OK, Robotified, your turn. What do you think is going on? Where is the pps heading? Volume?
Howard
Thanks, Ryan, I appreciate it.
I'm looking for somewhere over $1.00, others are looking for less.
Years ago, I was assigned an account of a women who had 52,000 shares on Bristol Meyers. Her husband (before he died) had told her, "Whenever you sell, will be too early." He was 100% right. Every few years the stock split, raised the divident, pps went up; I was with her for 7 years, she never sold, had over 100,000 shares when I left Merril Lynch.
Ryan, I have a feeling that NEOM could be like that, so I won't sell EVER, unless they force me to.
Good luck, remember you're ahead of the game and looking good.
Regards,
Howard
This is Scottsdale Capital Advisors. I don't think they're involved with Scottrade.
Howard
Zacked, thank you. What's on the 27th?
Howard
That's funny!
(Being a Navy lifer he thinks about ships not shares.)
Howard
Thank you, Clawmann. They got married near the anchor in the park along the potomac in old town. It had rained at 4PM for 5 successive days but not on Saturday. They're not able to take a honeymoon now so we thought that we'd give them a night at a great hotel. We booked the Ritz Carlton on 23rd St. and they did an unbelievable job. They upgraded them from a room to a suite, covered the suite with rose pedals and chocolate, put a heart made out of rose pedals on the bed, and served them a deluxe breakfast in their room. Some places still know how to do things with class!!
Thanks again to all,
Howard
PS: Clawman, keep your tear ducts in shape---you're going to have two of these (at least two).
Right on, Robotified. Like relaying is always saying, "follow the volume."
h
Thanks, all. That was Laurel, our baby who got married. She came along 12 1/2 years after the other two so she not only had to put up with a mother and father "protecting" her but also a brother and sister protecting her. She married Josh a navy guy and we couldn't be happier or prouder.

ON TOPIC:
Skymark is tied up with Scottsdale Securities (who clears through NITE). This will IMO turn out to be much larger then it appears. Take a good look at Scottsdale and you'll see why. They are a premier deal maker with really strong ties.
Howard
I went to Scottrade and saw the Skymark PR. I RAN as quickly as I can to I-HUB. This would be my chance to beat Success and beat her BAD!
Too late...
Like always, the information was already there...I moved my eyes s-l-o-w-l-y to the right (hoping that the poster was zack or pearl) but, of course,
IT WAS SUCCESS...again...and again...and again...
Jen, you're the best and we all appreciate your work.
Howard
No, actually the trend looks OK to me. Compared to early yesterday we're looking much better. I didn't expect a huge boost--just a trend going up.
I'm looking for somewhat higher volume on the day and a little higher pps. We're still in the ballgame.
Robotified, you don't want to be in the position of rooting against what you really want to see happen.
Howard
I think you're right about the last trade being 50,000. It was bought at the ASK, the bid stayed at .0117. The 50,000 must have been a market order or a limit order at or above .012
Maybe somebody knows something...
(I would say "hmmmm" but it annoys the hell out of me when posters do that.)
howard
You may not like them but these are the facts!
High of the Day: .012
CLOSED: .012
Volume: 6,072,210
HIGHEST VOLUME IN JULY!
Before today the next highest volume day was June 30: 6,870,400
I'm not a TA person but I've been looking for a hint that something may be happening. Masybe today was a hint.
Let's see what will happen tomorrow.
Howard
Today's .0117 bid
Yesterday's: Don't have it, sorry.
H
Highest volume in 10 days--closed on the HOD.
Maybe things are starting to perk??

Nothing is listed on Pacer yet as of now.
h
I wasn't joking. I'm glad you're staying in the stock. Pretty soon you'll become an oldtimer like the rest of us. One day
we'll laugh about all of this--in Las Vegas (that's where we decided to meet many years ago when we're all rich.)
Regards,
Howard
Goodbye, already. If you're going to go---GO!
h
You made a smart decision for you personally. NEOM is certainly not an investment for everyone. Goodbye and good luck.
h
Actually, Mike, starting on the 5th there were 3 days of 9+, 21+ and 4+ million days before it settled back to around a million to two million each day leading into the patent PR.
Most of those were down days.
Howard
Are our partners with Nuestar members?
