totally agree with you here and have been saying this for a long time.
most of us here are not bashing, but raising concerns that ARE important. It's easy to make a post on social media or something if they cannot reply to whatever volume of emails they get. It's that simple.
I hope they address most of the concers that people here have and orders start going out soon for customers like me that made an order 6 weeks ago.

I agree. not a hater or a basher or even a pumper. I want to hold long, but their communication is horrible. Even on Social media. It's not hard to post a picture on IG or twitter or even facebook it really isn't.
They must have very little staff and a lot of work must be distributed among them if they are this busy.
I don't mind them diluting shares if it means they hire more people to address a lot of these issues they currently have.
definitely is frustrating as a shareholder and customer. Maybe their bottler ALKM does not put them as priority?
lots of questions and no answers from PURA besides vague PR. Wish they would of atleast given a timeline as to when our orders would possibly ship instead of saying they are in high demand.
They did say in their PR:
"We certainly don’t want to get behind with our wholesale buyers and we need to go above and beyond to make it up to our online buyers."
So i assume their priority is to satisfy their distributors first, then the online orders.
I haven't got mine yet. I really want to try the water so i haven't went to my credit card company for a refund yet

I'm not even sure if they ever shipped to anyone period. i know some people here orded and have not recieved it and one guy got a refund from their credit card company.
I do believe they took their inventory to the arnold event and when they did the illegal burger event because they have the new bottles of water at their events.
And the PR they released talking about high demand and not being able to meet them is crazy to think. If they can't meet the demand from the jump or wouldn't have even shipped anytime soon, they should of said that from the beginning instead of a month later after the arnold event when they mentioned they brought 5 times more water to this event than the previous ones.
I purchased my order like many other people and it's only right that we should of gotton our orders shipped and not have our orders at an event being sold to other people. that's ridiculous.
But i am giving them a chance to redeem themselves. Not here to bash or pump and only stating my opinions, but i am pointing out the good and bad they are doing. And in my eyes, this is bad at this point. Only got 1 response from them a week after my order, and supposedly travis was at the bottling facility and said it could possibly be a week or so which i was ok with, but it's been 6 weeks.
They are rushing with their time lines and need to be more realistic as to when they will do things. My opinion, but hey, alot of people here feel the same way.
We shall see.. how much more vague can they get?

risk management is def important. For me to buy anymore, they need to start being more communicative about what they are doing and stop being so vague. I understand companies experience times like these and things don't go according to plan.
It shouldn't be hard to make a post or put a PR about stuff that is going on like why nobody is getting their orders. They did just put a PR out about high demand, but where exactly is this demand? I would accept anything but they need to be a bit less vague honestly.
At the end of it all, i believe in this company and their partners but wish they can have someone that specifically will address issues as a customer and not even as a shareholder. I'm sure many people here can agree to that.

There are NOT a lot of people here who provide info for the sake of DD. Think what you want but not everybody is aware of whats going on. If i see something then i will say something. If i have a question then i will ask and see what answer someone has to provide.
Taking down a social media and not updating others or even replying to customers does not look good period even if they are doing the right things behind the scenes. If someone has experience with talking to them and answering certain questions, then please provide it. otherwise i am doing people the favor of making better informed decisions not just based on hope but on facts as to what is currently going on.

There was only 1 picture in their PR, so i provided this for people to see what else was uploaded. A lot of people here want more DD than just 1 picture from a PR.
I am very much aware of what they have up. But removing their IG can be questioned of course. On top of not replying to messages.
Anybody can make social media and web sites, but customer service is horrible to say the least.

Yes, i did see that. I am not saying they are a scam or anything but their customer service is not good at all, their PR's are mostly fluff, and they have not shipped anything to anyone from what i can see on this board from people who have ordered like me.
No email responses, nothing. They mentioned in their PR that they brought 5 times the amount of everx to the arnold event, but they have not shipped anything to anyone that orderd. Illegal burger will start selling them as well, which is good, but cmon. Where is the priority here? They need a bigger team because it seems like they only have a few people that are trying to do it all and that's impossible.
How'd you come to that conclusion? PURA doesn't even update their own IG and doesn't make any sense at all for USMJ to use PURA IG when it's two different businesses
I'm referring to USMJ who initially had the EverX for sale online and where i purchased mine a month ago.
PURA is directly tied to USMJ one way or another.
So i went to check the USMJ site for my EverX order to see if it was shipped and i noticed that their IG page is not available anymore. A bit weird if you ask me.
Thought i'd share this since they are connected with PURA.
I am in no way trying to bash, but only performing DD and providing what i find.

That's a good question. I only have recieved 1 reply from Travis a month ago.
After that i sent multuple emails with no reply from them. Even sent a message on drinkeverx.com and did not get any from them either.
i totally agree with that, and that's the problem. We are getting vague PR's thats building hype on news that's not even concrete.

I've checked usmj for my order every day and has been on processing since feb 4th. crazy
if this is true, only thing i can think of for the reason as to why they won't distribute to savannah anymore is because they are not going to sell through their own site drinkeverx.com and via USMJ.com.
Also someone mentioned before that maybe it was part of a deal with a bigger distributor as well.
It can also be because of the status of CBD with the FDA and states cracking down on these.
Too many questions and no answers for now. Will have to wait for another PR with them answering some of these questions.

I only got an email 1 time from Travis claiming that he was in at the production facility where everx was being bottled. He replied with the below:
"Hi Sam, thank you so much for reaching out. I am currently in Oregon with our copacker/bottling facility watching this new line of production. In the name of underpromising and overdelivering I would say they will be ready to ship by mid next week. We will make it known to you and everyone else once they are being shipped. Thank you

That was on February 6th... it would be nice if they were better at communication
If my order doesn't ship next week, i will do the same. Maybe do a reorder if someone else gets it shipped.
Wait a month, get an email that it will be about a week, and never hear from them again other than PR.
I posted this before but on USMJ, it changed from Backordered to Pre-Order, so hopefully it ships soon.
