Oldoil, the Day Traders live by only one rule in their World, try and buy lower and sell higher.
Just because there may be 1 billion on the bid does not mean there are 1 billion shares available.
Once the CD'S are done the tide will rise and ERHE will be afloat and move off this mud flat that has it stuck at present.

Seek, someone answers the phone, but does not state This is ERHE Energy, can I help you. They just say hello and there is a very poor telephone connection, very hard to heargue.
Will try later.
As for the total shares outstanding, the Day Traders have a firm grip on this stock.

seek, I believe to Total outstanding shares are less than what you have stated. I for one look at this issue as if a lot of day traders are buying in and flipping back out to make a fast buck.
They have been bidding this stock down only to sell it up at the next tick up and when they run out of shares they bid it down again.
Once the CD's are done we should see a steady rise in the share price.
One only needs to look past the negativity about ERHE to see the silver lining on an otherwise dark cloud.
Contrary to the popular Propaganda being stated about ERHE, ERHE does not owe Cespa a Dime. ERHE only had to pay 25% of their 35% of the first wells drilling cost. Cespa carried ERHE other 75% of the cost.

That is utter speculation on your part. There is no proof to support opinion.

We may see more of this type of market until the 10-K comes out.

Black Mountain Equities purchased 22,370,371 share as report to the SEC and state they control 8,94% of the outstanding shares.
Unless you are not very good at math word problems, let spell it out for you.
The correct total number of outstanding shares as of the day of Black Mountain Equities filing would be just over 250,227,863 million shares.
So you would have the entire ERHE investing class believe that there is well over 2 billion shares outstanding when it is not so.
Just More Facts.
Sneak
Not hardly. When Black Mountain Equities purchased 22,370,371 or 8.94% on the 21 of December, that would be 250,223,863 million shares outstanding.
Just another Fact. Do the math yourself.
Sneak
Oldoil, between the two investment groups, SEO, PNC, SO and others within Erhe, they control almost 22% of ERHE if the total outstanding shares are 251 million shares based on Black Mountain'state 8.94% purchased on the 21st of December.
Just pondering the possibilities!

Well you are wrong once more. The well was an Exploration Well plain and simple as outlined in the Agreement between Cespa, ERHE and the Kenyan Government, but you knew that and represented the well as something it was not intended for.
If Commercial hydrocarbonsuccess were found, all the better.
I enclosed the link to the agreement between Cespa, ERHE and the Kenyan Government in a post to king.
Please point out in the Agreement were Erhe is in a payment default to Cespa.

So, I your mind's eye, is this well as dud?

Where are the Dozens of Links claiming dry hole as you stated?
Just like I thought, more false input on your part.
Sneak
King, I understand what you are saying, but what took place during the drilling that increased the cost so much.

Sneak
King, it is well documented that the well was estimated to cost $20.5 million and ERHE reported that the completed well ended up costing $25 million.
As for the additional cost ERHE owed 45%.
That is how I see ithat.
Sneak
KING, In an effort to answer your question about the liner, what was the extra $4.5 million dollars spent on? You may want to ask any of the resident oil workers who have posted in the past about what is required to set the liner.
I believe they set the liner based on the drilling results while they were drilling. Just because the liner was set does not automatically equate to a Commercial find, I will give you that much.
Maybe they were expecting better results if the well was in fact tested, hence the additional cost. Who really knows?
I any event, I remain optimistic about the results of this well.

oldoil and Seek, The drilling results that were evaluated during the drilling process were such that a Production Pipe was set in place. Nobody and I mean Nobody installs a Production Pipe on a dry hole and plugs it as this production pipe cost a small fortune.
A well test should have been conducted shortly after the production piping was installed.
We will have to wait for official results.
JMO
Sneak
Seek, I believe ERHE knows what the well holds.
The well's drilling results are reviewed during the drilling process.
If the results warrant, a production pipe is installed, which it was.
Sneak
No. The fact that you may or may not owe the IRS money in noway means that the IRS can tell a company what revenues belong to them and what may belong to the company.

ERHE paid their share of the first well which was 25% of the 35% of ERHE's cost of drilling the first well! Cespa picked up the balance of ERHE's cost as a Carry interest in the first well.
No definitive statement or results about the First Exploratory Well have been released.
