You gotta go back and read some of the speculative rationalization. It's hilarious!
The ads are illiterate.
Everybody is aware of it. Literally everybody.
Has anybody found the lost private label client?
Has anybody actually read the digital ads? I hope that's not the final draft.
None. It was a joke. Like Feral, Ferral, Pheral, Pharel, Pharrrrrrel Protection. I'm up slightly with very little skin in the game.
I'm loading!
Pharrell Williams Protection? That'd make me happy.
Pharel Protection, Pharrell Protection, any contraction of that name shows no results.
I can't find anything on Pharrel Protection. There is no www.pharrelprotection.com Care to provide a link?
What digital ads? Link please.
I'd rather he bought a company that actually exists.
You'd think those bargains would be snapped up in a hurry. I wonder why they aren't?
Not gonna happen.
This is nothing compared to what's been said on twitter before Steve figured out how to block them. There are a few hurdles.
Before beginning a libel or slander lawsuit, the plaintiff must determine whether or not the objectionable statement is true. No matter how damaging, insensitive, rude or inappropriate a statement may be, the plaintiff will lose if the statement is true.
The “public” plaintiff has additional hurdles to overcome to recover for libel or slander. An example of a public figure is a politician. (or the CEO of a public company) Along with establishing all of the regular elements of the tort, a plaintiff who is a public figure must also show that the defendant knew the false statement was false, or at least acted with reckless disregard as to its truthfulness. Newspapers may escape liability for libel when they merely report false statements as long as the paper had no particular reason to doubt the statement at the time it was printed.
Finally, the plaintiff often has to prove economic harm in order to recover on a defamation suit. Therefore, the plaintiff may need to be able to demonstrate a loss of business as a result of the defamation in order to establish a right to the recovery of money. However, some types of statements are so damaging that the plaintiff does not have to prove any economic loss. These statements tend to be those that accuse the plaintiff of sexual impropriety or criminal conduct.
Here is a twitter feed that has links to a lot of somewhat older posts. It's a roadmap of the BS that is being spread. The factories, golf apps, dentistry nonsense. From the old crew. They were a lot better at it.

Then you should be concerned. You can't find any evidence of this product being sold in large quantities. Anywhere. There is no demand. There is no millions in revenue that I can see.
That's why the consortium is changing their narrative. Before it was all, we are killing it, my salesforce is the best, it's selling like hotcakes.
Now it's changed to we're going to be killing it as soon as.....the digital ads, the private label.
The most prolific supporter has not only changed his tune but the key and most importantly, the time signature. He's walked his timeline back a year and a half!
I misunderstood. I thought you were talking about the first bit. I've already supplied the link but here it is again.

This app dwarfs every other DD solution in terms of downloads and reviews.
All the other DD apps are tiny by comparison. And bSafeMobile is the undisputed bottom of the barrel with almost zero visibility.
It's against the rules. I don't want to get banned. I have a lot more to say.
I would say the sun has a 2 billion year history of shining. Every day. Right when it's supposed to. It is the most constant thing I can think of. I fail to see the comparison.
In all my interactions with Steve or his minions, I have never detected even a note of compassion or altruism. I think ONCI is in the business of selling shares to unwary investors.
I'm also not convinced text suppression is the future. Evidence clearly suggests it's not what the people want. Hands free operation of your device is what the people want.
Does your insurance give you a discount for using a DD app? Mine does not.
Why hasn't there been any advertising? It's been announced several times since I've owned the stock.
Your talking about AT&T. Different app. Still tons upon tons more downloads and reviews than bSafeMobile.
Drivemode
If I had to guess if this would be trading in mid 2020, I'd guess no.
Thanks for so proving my point. 3.3 out of 8,752 reviews might not sound good, but those are reviews. It proves people use and download the product.
bSafeMobile has what, maybe 50 in total and that's including Fleetsafer.
Why is that? There is only one explanation.
One guy. Posted by a an untrustworthy source. Show me 50 and I might take notice.
ONCI: Longs and Lookers. Verify it yourself. Call Carmax. Call Autonation. Call the dealerships. Look at the apps on all the sites they are available. Look at the downloads. Look at the reviews. Compare bSafeMobile with other DD driving solutions. Here is a brief breakdown.
Drivemode. Over 1m downloads. 27k reviews and 4.5 stars.
Lifesaver Mobile. Over 10k downloads. 269 reviews and 4.4 stars.
Cell Control. Over 10k downloads. 121 reviews and 2.4 stars
SafeDrive. Over 100 downloads. 19 reviews and 5 stars.
TextLimit. Over 500 downloads. 7 reviews and 4.9 stars.
bSafeMobile. Over 100 downloads. 5 reviews and 4.2 stars.
As you can see, none of the text blocking apps are doing very well. A heckuva lot better than ONCI, but not exactly setting the house on fire. What IS selling is Drivemode which is a DD app despite arguments to the contrary. It's a different solution Whether you think it's effective or not, you can't argue with success.
None of those reviews mentions the device in any way. How it was either difficult or easy to install. The app is free. There is no way they sold that many units. With M777's fuzzy picture of a guy holding something to the verified purchases on Amazon, I think 20 is an over generous accounting of actual verifiable sales. At least three of those are investors.
Yet it seems to be the solution most consumers want. Over a million downloads!! And you can't argue that bSafeMobile has very little participation from consumers. Show me the downloads. Show me the reviews.
ONCI products are outsold, outdownloaded and outreviewed. Last place by every reliable measure. It literally does not surpass any DD software solution. Not one.
Ok let's take that off the table. Where does that put bSafeMobile? Last.
Inconsequential, insignificant. Nobody is buying this.
Here is the breakdown of those DD apps and how they stack up to bSafeMobile. In order of course.
Drivemode. Over 1m downloads. 27k reviews and 4.5 stars.
Lifesaver Mobile. Over 10k downloads. 269 reviews and 4.4 stars.
Cell Control. Over 10k downloads. 121 reviews and 2.4 stars
SafeDrive. Over 100 downloads. 19 reviews and 5 stars.
TextLimit. Over 500 downloads. 7 reviews and 4.9 stars.
bSafeMobile. Over 100 downloads. 5 reviews and 4.2 stars.
As you can see, bSafeMobile is dead last. Drivemode is the giant in this industry and bSafeMobile is inconsequential.
That kind of attention to detail is the mark of a great businessman.
That goes two ways.
Smart people don't behave that way in a professional environment. Those posts are there for all to see. It's profoundly stupid thing to do in the first place. To continue the barrage is insane.
What would stop an angry investor from going down Steve's list of so called deals and simply emailing those people the links to Steve's twitter rants?
He's either not smart enough to clean up his twitter feed, or he's not worried about potential customers seeing them. Both of those scenarios do not demonstrate smart business sense.
That one is still there. They removed the post with the phone number and my name. I immediately contacted the legal department at iHub and twitter.
I don't have any cause for action but you do. He published your phone number, intimated you're a criminal, illegally in the country and urged people to call you 24/7. He has accused you of working for a "boiler room".
I think you can argue he's put you and yours in danger.
An audit that actually reflected the revenue Steve has claimed would skyrocket this stock. I'd step up to the plate if that were the case.
You think the corporate attorney went over the invoices? Finra verified the statements? That isn't how it works. Was there an audit?
That's the thing. I don't believe the 4m. At all. I don't think he's done 100k in actual business. I think the A/R is all hat and no cattle.
That would be awesome. And I would eat as much crow as you guys throw at me. I'll shout that I was wrong from the rooftops. You have my word.
