Love, notice I didn't say positive or negative...I'm leaning toward positive with shareholders letter due (if indeed is done & at legal, leaks are occurring), GSM/ATT approval, potential Middle East contracts now possibly being inked following mgmt recent visit, etc.
Besides, if "cookin'" news was negative, we wouldn't be sitting on ask of .0003 and people would be buying all day at .0001. Think positive for a change, eh?
Ward, 9 MMs on bid/ask - Why so many ? Could somethin' be a cookin' ?
Skier, fantastic map - thanks for sharing!
Board: most of us agree that the CT is a superior product, so why hasn't a white knight emerged? Is our management triumvirate simply too proud, stubborn or not willing to dilute their own shares? Something inside HISS just doesn't sit right; actions or lack thereof in the sales end for the past year don't add up.
Sales between now & the end of the year are crucial and will likely result in success or failure.
As to O/S, it is obvious the huge volume days occurred after the end of the 2nd Qtr, so I maintain my assumption that current O/S is in the neighborhood of 7 mil.
Wicks & crew may have a master plan, but why not provide a bit more solid information? If I was a small business, like a trucking company, and interested in a product like the CT, my due diligence would include any and all avenues of information including wierdo message boards. Lack of shareholder confidence would stand out dramatically. JMHO
Bookum, I feel we are already halfway to your 3 bil add'l in Jul, Aug, Sep. The month of July just over 1 billion shares were traded. Since we dropped from .0006 to .0004, I'm guessing most of those were dilution. Aug 1 - Aug 15 around 2.1 bil shares traded with a drop from .0004 to .0001/.0002.
Again, my guess is most were dilution. Sales in July, Aug & Sep are likely to very poor. All we can hope is that the GSM and ATT approvals will finally result in some significant sales.
At this point, IMO we are around 7 bil or more of O/S.
Regarding our sales "team", no one has asked or been able to determine specifically what are HISS sales team consists of.
With over 30+ yrs of straight commission sales experience, I attempted to discuss a sales position with HISS last Feb. After numerous phone messages, emails and a resume mailing direct to Mr. Wicks w/copy to Brian Riley, all I received was a perfuntory phone response from my followup call that the sales team was currently at full contingent.
It appears to me that HISS has a serious case of "big deal syndrome". All there efforts seem to geared to the "big deals" with minor effort on the bread & butter monthly sales.
IMO, if our HISS management team priorities are distracted from sales to resolving lawsuit related matters, then management needs to be changed...
Hey, Skier, hope you told HISC mgmt in your last visit that they better start making some significant sales or our Mountain Hillbilly Army will pay them a not-so-friendly visit.
My guns are clean, oiled and waitin' for a target! LOL
OT: Hey, thefasted, I'm still lurking and doing OK. Still trying to sell my house and recover from the CKYS fiasco.
You staying "cool" in C-town? hehe Grandfather Mtn had an all time high of 81 last week.
Just being patient with HISC and gradually adding at this ridiculous PPS. GLTY BR
SKier, I also wondered about the ATT tie-in. Could be ATT themselves or some of the insiders who, in their approval process, realized the CT is one fantastic little gizmo and they see a chance to make some "mad money".
A very quick count revealed 36 (maybe more or less) at the mysterious 9 mil. After almost 3 wks sitting on the bid at .0003 I finally get hit so why am I feeling sick...
I leave the office for 3 hrs and can't believe my eyes: 395+ mil? My belief in HISC is being seriously tested.
Ward, I've been wondering the same thing. What is significant about 9 mil? Totalling yesterday & today, double figure trades at 9 mil have occurred.
As I commented yesterday, assuming all trades were sells by the company, we're only talking around $50,000. At $200 total COG, that's only 270 CT units. This just doesn't jive.
George, yeppers. Bet you didn't know that MM actually stands for MegaManipulators! LOL
As Spencer said, $30,000 is not a lot of $; at $200 total COG, only 150 CTs could be built.
Thanks, guys. Scottrade has now adjusted to 98015000. Pink sheets at one time showed 103751000 but has now corrected to the 9.8 - so many 9 mil trades must have mixed them up! I'm trying .0003 again; tried two weeks ago for over 10 trade days and never filled.
