NP. Hope my answer helped better understand it. I've been trading since the DOT COM boom in the 90s and seen enough paint jobs to cover a few malls and all the cars in them lol. It's an illegal practice and they get fined millions every year for it. The fines aren't helping much though. It's all pocket change to them. The SEC and the Government has to enforce stricter penalties for stock manipulation!

They (the MMs) decide to paint the tape by buying big blocks of the Company shares from each other so that the ticker shows a huge jump in trading volume for the stock. The idea is that unsuspecting investors will see the spike in activity, think something is brewing, and buy the stock. This in turn drives the stock in the direction they want. They can then sell their shares for a profit. Not rocket science lol

Now why on GODs earth would I do that lol. I have a very strict rule of not investing more than 10% of my brockerage account in ANY given stock (Risk Management). I've been accumulating during this dip to the point where I've exceeded my limit slightly. Hope you were only jesting!

I don't rely on news for a spike or an uptrend, nor do I care about CEO's or financials. I've seen awesome PRs, 10Qs. 10Ks etc only to see the pps plummet.

This is the OTC where things happen without rhyme or reason. Charts, volume, money, momo and PATIENCE are my only tools in Penny Land! EVERYTHING runs in cycles here regardless of the ticker.

With that said I can see those with patience greatly rewarded!

The float is one of the 1st things I look at before investing in a company. I always look for floats under 500 mil. You are correct, this is a super tiny float. Time to run with this puppy!

Paul doesn't really concern me, he only occasionly shows up. The ones to watch out for IMO are the 3 C's (CDEL in particular) and of course ASCM. With that said, Nite is still the king of MMs.
