It very well could be. I'm wondering if they didnt just assume it was good because that aspect of the device remained un changed between the 2 versions, but since they changed the name of it the FDA is classifying it as a new device. Been down this road a couple times with the FDA in my real job. In fact dealing with something similar as we speak. Everytime we change the name of a product that is registered with the FDA new paperwork needs to be submitted even though that aspect of the product didn't change. Still should have been caught and dealt with but is pretty easy to overlook when your trying to get shit done ASAP.
From what i understand this is true. And no the DOD doesn't have to follow the FDA. They do what they want when they want.
Alot more money came in than what went out today. Wasent expecting it to hold the way it did. Also had huge support at 12. Panic selling and fear mongering shorts at its finest. The science still backs this one up and still highly comfortable with my investment here. Hopefully the P1 peer review is issued soon. If its anywhere close to INO 4700 that will put the heat on the FDA to get this hault rectified.
Its relevant to what happened today as to why that certain aspect of the trial got put on hold. Their were no issues with the vaccine just with the device. Which was an issue they have had in the past. The BS part on Kim is they should have known this was an issue and had it reminded prior to submitting to the FDA.
Thank you for sharing that!
The last time FDA put the trial for VGX 3100 on hold was over the interchangeable parts on the device which was the cellectra 5PSP. Now that they updated the device to the cellectra 2000 it more than likely has to do with the same thing. Sucks but so it goes. should be an easy resolution and not likely to take the whole time-frame that was mentioned.
Guess we will just have to wait and see how this plays out.
For sure. Lots of good solid buys today. Over reaction to just some basic questions that need to be answered. Wasent the news we were hoping for but shouldn't take much to get the situation resolved. Sure helped the naysayers cause though.
Consider it a gift from the stock gods that we get more cheap shares to do it all over again.
You realize that split was years ago and is no longer relevant? I'm sorry if you happened to be one of the individuals who got caught in it but as you stated you dont own a position here so maybe its time to think about moving on. However, if you would have held your position pre RS days on a 1 to 4 split you would have recuperated the vast majority of what you lost post RS when it her mid 30s. With that being said maybe 1% of investors that still maintain a position here were involved in that split and their is absolutely nothing that suggests that their will be a split moving forward.
Of that 167.52 mil institutional investors hold 85 mil shares. The shorts are sitting at 57 mil borrowed shares out of the 82 mil that happens to be left for the rest of us. Take the extreme longs out of the equation that won't sell regardless of PPS and that barley leaves enough for shorty to cover their position without fighting for shares
Free float shares as of fri 167.52 mil
With the sizable position that the shorts hold and the amout of the float that is locked up it could potentially be 2x that. All depends on how many shares get cut loose from profit takers.
The short squeeze will be epic. Tale out the suspected long positions and the institutional holdings from the float and their isn't much left for the ahort position to have inorder to cover.
Nice post
Has anyone here taken the time to read the recent court transcripts yet? If not I highly suggest you do. Puts into perspective why things have been so quiet and what is about to happen. The big question is how much are we going to get told. DOD doesn't exactly like to give out information as they don't have to follow the same rules as everyone else. But it is pretty clear that the picture is much bigger than anyone of us could possibly imagine.
OH WOW! It didn't just hit the nut... the nut is about to explode. The frequency of subtle clues seems to be increasing. Just need 1 good PR and and you we will have a 1 way ticket straight up.
Millions lol. I've been collecting for years.. got in this when it was a typical stinky pinky pump and dump 9 years ago and got trapped. (Rookie trader then lol) Gave up on it because the old management then was completely junk and ran it into the ground. When Bob took over I started accumulating again and still add some about once a month. I will continue to add as long as the grabbing is still good sub .01. As long as Bob is in charge I won't be selling until this whole story unfolds. (One of the 2 positions I hold I got married too) I know a few others that have been here just as long and are doing the same thing. I know that doesn't exactly answer your question but might give you a good place to start.
T-cell response, antibody levels pre/post vaccine and levels of active antibodys after a given time frame following final dose.
Its all politics. They can be chosen but it also has to work. Grabbed this from a PR they released today.
Johnson & Johnson's experimental Covid-19 vaccine induced immune responses in most people who received the shot in a small, early-stage trial, and also displayed an acceptable safety profile, according to a study posted online Friday.
