ABHI filed an appeal in TX in regards to the judge denying their motion to reconsider throwing out the default judgement. The appeal is about certain aspects of the default judgement, but the patent is now with ABHI once again.
UPDATE ON THE PATENT
According to Pacer, ABHI is appealing the courts decision regarding the default judgement. The appeal was filed yesterday. The CEO responded to me via email this am and said ABHI paid for the patent yesterday and as of today its back home. Like I said before it would be useless to put out an 8K without officially having the patent. To summerize the Patent is back and ABHI is on the offensive for the first time in years.
Slow day yes huge sell off no. We held the channel which is key the 8k will come this week, the patent will be back home where it belongs along will all the potential revenue , the huge lawsuit now falls on PC drivers. Last time I spoke with Alain he said he had the accountant and auditors already working. It's just a matter of hours not weeks now.
Oooor he has to wait till they actually cut the check for the patent to make it a material event worth reporting. Then release the PR and 8k and the sp goes parabolic. Could go either way.
Hi myopinion,
if you could tell us specifically why you think an RS is near, and if you could please avoid saying its just my opinion, or experience with these types of stocks like most people who post nonsense. Specifically what do you see that you felt you should warn us.
thanks
I absolutely understand your fustrations, i found this tidbit in one of the lastest court docs:
"Kevin Cornell ("Cornell"), a former President of AmbiCom and a current shareholder"
i think Mr cornell is very motivated to get this co going again. My guess is he has a ton of shares and truely believes in his product. I think we are reaching the flashpoint for the stock, just hang in there.
By "time" i assume you mean the agreed upon date and official court recorded date of the 20th.
SOOO to summerize your point, even though BOTH parties agreed on a number and agreed to pay by the 20th, and made it an official record of the court, (The agreement), your saying its "fishy" that ABHI hasn't paid them before the agreed upon date?
seriously did you get dismissed early?
uhmmmm hence the hearing on the 20th per post 78. You know the post you told us to read.
1st- Shouldn't you still be in school?
2nd- you forgot to read #77 (The one right before 78)
"Hearing held. Defendant agrees to pay the monetary portion of the judgment"
TWO RECENT EXAMPLES:
DOL@ filied first paper work to go current on March 21st. Their stop sign removed this past Monday. (and it went up another 100% that day)
ORR@ filied first paperwork in February to go current. Stop sign removed several weeks later.
So we are talking weeks not months.
You obviously did not do your homework, you should probably sell and move on.
whats up my friend, we can only hope HE'S GONE... On a side note the good thing about days like today is we are getting rid of all the remaining weak hands, so when the 8K and PR is released we should float up at a good pace with little resistance.
PRAISE THE LORD
Someone please buy gmans shares so he can leave.
Somewhere off the coast of Cape Cod
A pirate ship approaches a beach
(Deck hand)
Aye captain a pod of contacts off the starboard bow!!!
(Captain)
Aye mattey that there pod of contacts is headed directly towards that beach!!! Noooooooo!!!
Baaaammm!! Sign me up. Someones got to save these poor contacts before they get beached.
True dat... true dat....
True dat... true dat
An interesting example of another company getting the stop sign removed and getting current is DOL*. on 3-21 they filed the first documents to get current. they went from .001 to .04 in less than a month. Their stop sign is due to be removed this week. Oh and their float is about 650 mil. waaaaaaaaaay higher than ABHI.
Word up
No problemo my friend. Here in pinky land we are always trying to see what dangers are lurking under the hood, the thing I like about this play unlike most is we know what's there. Have a good weekend.
INFO ON THE LASTEST "DEFAULT JUDGEMENTS"
1st. "Default Judgement" occurs when not due to the merits of the case, but is generally due to one party not being able to afford to go on as ABHI did not have the money in 2015.
2. This all stems from OCT 2015 when ABHI was going broke, and PC drivers filed a suit seeking compensation for payments it says it made on behalf of ABHI and attorney fees, again ABHI due to previous management or lack thereof was running out of money. These motions are separate from the ABHI suit against PC drivers for breach of contract. PC drivers is seeking thousands, ABHI is seeking millions.
