Can anyone find anything? I know they are private, but there should be atleast a website...

2) Whats the date on this article, is it really today?
3) Who are we dealing with here (ex. what investment history?)

No that is correct.

They will buy back 50 Mill shares UP TO .06 or UP TO a budget of 300k. Whichever is smaller.

There website is far from done. The current home page barely has 2 complete sentances in the "services" area.

Give it some time, I am quite sure they are working feverously to get it done and have a timely launch for buysellmerge.com

What I expect:

This week: PR on buyback ( what, when, & how it will be done)

Next week: Status on financial records/ auditing group
The start of the buyback

Upcomming weeks: Release of financial news
Launch of websites
Plans to move to the big O.

That's just my opinion and wwhat I plan to expect. I don't plan on seeing everything all at once.

I will tell you what I DO LIKE. I like the fact that FGFC finally wrote back to those investors that wrote civilized emails (there are alot of assholes out there). Many of us got confirmations on PR this comming week.

What does that tell you?

It tell you FGFC was to busy planning, organizing and implementing action rather then dealing with whinney investors asking for a "juicy PR".

It seems someone has taken the time out during the weekend, to review and confirm those investors they feel are serious about the company.

I'm really exicted about FGFC's potential. If you play your cards right we can all make some serious money off this. And continue to do so.. I think were dealing with some Industry insiders that know what it takes.

The email that I sent was a compilation of concerns posted here and on HSM, along with my own questions.

So there is your answer... THEY ARE BUYING BACK
NO if's and's or but's.... They will do it, and we will here about it shortly.

The new website is up and running, so we should get a PR atleast on that on Monday. This is gonna be a BIG week.!!!

Rules and regulations regarding stock buyback procedures...

I post on HSM, but here is a copy & paste of what we were talking about regarding that....

I called the SEC.

Stock buyback programs differ from state to state.
Since FGFC opperates it's business through NYC, I was given the number to the attourney general,

I'm calling now to find out the rules and regulations for buybacks, and what FGFC must do. When I get through I will post what I find..

In any case, I did not get through... just a bunch of whinney secrateries that I felt I had to appologize for taking up there time in the Investment Department.
I followed up by wrighting a email to FGFC through their own portal. This is what I wrote.

I realize that every state has different rules and regulations regarding stock buyback procedures. After several failed attempts to get through with the SEC, NYC AG, and several refered attourneys, I would like to ask for your help regarding this matter.

I am not asking if FGFC's stock buyback will be definite or if it has already begun. I simply would like to know what are the steps needed in order for you to legal buyback the shares.

From what I know only a certain percentage of the volume traded may be bought and at certain bid levels. I am unfamiliar with NYS's regulations so if someone could take the time to let me know what you must do IF the buyback goes through, I would greatly appriciate it.

If anyone is more knowledgable on the topic of stock buybacks I would greatly appriciate any input.

It seems the SEC does not govern all of it, and that the rules change from state to state.

It would be a benefit for all of us to know how this procedure is carried out to get an idea of what to expect from FGFC.
* Is it a percent daily volume?
* Certain bid or ask buys?
* Fees involved?
* Filling and time span?

As mentioned earlier here, I would consider it very reliable to think that they CAN'T buy shares back any time they want. That probablly would be market manipulation.

I've only seen Buysellmerge.com back when we were trading @ .0075. At that time it was a shell layout and looked like crap. I'm sure they were just running tests on it, and working on links and layouts.

I have no doubt that this site will be top of the line. If it's anything less then A-CLass FGFC must be on crack to compare it to the likes of Google,Ebay,Yahoo...