Note the most people..... haven't seen the exact numbers yet.
As far as just A singular persons immunity they can check immune responses based off of blood serum and tell in a short time frame. They usually start checking for immune responses 2 weeks post 1st dose.
It reality it takes months to years inorder To have a true determination. The volunteers who have received the vaccine have to be compared to those that have received the control and both have to be in an environment where they could potentially be exposed to the virus. The results then have to be compared between those that received the vaccine and those that received the placebo to determine the % of infection between the two. So the likelihood that a true study has been conducted at this point in time is slim to none. This is part of the reason nomal timeframes to have an effective vaccine takes years. They are probably basing the effectiveness off of safety data and immune respone conducted off of blood serum samples and t cells. The only other way to speed it up would be to intentionnly introduce the virus to both the control group and the vaccinated group at various time frames from 1st injection 2nd and so forth.
Though I agree with your assessment that a wide angle approach is needed with Inovio i highly disagree with your statement that this has been a dud. In fact it has been anything but. Played right this stock has been a money making machine. It has relatively consistent patterns that even a beginner can figure out if they take the time to analyze past trading sessions. Finally overall performance for the past year suggests you are incorrect in your assessment of this being a dud.
Well said and so true!
Wife is going to be happy when I spend my whole sat listening in on this... HA!
Copy and pasted that to the board earlier today lol
For sure. Hoping they don't do something stupid and release the news over the weekend. The hype would burn off before the markets even open on Monday.
Now in a perfect world kim word give us P3 news in 30 min and funding news Mon AM. Lol.
The construction side is only one side of the business. Its the revenue generator that is making the rest possible. Look up soku on Twitter and YouTube. They have some DD on it there.
They will be discussing it as part of the coming fact series. It was set to launch early this spring but got put on hold due to covid and the shutdown limiting the target audience and the way they planned o. Rolling it out. Instead of rolling it out anyways tbe decided to take the time and rework so.e of the features for a greater user experience and to have a broader user base.
Nice to see someone new... Welcome!

Looks like we will be getting some results this weekend.

Dear Academy Members,
We hope that you are all well and managing the changes that have been thrust upon us in 2020! One downside to the pandemic has been the loss of in-person meetings. Nonetheless, we still want to showcase our members’ and guests’ latest science and research advances, and enjoy at least some virtual time together. To that end, the Academy Meeting this year will be a virtual meeting, on Saturday September 26, scheduled from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm (EDT).
The day will start with a Business Meeting from 10:00 – 10:45 am (EDT) then transition to the typical abstract presentations. Our featured speaker will be Dr. David Weiner, from the University of Pennsylvania and Wistar Institute who is leading the Inovio sponsored phase 3 DNA vaccine trial for SARS-CoV-2. He will update us on where vaccine trials stand (we all hope they will be well on the way)!
Please reserve September 26, 2020 from 10 am – 4 pm on your calendar now for the meeting. More details will follow soon.
The abstract center will open soon, so keep an eye on the website (www.americanacademyns.org) and send in your very best new work to share with your colleagues!
Sincerely yours,
M. Sean Grady, MD President, AAcNS
I'm in the same boat! Been holding here for years and will be holding quite some to come just to see where all this ends up. Slowly adding to the stash every chance I can.
This would also be why, as it has stated in previous reports, the DOD and taken over the manufacturing process. Its going to suck for shareholders and the revenue stream will be significantly less. But at the same time could be a blessing as the money they do receive will be guaranteed also makes them the front runner for future pandemics and other issues.
For sure. Will be interesting to see if this pattern holds going into EOD or if it will break one way or the other.
DOD has or is already is in the process of procuring the device from Inovio. Which corresponds to the idea that they are in trial with INO 4800. It also makes complete sense that they would not be blowing up the newswire on what they are working on as they normally don't. Based on the research I have done and connecting the dots it appears that the DOD may be in the process of using INO 4800 as the vaccine of choice for military purposes. This would be logical for them to have something completely different from the rest of the civilian population to limit the amount of viral resistance to the vaccine and they often do this.
Can't wait to see where we are at this time next year! Great team, great vision, sound business plan, and the best part of all....... LEGIT REVENUES!!!
