I hope so- it would appear enough new shares have been issued to pay off the LAM settlement or at least be very close

The 50M is specifically to be used as loan money when Perfect Circle starts operation. The 1M LAM settlement from Dec. 2017 was going to be paid through shares and thus cause dilution. They didn’t have 50M just just use however they wanted.
