If you want to question my integrity or intentions, just come right out and say it. I travel thru Orlando all the time, and I have the flight records to back that statement up. I also have stated I visited with Tony many times in the past. I also stated I got back in here after checking out Lena Brewing. I have never said it would close but have stated that when it does, we're looking at APRU 2.0
You can throw all the stones you want, all the negatives you want, but don't try coming at me and questioning my honesty. I think Tony is a good guy, his wife handles herself very well and was a pleasure to meet. You are right, it doesn't snow in Arizona in July, but it is known for its hot air.
He just said there were a few hiccups but that they appeared to be ironed out now.
Bottom line, these are the riskiest investments with the highest rewards we can make, legally, lol. I'm here to make money, but honestly, I hope this goes bigly for Tony. He has worked his rear off to make this go, and these last few years killed many a business. Closing Lena would be a HUGE success story. APRU 2.0!
Look bud, I stated what I saw and got called a liar. Yet when you guys say they are not in the filings which means he sold, that should be considered honest??? LMAO, you can't have it both ways if you actually are honest, but we both know how that game is played. People make mistakes, and GS has made his share, but I'm not here for GS to run the company, I'm here for what he'll bring in. And yes, I've heard the constant bashing of GS and his record, but HMBL was a huge success from a merger standpoint, like it or not. Great story to tell, not his fault it didn't deliver, that was on Brian. If you think he can't bring in another great story, you are wrong, eyes are all over this for the chance to jump and ride it.
Just got home from the states. Met briefly with Tony and his wife on my way to the airport for a quick bite. Tony and his wife make a great team, she's a sharp and hard working lady. I did not go there for any non-public info so you're not going to hear anything you haven't heard before. I liked the conversation we had, it covered APRU PRs to date and just small talk about family.
They both talked very highly about Ross from Lena and what a great partnership this will be. He acknowledged closing dates have been missed but he believes it will get closed. I bought back in once I started looking at Lena Brewing, and when it gets closed, I see a new start for this company. I believe it will close, and that's why I'm here. My Dad always told me NOTHING is done till cash changes hands, and I'm looking forward to that announcement.
I banked large the last time I was here, potential for APRU 2.0 is on the table. Git'er done!
That is total bullshit. You and others said he sold, no assuming at all, and even called those that saw the email from GS stating the truth liars.
I'm traveling now in SC and heading to Floida. Trying to meet up with him if schedules allow.
Check out lenabrewing.com, Tony supposed to be closing on this acquisition. He gets this done we could be looking at APRU 2.0. Very clean and professional site, great ratings, would be a huge acquisition.
I'm just glad we have a hard working CEO. Running a public company is not like being a blogger, where you can just say anything, claim you have all the answers, and just be irresponsible.
I know in this world it's hard to get people to agree on anything, but what's sad is the level of vitriol thrown around. Like Tony or not, like APRU or not, we should all be able to agree that both still being here and alive after what we all have experienced from late 19 til now is impressive. Look around at all the failed and BK businesses in that time period.
Titusville shop is still cranking out product, still there for anyone to visit and verify. Lena Brewing is very impressive. All I'd like to see happen is when this deal gets announced that we can all agree that for APRU to still be here and pull this off will be quite the accomplishment.
I've met Tony and like him. Have mistakes been made, could communication have been better, yes. But to have the determination to keep moving forward, to keep pushing to add value to the business, is worth recognizing and applauding. Lena closes and this is a whole new ballgame. I don't care who buys and sells, as long as Tony delivers it won't matter. I was here when it ran to .06+ before, no idea what it can do now, but I like what I see. GLTA
People lose faith and move on, and others buy at discount... thanks
If you are going to quote me, quote the whole thing!
Obviously, I feel GVSI is worth it.
Time is the most valuable asset any of us own, and I don't like wasting any of mine. Obviously, I feel GVSI is worth it. GS just needs to fire up the TSNP 2.0 and we're off. Going to be traveling the next few days so hold down the fort, lol.
Just waiting on GS, all the rest is just noise. Should be seeing something from the courts on share cancelation in the next week or so. Thankfully, my pantry is full.