Howard
Good question. Can someone find the time on a PR?
h
This might be a good time to look at the action in the NEOM stock right before the patent decision. I had it in my mind that there was a spike in the volume a few days before the decision---I was wrong. Here are the numbers:
Thursday 2-12 open: .0015 high: .0018 low: .0015 close: ,0016 vol: 2,680,000
Friday 2-13 open: .0016 high: .0018 low: .0016 close: .0018 vol: 795,000
Sat
Sun
Mon-holiday
Tue 2-17 open: .0018 high: .0023 low: .0017 close: .0017 vol: 31,055,000
Wed. 2-18 open: .0021 high: .0079 low: .0021 close: .0079 vol: 142,127,000
The patent decision came down on Tuesday 2/17
I always thought that “Somebody knows sumtin’" always happened.
I was wrong.
On Friday 2/13 you could have bought 795,000 shares for $1431.00 plus commissions, even if you paid the high of the day. Today you'd pay $10,176.00
Is something exciting happening now?
Howard
Clawmann,
Take it easy. I wouldn't want to describe you as a "shark" but I think your description is "spot" on. Like I said the other day, I'm sure there's a porpoise in all of this. Sometimes I feel like I'm taking a long walk on a short pier.
Clawmann, to get all of the facts you may have to go on a fishing expedition.
Well, I'm buying this big whale theory---(you guessed it)---hook, line, and sinker.
Stop me, please, I'm out of control---and so are you!
Howard
PS: Everyone hates lawyers...until you need one (we need one!)
Sounds great to me! All the luck to you and the rest of us. I think the "H" news is getting close. (Let's hope the "H" stands for HUGE--not for Howard or Hangdog..."
h
HD, "YOUR's ARE BRASS!!!" I don't think you have any risk where you're buying. I admire your style.
Howard
"So we are going to undergo a RS."
BANKS
Where did this statement come from?
H
Mike, we agree on practically everything. (Even with the negative stuff we're in agreement. I just choose to only express positive things on this board. In person---with an audience I know--- you'd hear a much more complete story from me.)
I think things will work out very well for you.
Regards,
Howard
We WANT the whale to jump off the hook. I'm certain we could find a much smaller whale to get involved with NEOM and let us stay as a public company.
Let's play out the string---that was our "porpoise" in being here.
h
Obviously, management had a conflict of interest.
It seems to me that statement was just like, "We are not liable for your hat left in the cloakroom." It in no way limits their liability but may stop people from asking for their stolen hat to be replaced.
(All of a sudden Clawmann, your posts have become very interesting and, I'm willing to bet, are getting very high readership.)
howard
On JP's chart, I believe item #3 should be:
$300-Mil. sales price = $0.107 per share
Howard
Everybody wants that but I'm afraid it won't be our decision.
h
Some very bright dot connecting in your post, Jeff. It all looks good to me...just so it gets us to Las Vegas.
Regards,
Howard
If that is the offer, they had better get ready for some lawsuits---ugly ones!
Howard
My guess would be an offer of .20 to .30 per share. This price would apply if the offer is made BEFORE any major licensing deals are announced.
Understand, this is only a guess. There are so many ways to calculate a price:
Anticipated net asset value.
Anticipated earnings---with a guaranteed minimum.
Anticipated earnings---no guarantee.
Enough to eliminate stockholder disputes. (IMPORTANT!)
Some percentage of the stock price over the last year.
Does the company making the offer have competition? Are they offering cash or stock?
ETC. ETC. ETC.
I'm sure that Pop can add many "etceteras" to this list.
h
I WANT to hear what stockholders have to say about a possible price.
Coming up with a price now is one thing, versus a price in a year or two. There's a huge (the word) difference between a dream price and an ACTUAL PRICE.
JP, BC, et. al??
h
Your argument is compelling, I must admit. What is your estimate of a buyout price?
Regards,
Howard
...hysterical....not.
h
You 100% misread my posting to you. I suggest that you read it again.
However, you have the right to ask the same questions as many times as you like. I won't bother you again with my answers.
Regards and good luck,
Howard
I remember that one of the posters has a wife that works in the real estate industry and she said that usng codes would be of no help. Her response (relayed by her husband) got an argument from others here at I-Hub.
It was within the past two weeks, I believe.
h
You bought another 32,000 shares of NEOM. Good for you and good luck with your position. You bought these shares in spite of having so many "what if" worries that I've lost track of them all.
Sit back, Ryan, and enjoy the ride. If these "what if" theories keep clogging your mind you should examine what is the worst that can happen to you...you can lose some money---that's it...just money.
A better thing to do is examine WHY you made the purchase. That's at least going in the same direction with both your brain and your actions.
There's, of course, another option. If the pressure gets to be impossible to tolerate then SELL---get back most of your money and operate from the sidelines.
Whatever you decide, good luck and good health.
Regards,
Howard
