Last pr said many more distributors coming very soon.
Also published by NASDAQ on their website!
California High Beverages working 8 states come Jan.. Hopefully WSJ picks that up too.
Until the FDA bans opium based pain killers I say stay out of it FDA. Nobody gets addicted or OD's on cannabis.
California High Beverages beginning selling of Kona's and Highdrate in 8 states next week per their facebook post. Company is building and building.
Got out at 19. Took profits to cover all ther downstrokes and Christmas.
I think it will come back down. The OS is hard to figure a way out.
I get shares through PURA as well.
I know it won't happen so don't jump me, but the holders of all those converted shares would be wise to return a few billion back to the company that they could use to sell in the market to raise capital.
They would avoid a rs and get the capital and still make their remaining shares very valuable.
Maybe in the works. Shibley is good at shaping and crafting deals.
I think they realize a RS is devastating to a company. They could add to the AS and sell some OS in the market. They only need 4 months to bring a crop to harvest.
But I just don't think they would publicly say that the RS was possibly off..they could open themselves up for some SEC scrutiny.
Worth a small investment with a huge payoff potential. Shibley is proving to be a player in cannabis industry IMO.
I will have to reread the pr after Christmas, but I believe they said it would be a preferred issue that convert to the same at a future date.
It is up in the air. Witht he price action going on perhaps they could sell some in the market to get some money in.
Last pr said the the RS is not looking to be necessary. It may still happen, but my take is that it won't or they would not have mentioned it in the first place.
But we will see.
No I am not. That is why I asked the company to go ahead and get the details out. Certainly a good sign if the preferred's converted. Cleans up the balance sheet..which of course makes a buyout in the future much easier.
As of Sept 30 the company on had 316,000 preferred c shares issued. The A's, B's, and D's are owned by Clark. So from what I can see it is possible that both happened..the c's were converted and the company sold some in the market to bring in capital.
Both are positive IMO.
Yes country I put that up just a few minutes after CHB posted it. CHB can get after it! Should be a great distributor. They sold out their original pallet of Kona's in just a week or 2...put it in over 42 stores.
But I actually misquoted the 100 stores thinking that was the hundred convenience store Kona had mentioned in their pr last week. But what CHB actually said was they are selling it in 8 states in the west. Much larger than 100 stores.
When the company pr's this and other distributors it should move up. The company has issued about 40 million shares to raise capital. That is not to be confused with loan holders converting. The company reduced the OS from 640 million to 480 million and paid off all liabilities in the spring last year..they vowelled never to use toxic financing and they have not.
I have asked the company to pr the shares sale and how much money it fetched. No way of knowing for sure, but it looks like they took advantage of the sharp price rise in Nov. That could have added as much as 5 million dollars to the balance sheet while not really damaging stockholders strength.
This company has a great product, has implemented a smart capitalization plan from early on, and management is young and motivated...I believe they feel they can take on Monster and Red Bull and win.
But this all IMO. Everyone sees it different. GL to you.
You do know that California High Beverages will begin selling Kona's and Highdrate in CA,AZ NM, TX, CO, NV, OR, and WA next week? Kona has not pr'd it yet but CHB posted it on their facebook page a couple of days ago.
Huge.
I'm in. That was me who slapped that low hanging ask.
Yes it does. I have wanted RKE to use that to market the water. Maybe something is in the works.
Free Shipping this weekend for Kona's on their website.
Nice promotion.
Does anyone use OTC markets to obtain quotes?
Huge news out. California High Beverages posting on their facebook page that they will stock all 9 flavors of Highdrate and Kona Gold's into over 100 stores the first week of January.
go to their facebook page to check it out.

I would add that all of these connection are from Shibley at PURA. He is a dynamo in marketing and deal making IMO.
I am betting on him.
Yes. This why he restricted 160 million shares with his own money and paid off debt..so he could sell them later at a much higher price. This is a very positive thing.
I am more than ok with the company selling 40 million shares at .12. Lots of working capital.
Let's follow this through Jag. What items did they send you if you don't mind disclosing it. All of these things are made in the shop on the hot line.
I feel the hot line is far more valuable than most are considering. It is where the blueberries are processed.
It can be used for a huge variety of products and there is plenty of room to expand.
This is why I love ALKM because we have a diversity of capabilities that go far beyond CBD drinks. Huge wave of cbd drinks now but as it settles down I think the industry will plateau. I think it will boil down to cbd being sold in powder form so someone can make it to their liking and mfg. and delivery cost can be reduced. Hopefully we are deep into making powder. Hot line item.
But we are in the middle of wine country and could bottle wine, spritzers, and on and on.
Would love to pick up an establishe dbrand like snapple or something of the like for distribution in the great northwest.