3. The latest motion to stay the default judgement in CA and the motion to reconsider in TX were just to buy time and secure the patent and funding from the investor. Winning one of these motions is as uncommon as seeing AMBISUX actually read a pacer document.
4. The reality is ABHI will have to have its investor write a check to secure the patent and clear up these past judgements. However now ABHI like the CEO recently said to another poster is going after PC drivers, no longer on the defense but now on the offense.
5. The good news is these debts will be paid thus clearing up all the nonsense litigation. The patent will be back with ABHI setting the stage for huge revenue. ABHI will now go after PC drivers for breach of contract and tens of millions. These debts will be paid and ABHI can move forward, get current, and begin selling their products again. This finally brings and end to the past nonsense from the past CEO.
Case No.16-mc-80125-HRL (N.D. Cal. Mar. 10, 2017)
Lol yes and all about the very same thing...
Very weird, I think even the pink panther could see what's going on here...
They will do the 8 k first then hopefully a pr about their intention to get current. Then a 10q
Booom time
Items I expect to be in the 8k
Details on the voosh deal,
The amount of money "the investor" is giving for a line of credit
Details on the patent case
Debts paid
Possible items:
New hires to include executives,
Possible revenue deal(s)
I'm sure I'm forgetting something. What do you guys think?
GOOOOOOOOD morning ABHI!! 8K this week, more filings hopefully next week, stop sign soon to be removed, and revenue around the corner. Good times ahead.
You still are. That's the case YOU are talking about. The case that took place yesterday. Obviously you are trying to get the attention off of the facts, the fact that are right in front of you. The 8k will be out hopefully tomorrow. Maybe you can read that.
Wrong again dufess. ABHI represented by Joseph Casas of the Casas law firm
Now I'm gonna go have a martini and wait for the 8K. Ok maybe 2.
The default judgement came from m the last CEO not being able to pay the attorney thus leaving the case in PCs hands. PC filed for a default judgement and got it. The new CEO hired a better lawyer an baamm reinstated the huge suit. And the best news of all the default judgement is clear and ABHIhas the patent back. Win win. Before you spout false info actually read the case.
I don't know about you DD but this is wearing me out!! Lol
Let me put it another way. If ABHI did not get the patent yesterday (which they did), then ABHI would have a long uphill fight. Now another hurdle down and off to hammer PC drivers and bring in revenue
Last year the patent was put in the hands of a court appointed receiver due to a default judgment involving the past CEO. After ABHI filed the huge lawsuit then made a motion to stay the default judgement until the Texas case was settled (which was a long shot). The decision in early march the judge denied ABHI motion to hold off the sale which could have been made public. Yesterday ABHI after bought it back thus now clearing the way towards settlement and more importantly selling the technology for others to use.
Suxambi YOU ARE WRONG!!! ABHI now has the patent that they lost earlier last year. They now own the tech and will now focus on the main suit against PC drivers. And sell the tech to other companies.
I agree. Your research is great, these cases are very complex to read all the nonsense lawyers put out. But like you said now it's game on with the main lawsuit and PC drivers will pay.
ON march 10 ABHI's motion to stay a previous default order was thrown out. ABHI wanted to stay the sale of the patent that PC drivers obtained through the earlier default judgement until the recent lawsuit filed by ABHI was decided. So the hearing yesturday was to set parimters surronding the court ordered sale of the patent. ABHI agreeded to buy back the patent so now all is good they can use the patent and the main lawsuit is still intact. below is the link to ABHI motion being denied a few weeks ago.
https://casetext.com/case/pc-v-ambicom-holdings-inc
The might be some confusion here. Yesterdays court hearing was for the sole purpose of ABHI and PC drivers to set up the parimeters to sell the partent PC drivers essetially stole from a default judgement regarding the last CEO. SO what your readin is ABHI actually had to buy back their own patent yesterday. So ABHI was forced to buy back their patent. This is good news because that patent is incredibly important, and the main lawsuit remains intact. But this was not a settlement of the main lawsuit.
The hearing starts in 15 minutes. Lets pray they already worked it out.
It is but it's very important going forward. After speaking to this new CEO I'm convinced he's got us on the right path. It not a matter of if but when this goes to pennies.