Hmmm...my Scottrade account shows 130,715,000 volume today whilst another account show 94,715,000. Big discrepancy. What are you guys showing? B
WOW! 127 mil traded in a 3.5 minute span. Something's happening, good or bad?
Skier, I want to express my appreciation for your time and effort re: your HISS visit and for sharing with us longs.
Your report has definitely reduced my stress and strengthened my base faith in HISC. Thank You.
Whoop de do! That should help send a message and relieve the mods a bit.
Spencer, good morning. My post was not directed at you, was just posting in general and expressing a bit of frustration.
When some posters continually post repetitive opinions, it gets very old sifting through the numerous daily posts to glean valid info. I still don't understand why continual TOS violations aren't enforced, even though I do not know the rules you moderators are required to follow.
Overall I feel most moderators, in particular this board, do a great job under stressful & time consuming circumstances. Without a doubt, you have a thankless job. Reminds me of a 2nd Lt in the Army - you catch it from all directions. Keep up the good work. Thank you.
In reviewing the posts to this board late last week, I noticed 27 deletes out of 40 posts. Today from post 63265 to 6338, or 73 posts, all but 22 posts were deleted.
To me, the ignore option is not working as too many folks continually respond to those who obviously violate by repetition.
This board is deteriorating at the same rate as the PPS. Sad, sad, sad...
Why aren't those who continually violate Ihub rules banned?
Surfer, excellent first hand, eye to eye DD. Your efforts and time are greatly appreciated. Thank you.
OT: Ward, maybe our ApTech Mountaineers could teach your Volunteers somethin' 'about football since we are "Galaxy" Champions 2yrs in a row and shootin' for a 3peat this year! LOL
Same dry here...but then HISC pps is just as dry but for much longer :) GLTY
OT: Ward, I agree with your comments. I've lived in Boone for the last 10 yrs and the parochial attitude is prevalent here as in Asheville as it likely is in most "small" urban areas. Unfortunately, these attitudes do bleed over into business decisions. What part of E. TN you located, neighbor?
To any & all:
"German Magazine Focus is reporting (Google translation) that Apple is working on car navigation and sound systems. Apple is said to be working for an introduction in 2009, working with Mercedes exclusively for 6 months.
The system is reported to include "entertainment, communication, and navigation," similar to devices already on the market.
According to FOCUS-sources, the device, that the computer maker is presently developing combines entertainment, communication and navigation in a single device.
Mercedes will exclusively offer the new Apple device for six months, with an expected market introduction targeted for 2009. It is still unclear whether Apple - as in the case of the iPhone - will rely on Google Maps for navigation help.
Focus is a popular German magazine, though its track record in Apple rumors remains unproven."
Since we all are in a "dreamin'" mode here lately, would be nice if Apple (AAPL) bought HISC. LOL Would sure put all this RS BS to rest...
Who, re: The wallpaper blitz begins (again)....
When I saw the PR this am, my first reaction was about the same as you: and let the games begin...again! LOL.
I'll be vveerrryyyy surprised if we will be able to sell any of our restricted shares before Apr 1 08.
Spencer, I'd like to add my appreciation for your time & money efforts. Good work.
To your critics: move on. Spencer has established precedence in his activities by: 1) youtube history and HISS approval by email link usage; 2) mailing a copy of the brochure to HISS and requesting approval/comments; 3) contacting & informing Lynx of his activities, our INVESTOR RELATIONS rep. Silence by HISS begets approval.
Keep on truckin' Spence! GLTY
Who, you are spot on. Watch for .75 per share NLT mid Oct, then by mid Dec only .05 per share. I may take a short drive down to MoodyTown and break me a leg! LOL
Tonkatruck, Congrats on starting a new board that can provide huge assistance for penny investors.
The first warning sign IMO is to look at the company doing Investor Relations for your subject stock company.
Again, IMO from personal experience, if your company's IR firm is Big Apple Consulting (with numerous companies of various names in the Orlando,FL area)you should proceed with EXTREME CAUTION. Invest only if you have the ability to short pennies, because BA has a long history of driving PPS down, WAY down.