If we were allowed to be honest, talking big prices on stocks like GVSI does not constitute pumping. OTC is the riskiest of the risky, so anyone buying these and "hoping" to make 20-50% consistent gains is smoking something. The majority "invest" here because when you hit, you make crazy returns. GVSI has much better odds than most because of TNSP, that is just a fact. I don't care about different times, different markets, etc., it's all about history and how sometimes it does repeat itself. I would never have held for 18 months if I didn't think this had multi-bag potential. Does that make me a pumper??? Nah, it just makes me a realist. If I want to try for average returns, much safer to find a solid mutual fund and go play golf.
Funny by touting his sources he's carrying water for Tony. You can't make this stuff up. But I'm very happy he has confirmed everything.
He's even got his own blogger with inside info, you can't make this stuff up...
Just need our blogger "WC" to verify some more info with his insider, then we fly.
Heard from a good source that we have a blogger verifying deals thru his inside sources. Sounds like things are about to get exciting, was thankful to hear the "water carrying" blogger verified Tony's deal.
L2 has changed, dam MMs... lol
You only need to years of audited fins, and GVSI is almost at the 2 yr mark for GS. Keep looking, but this has been cleaned up and is ready to go.
Trust the people who are bought off to report truth, no thanks. SEC is worthless, so are all of our govt agencies.
NSS is a huge problem whether you believe it or not. Countless fines and too many cases prove you wrong. Estimated over $2 trillion of NSS in the markets and it will never be covered. Overstock was on Reg Sho list for over 5 years, and it never got cured. Until securities start trading on Blockchain type tech, the thieves will do what they do best, steal and manipulate the markets at investor's expense.
I wonder if those "market makers" will be here next week?????
LMAO, MMs had nothing to do with it. Watch and see.
Slaps!
Obviously you missed the point of my post. Maybe re-reading would help... Everyone should take profits, otherwise why be here. I don't see these sellers taking profits, they were scared into selling. Profit takers were the ones selling between 03-05.
Love it, you always want to quote Sharp but he also said charting in OTC is BS. Charts mean nothing to me, never have used them. News trumps charts. Charts are only useful because enough suckers fall for them, gaps and traps, lol. GS drops the bomb, let me know how that charts!
Are you serious??? Read what you just wrote-
While he argued that Calasse didn't earn the shares issued in the employment agreement, he never once argued that they were issued fraudulently. That is because that argument requires proof of extrinsic fraud, which Sharp does not possess.
LMAO, the denial is amazing to watch. Those denying how strongly this stock is being held. 90% holding strong for merger news, spin it any way you want, but numbers don't lie.
Add in PL and PC sell volume and 10% of Float has traded hands. 90% in this so-called "shit" market are holding strong, and very possibly the ones buying the rest of that 10%. GS releases solid news and this will fly.
So you're supposing he filed with no defense if he is challenged in court????? LMFAO!
All Sharp had to think was that the defendant wouldn't contest in court. A default judgment wins and the shares are canceled. He doesn't need proof of anything being issued fraudulently if it is uncontested.
No dilution, TA is updated and no change.
Panic sellers, need that rent money. Gambling is for Vegas, here you better know what you are buying.
Or better yet, let's not blame other's for our own decisions? How novel, instead of playing victim, we actually take responsibility for our own actions! GVSI is not for everyone obviously, but someone is accumulating alot of stock. Makes me wonder what they know???????
I'm beginning to think no one is capable of doing basic Math any more. Since PC, we haven't even traded 5% of the Float. All the screams of massive selling is total BULLSHIT. MM's have done their jobs, shaking out some weak hands to fill orders. I posted it the other day and I'll say it again, I could not care less who is selling, but would love to know who is buying those shares? TSNP 2.0 is doable, and it appears to be following the same patterns.
Please, without those shares being restricted there would not be any issue. If they were free trading they would have been sold long ago. It's common sense, and also experience as I've dealt with these issues before.
LMAO. I never said he had received even one letter, simply pointed out that the Restrictive Legend would be the cause of controversy. If there was any communication that they were going to seek removal and GVSI believed they were an issue, filing the suit would be part of management's fiduciary responsibilities. It's obvious to me that any shares issued and still restricted have some kind of cloud and the court will decide.
As for people contesting, I find it amusing you argue how these 8 will defend their rights in court because of the "value" they'd lose yet argue that GVSI is worthless. Lawyers aren't cheap, if any contest it might be the 240 mil holder, that's my best guess.
Lol, you don't get it and that is fine. GL figuring it out.......
Wrong again. You have no idea if GVSI was or was not presented with an attorney letter seeking the removal of the Restrictive Legend. You assume alot.