Good story Jag. RKE is a an honest hard working guy. Contrary to what too many people spout on that he is crooked or incompetent, he is busting his rear to build a great company. The fins will come.
I do think an update of a sort is due and hopefully for New Year's we will hear something. But even if we don't have no doubt he is working on his dream.
Same with ALKM.
I take this as a positive. Selling water directly to the public did not work a few years ago and that is what got the company in distress in the first place. Just priced too high vs stiff competition on the shelves.
Alkame water is a good base for cbd as it mixes. I think it has been clear for some time that copacking is where it is best suited..and I think it fits Eakle perfectly as well. He is good at getting business and getting the work done.
With the success of Everx, now the generex hydro water order, Telluride and new flavors of Highdrate, and other brands it seems that the capacity to make water is first dedicated to copacking other brands.
So if ALKM is not marketing the water then it wouldn't make any sense to carry a website for selling it. Saves money and time for the key employees and Eakle.
We can't know for sure but I think they may be winding retail sales down and using all of the water they oxygenate for cbd products.
Well good luck with your contrarian position on ALKM. I am still waiting for the SEC to suspend the trading of the stock for 2 years now and I am still long.
I really don't care if ALKM owns Bell Foods Int'l or not. That is Craig Bell's issue. They own Bell Food and Beverage, Inc and have 2 cold fill lines and a hot line. They have 8k'd a fabulous contract to jar blueberries for export to Japan that is worth 1.3 million in revenue each year for 3.5 weeks of work..meaning all financial troubles are over IMO.all bills will be paid out of cash flow.
They are an American company, employing people to work, paying taxes, working steadily and legally towards becoming current with financial reporting. I also love that every Veteran's Day and Memorial Day they express their gratitude towards our servicemen and our country.
Have a Merry Christmas!
ALKM used the receivables they took over from Bell Int'l to pay off the Bell liabilities.
Craig Bell is retiring and no longer wanted to run that business. Eakle is young and wants in the business so they just blended it in. 8k's timing a result of the situation developing over time.
It is all good over in Gervais. Eakle is a great ceo pulling his company out of a big hole and there is a whole lot more going on than meets the eye. Step 1 is get the business cranking while getting the financials caught up step 2. Get a good plan going to deal with the share count..starting with growing the business into the shares but also doing some buybacks and/or divvy's.
They own Bell Foods and Beverages. They are making all of Bell Foods Int'ls former products and brought in a 12,000 units per hour filling line. All of Bell Foods Int'l operations are defunct. Craig Bell's health is not good and he is retiring.
And per the Sept 22 8k the revenues from the blueberries run was used to pay off liabilities.
The 1.3 million a year in revenues from blueberries alone provides enough money in 3.5 weeks to pay all operations for the entire year. Ha! provides a solid base for ALKM to build a huge business.
No. ALKM owns Bell Food and Beverages,Inc. BFand B now mfgs BG Reynolds cocktail mixes, Mr. Jalapeno hot sauces, and all of the other things that Bell Foods International used to make. Craig Bell owns the land and buildings and he operates a small local bottled water company called Oregon Rain.
ALKM Holding Co. is incorporated in Nevada..you are correct on that. However, Bell Food and Beverage, Inc. is incorporated in Oregon.
Look it up before you post por favor.
And have a Merry Christmas!
Go the Oregon Sec.of state and research it.
Illegal resale of 4.6 billion shares? What are you talking about. The company's note holders have converted into common shares..what is illegal about that?
Subsequentially ALKM purchased Bell International from Craig Bell and changed the name to Bell Food and Beverages, Inc. - a wholly owned company on Alkame Holdings, Inc.
Go to Bell Food and Beverages, Inc's facebook page to view the company and it's equipment.
Keep current PR..you have been on this company for at least 2 years and you owe it to be up to date.
100 pallets of Telluride is 170,000 bottles..just for Austin TX.
seems this product is finding a market in a big way. This is all Eakle. He gave Yasmin a chance and then got it over with Shibley at PURA who is showing to be a great marketer.
That means the factory is working, people are being employed, taxes are being paid, and capitalism is working. There is a lot to be enthusiastic about. The fins are coming.
No. Go for it.
You just keep right typing. I am eating it up.
Only your opinion Huggy.
I think he will declare a buy back while the price is low and then a divvy when the share count is down.
If the company is showing a strong profit then a RS is not necessarily a bad thing.
Huge contract. Remember PURA's margins are solid.
PURA announcing first run of Generex water is underway. ALKM making every one of those in the million dollar contract.
Without Eakle Kaufman's investment isn't worth shit. I don't believe Kaufman is dumb..he may be a dick but he isn't screwing over Eakle