I have a long list of companies that use or used BA as their IR rep if anyone is interested. A quick check will show the death spiral that results as soon as BA is hired.
Anyone who knows a company that is repped by BA, please post their symbol and I'll check/add to my list. GLTA
When following my DD checklist when considering investing/buying a new stock, if BA is their IR firm, chances are extremely low I will risk monies in that stock. If I end buying, it is ONLY for a quick flip.
Wolfie, are you aware Ravenwood is a BA represented company?
Be extremely cautious. If you do buy, don't hold very long as you WILL get burned by Big Apple. No one to my knowledge has been able to find a company represented by BA has ever amounted to anything worthwhile.
Repost: msgbrdinfo, let's hope we can get lucky here. I just discovered a friend of a friend actually works in a patent attorneys office in DC. I have respectfully requested he does some sleuthing and find out if the patents exist or not -
with the agreement that no names of the atty or the sleuth be revealed. My friend is trustworthy with integrity and he feels the same about his friend. So we shall see.
UPDATE from the inside: research re: the above, was fruitless.
No patents in CyberKey Solutions or JP name. Only find was a CyberKey website mention in the original inventors application in 2004. Search included provisionals. This person does patent work for a living.
So previous research by other posters appear to be correct and another lie exposed. No patents of any kind. GLTA
yes, Dan Mertlich plus 3 others. My friend who attended picked up Dan's business card as a souvenir as it may eventually be worth more that his 400k shares!
DumbIndian, OT: think you are referring to John Harrel. You can find him over on the StockAlarm board/site.

AngelHillCorp, thanks! Now, are you going to submit this to SEC? Would we have a better chance if a zillion of us submit, just to insure that there is a groundswell of us out here seething at their lack of concern for us shareholders, despite all their empty talk?
Appreciate your efforts and guidance. BR
Who, I tend to agree with you re: not bothering customers/businesses that buy products of stock co's we own shares - BUT, just exactly how are we to do our "homework" if we cannot trust/believe the CEO, PRs, financials (AFs or unAFs), contracts, posters who visit the co HQ, etc, etc.
I'm now quite gunshy after the recent CKYS fiasco, Enron, etc.
Not trying to be a smart A.., just don't want to be burned again. Or maybe I'd be better off visiting Vegas & Atlantic City every 2-3 months! LOL
AngelHillCorp,
Good list, but may I suggest you add:
Any inquiry to a public company by the SEC or any other governmental and/or enforcement agency, be made public through a Press Release the same date said public company is notified of inquiry/information request.
BTW, amendment not amm; warrant, not warrent :)
yes, that was my first question. Made sure he verified specifically what was on display. How can they be selling products they can't obtain? I would assume all existing inventories have been seized. May be too early in the process for seizure, tho'.
I was surprised no thumb drives were on display.
He also said at first glance of the booth all you see is a big apple logo/ID sign and CyberKey logos secondary. Pretty ballsy for BA to be associated with a criminal operation and flaunt the association in front of all the various gov't agencies.
My friend has attended each FOSE event for the past 5 yrs and said this is by far the largest and most well attended he has ever seen.
OT: BA List clarification
HISC BA PR/IR contract expired Nov 06 and was not renewed.
Intent is to provide current and historical list of companies with some association to BA.
Pappi, yes, the more information we can discover about companies we may want to invest in, the better off we will be.
ANY government agency should be required by law to notify shareholders at the same time companies are notifed of inquiries, cease & desist, etc.
UPDATE: just got off the phone with a close friend currently at FOSE. Has visited the CKYS/BA booth and talked with Dan M.
who would not discuss the current situation, would only discuss products.
Booth is very large, great location. No thumb drives on display, just KeepSafes and BioLocks plus many video screens running in loop mode. Total of 4 folks with CyberKey shirts.
Many attendees in the booth. No other details available. BR
white - just tried and get the same. maintenance or something more sinister? hehehe
Cassandra, interesting, especially that MSITF this month moved their IR from BA to Signature Leisure. I wonder? Connection between Signature Leisure, Casselberry, Fl (adjacent to BA HQ Longwood, FL) and Signature Stock Transfer of Plano, TX?
DownWithPumpers: thanks for the additions!
