Have some NOTHING FRIES with that?

Of note: Concerning the shortage of Raw materials, the only operating Cobalt mine in the U.S., will begin production and mining tomorrow. The Mine is located west of the town Salmon, Idaho.
Fins due on or before the 14th.
Thanks for posting that. No earth shattering news
in that filing. Waiting to see what the supposed turmoil in China is all about. Hopefully they will share that info also. GLTY

In the meantime, HYZN marches on! https://soe.rutgers.edu/event/hydrogen-energy-workshop

The issue with Holthausen appears to be the
buyback of shares. I think that can be resolved easily, if it hasn't already,
I think the real issues with the finances is with the sale of trucks to the Chinese steel co. Hyzon delivered 29 trucks last Nov. out of a total order of 62 trucks. If HYZN reported the anticipated revenue from the sale of all of the trucks, prior to actually being paid, that could be one of the issues that caused the SEC filing delay.
Of course all of this is speculation, we won't know the real reasons until the revised report is made public. Buying time?
An aticle from 10 months ago explains the
companies HYZN is dealing with in China. Yhe 4th largest steel company in the world would certainly not have a problem compensating Hyzon, one would think

The fins won't be pretty but the good news
will be that they have the messy problems cleaned up and out in the open. Then move forward, with better control and transparency over the financial obligations.

Nikola went through some of the same crap that Hyzon is facing now. Their stock suffered, they replaced some management, paid a fine of $125 million dollars, straightened out most of their problems and are recovering nicely. Hyzon Motors will do the same. Scare tactics are some people's favorite hobby.
Granholm did visit the Hyzon plant in Chicago a month or two back. Good to see the industry moving forward, in the US and other countries.
Hi CB. Yes, bailed out of VPOR a few tears back without any losses..
Investing and following the new bloosoming hydrogen fuel and vehicle industry at this time.

Old news, Nothing Burger!
Yes you are Jak. Still no proof of Hyzon cooking the books. Nothing burger!
Why don't you do some reseaech and answer your own questions, and while you're at it, provide documentation that Hyzon "cooked " its books? You make a lot of charges and accusations against Hyzon with no solid links or confirmation. Adios
Hyzon Motors has been a public traded company
for only a year and a few months. No, I wasn't comparing HYZON to NASA. My point was to point out that if a negative, defeatist attitude and a fear of failing had dominated people's and companies thinking, many now successful accomplishements would have never happened. Check the early years for companies like Hewlett Packard, Micron Technologies, and yes, even Microsoft. Struggles and setbacks galore, but they never gave up. Henry Ford came up with a 'crazy' idea of a production line, setbacks and revamping made it successful and copied by others. Hyzon is going through some of these same difficulties, but they are trying to correct it. Management shuffle is a positive move and a start at regrouping.
And BTW, I do wish you success in your method and approach to investing. Most folks have their own approach that fits their pocketbook, risk tolerence, and time allowed to research possible investment opportunities. GLTA
