just that. They concentrated on that one task and were successful. GRYW on the other hand seems to be looking to put their irons in many fires. Not necessarily bad, but if Clear Calm is so hot, why not just concentrate on that like the Taser people concentrated on the Taser.
Market Action-It is pretty evident that today's selling was NOT profit taking. Over 75% of today's trading was at $0.15 or below. Market makers normally know more about the company that they are making a market in than retail investors. Why would market makers be going short at these prices when they must know as much as retail investors about all the good things that are happening with GRYW. If it is not profit taking and it is not the MM's, WHO did the selling?
This is my final posting on this site, so, enjoy the rest of the day, have a great holiday and don't be gluttons.
But, what if it was insider selling?
Where can I see full Barrow's article?
Well it's not that unusual for negative posts to be removed on this board. To a great extent, they are greeted with animosity by the choir.
It's a pleasure to read an intelligent post on this board since they are so few and far between, rather than the "believers" who are worried about the tax consequences of gains that have less of a chance of being realized than of the "believers" hitting the lottery.
I have been watching UPBS with a view towards purchasing once it establishes a base. Do you have any opinion on the company?
That's nice, but, so what?
They get a tax benefit.
I don't know about bright days ahead, but, hopefully there will be fewer black clouds.
Have a great weekend.
