You're the one who referred to me as FBI intern.
Alas, you despise me yet you give me so much credit. I see your exchange group is still using my evidence for reference. Lmao
Good job. Absolutely spot on. Mr. AJSingh has been an accomplice in crime since the get go.
Great guy, even tho I doubt you are sincere in what you expressed in your post, I agree. And I have already contacted press outlets.
One thing that's tough for some to comprehend is that not all eligible candidates affected by this very rare cancer are interested in buying a few weeks or months time.
Everyone in my close circle who's been affected by cancer were approached about some type of clinical trial. I only know one of approx a dozen who enrolled. The others, including my husband and sister declined and opted for latest standard treatment methods b/c, of course, there was a good chance standard treatment would work. Not sure if they would have agreed to a trial if that wasn't the case with them or not. I personally wouldn't opt for chemosat if successful treatment would only Grant me a few extra weeks.
If this had been managed properly and I'm a timely manner, it would be worthwhile even if for a very few candidates, but it was Not and something better's probably in the works.
I hope so.
I personally also think that, if these candidates are so rare and difficult to recruit, they should screen all the prisons for violent offenders who are guilty beyond a doubt and conduct massive trials on them.
So let the nasty responses fly. I'm ready for one and all.
That lock-out last time was disasterous. Might wanna call RH and tell them they better be ready in the morning this time...lol.
Indeed. Just making the point that one would only have to buy one share if they so desired. Frankly, I don't count on this ever amounting to anything if I held a million shares and had unlimited funds to keep averaging down.
This company treats an extremely rare form of cancer, enrollment is either slow or stifled by Co and the rs's and dilution will prolly never end.
So we have ocular melanoma (which is extremely rare) and chemosat treats hepatic cancer if the extremely rare ocular cancer spreads to liver. Extremely small Target group indeed.
One single .0052 share today will still be one share tomorrow
Thank you. I will ;)
I've never shorted a stock before, but I guess buying "puts" is similar in a way.
I'd short dcth if I could, but that privilege is reserved for the naked short criminals.
Here's a helpful link

That's excellent! Keep up the good work. I'd wish you luck but sounds like you got it under control ??
That's the spirit! I've been doing nothing but options and have almost recovered all losses; if I can stay disciplined, I've found my new niche.

How often do y'all have to be told that NAKED shorts do NOT have to cover? You cannot "burn" naked shorts.
I just sold all
but one (1) share.
I'll never buy again but will stick around to see them charged with fraud.
You're wrong. It happened last year to several people. It's documented. You even know some of them personally.
You've either forgotten that it happened or you're not being truthful. We spoke about it at length when it happened, you and I.
I'll post it if you like.
Well, if it Does make it back to NASDAQ, it won't last longer than "dcth" stayed in the army.
Opposite sentiment of what you're expressing in the exchange group. With all the God talk, prayers and survivor talk, I guess it only counts where it applies to You b/c you seem to have no problem pumping a losing position here to those who may be lured into the snare.
Yes, freakin crooks
That's a freakin joke
I sincerely hope you're correct. :)
If there's no change of control and things don't change for the better in a dam'd hurry, then (even without hard evidence) one could Only logically assume that this company and product has been effectively and absolutely hyjacked by scammers.
SNS, No one and No company worthy of existence has ethics issues that go undiscovered without "penalty"
for very long.
Regardless of how much of it is shared publicly "here" on This board, there are those of us who've been gathering hard evidence for
at Least a year.
We know it, we have it ....
you KNOW it....
and that's all that matters.
SNS, so you refuse to acknowledge that ethics can and often does play a big part in a company's failure?
If you "do" acknowledge this, then how can you Not entertain the possibility or probability that this is the case with Delcath?
It seems pretty obvious that it's a fact, but you don't even want to acknowledge the possibility.
.
Oh, there are offices alright, one of which being one of the most (if not THE most) posh and expensive in Manhattan. And yes, it has toilets...
It outta have solid
"gold" toilets.
Problem is, they were never there and We've were
paying for it.
Well, time will tell now, won't it? Don't speak too soon, SNS.
I've made it clear that I hope their actions defy logic and that "Rainy and the others"
are wrong. You've not offered any such Olive Branch and it's clear that you're merely an apologist.
.
You're oh so incorrect on 2 counts. (1) I do have skin-in-the-game but I've nearly recovered that.
(2) I would desperately love to be proven "mistaken" regarding this company's ethics for a multitude of reasons...not the least of which being (1) a few close acquaintances could recover losses and (2) I also could recover the money I donated in addition to recently recovered losses and reinvest those Delcath funds much more wisely.
Think before you speak.
.
Yes, well I'm certainly Not excusing Delcath BoD and hedgehogs of any blame. They're shady at best, criminal at worst.
And yes, the game did indeed change Midway after most were sucked-in.
They totally went dark in the worst way.
GLTY.
.
If I were to get robbed and beaten at an ATM late at night in a secluded place in a "bad" neighborhood, that would be a case of
Extremely Bad judgement
on MY part and I WOULD personally TAKE the blame.
That does Not, however, mean that the perpetrator
is Not legally guilty nor should Not be charge
with a heinous crime.
Let's just grow-a-pair and admit it..... Some of us are dummies who got sucked in and trapped after last year's ridiculous spike and the rest of us are impotently soft dummies who got sucked-in thinking we were helping cancer patients.
I'm a dummy of the former; for the others, send your money to a reputable charity.
I'm following this drama till it's over, but with a tiny bit of luck and very careful planning, I will have recovered my losses via other venues by end of week.
I suggest you all do the same regardless of your financial status or stake in this company.
Stay here as long as you desire and then Never ever make the same mistake again.
.
And several listed trials have been Closed. And non are closed due to maximum enrollment.
Whether closure/suspension is due to negligent company oversight...or completely due to facility staffing "problems" is yet to be known.
Chicago University, which initially reported that trials were suspended due to staffing problems at their University, has now recanted on that.
Disturbing.
.
Simpson may be "highly qualified" clinically and otherwise, but
if one has deplorable character, their so-called "qualifications"
amount to
absolutely
Nothing.
.
Knowing all this, and knowing Stoll's Teflon status, why would Simpson take position as CEO aka Queen Bee?
Doesn't speak well of her character as a person and is especially damning as an example of today's self-proclaimed "entitled" women.
.
In fact, it is a disgrace to "decent" women everywhere.
.
Yes, every one shares responsibility regardless of tenure or title. However,
I still contend that when she, Simpson accepted the position of CEO, the buck stopped with her.
And furthermore, I (as a woman myself) hold her to even a higher standard than the average Joe.
Today's crazy women "beeotchin'" about equal opportunity should take equal or greater responsibility.
Sheeeesh, what a mucked up world.
It's a Huge freakin tragic joke is what it is.
My previously link didn't work. This one may not either but everyone has their own access.
What a crooked bunch.

Not in defense of Stoll, but when she took her position, she was well aware of any existing problems and/or corruption.
She agreed to hold the title of "most culpable" when she accepted position of CEO.
Therefore, it stands to reason that she's either failed miserably to correct it or she just simply has Not one fiber of character, ethics nor morals.
Either way, she's most culpable.

SNS, I didn't suggest they were worried; I've never imagined that they were "worried" about Anything.
