Well said! This is a business...people...GET A GRIP! As a small business owner I can tell you that if business doesn't do what's right for the consumer there will be no business. It's all about getting it right. I would rather take a 30-45 day PR hit than roll out a sub par product.
At the end of the day, this is about more than a product. It's about a brand. If you build a brand correctly, the business follows. Just wait till $VPOR secures non toxic financing with the secured revenues then initiates a share buyback.
Market makers can stay short up until the reporting period which is every 30 days.
Market Makers can acquire massive short positions and as long as they can cover by reporting it's like it never existed so people saying no one is short is feeble minded.
When the market maker has enough shares to gap it there and get paid more than shorting the run. Part of these spikes are gauging volume and money flow at the higher levels.
Market makers always make longer term moves when they're on the right side of the trade. When we move up without the market makers getting paid they short the moves back down every time.
When they have a ton of inventory at lower levels and buy volume isn't out of control they let it out slowly through the run up.
Yeah price action doesn't lol favorable...expected dilution?
They offered a full refund to anyone who didn't want to wait. Consumers always want to bitch and moan, take your money back, sell your stock and move on if your not happy. This board is for investors not consumers frustrated with waiting an extra month for an Easy Grinder!
This was were we bounced the last few times, anyone think we're breaking lower this time?
You in this thing? Looks like that set up led to today's massive sell off. Is this company viable, not seeing much here besides low share count.
21s jumped that 20m buy block @ .002 I hope they chase it all the way back up! 10 Day avg volume is finally down to 68m so sellers should be washed...still lacking big block buy side volume. Till then sideways consolidation.
There was an update less than a week ago, why are you acting so ansy? I want a PR everyday but thats not how the world works.
The few months comment made me chuckle
No doubt! I think it's good to keep a log of the MAs and use them as a gauge. I found it odd that the monthly moving averages were going higher as the price went down from my prior update.
April is a new month, a new quarter and investors in larger cap stocks might be looking to take profits and find some better opportunities. If we don't have buy side volume we drift lower. I think the low was done via a wick on the weekly MAs and we'll see if we get a low and rebound from the .0017 level.
DD Update: $VPOR Weekly Stock Chart Analysis 4/2/2017
Current Resistance $.0025 50 Period 1 Hour Moving Average
This has been one of the interesting low volume shake downs I've seen in some time. We all know this game, buy the dip sell the rip! Establish trend and don't miss or chase the moves.
We literally spent the entire month working off the overbought volume from the last 2 weeks in February. We went from .0017 to .0068 on 2,307,742,100 shares and from .0068 to .0017 on 2,179,750,951 shares on a weekly.
This entire walk down was light volume, small size bid smacking MM walk down. The MMs walked to to the level they trust most, the 20 week MA at .002 and under cut it to cover shorts and get back inventory for the next run up.
April is starting with 4 down, lighter volume weeks with an upper weekly Bollinger Band of .004.
I'm looking to add more down here as we consolidate and look for another weekly close above the 100 week MA of .0054. Targeting the 200 week MA of .0154 as my long term resistance on a run away gap multi week trade.

Good to hear from you! I lose no sleep over these moves, at the end of the day retail traders are lost it the sizable percent between the bid and ask or the daily high and low.
This is all about accumulation/distribution obviously we move too far to fast because of how extremely overbought we are we're going to have a massive pullback. The same goes for extremely oversold levels like we just experienced the current high of .0068 is 195.65% away to test.
I'm actually happy it coincides with my bonus and I'll be able to increase my position by 50%. On 3/1 this stock was trading at .0068 on the high. On 3/31 it's trading at .0017 on the low.
If current low/range holds. The Current April 2017 Resistance is at at 25%, 50, 75% and 100% of that range.

I noticed the stock was down today. I also noticed there is no the A/S Not Available O/S Not Available and Float Not Available. How can you value a company if there is no "supply" or shares available? How are they even able to get a way with that? I've seen it with a few stocks.
This has been one of the interesting low volume shake downs I've seen in some time. We all know this game, buy the dip sell the rip! Establish trend and don't miss or chase the moves.

April is starting with 4 down, lighter volume weeks with an upper weekly Bollinger Band of .004. I will post some more volume and moving average analysis later this weekend.
I'm looking to add more down here as we consolidate and look for another weekly close above the 100 week MA of .0054. Targeting the 200 week MA of .0154 as my long term resistance on a run away gap multi week trade.
Well maybe we will go to trips, maybe hold the .0017. I'm a buyer in this range, even just as a trade between hourly MAs at higher levels for a couple million shares. Stock gave back all it's gains on less than half the up volume. They walk it down to get more volume, that's the game we play.
O/S 89,789,407,996...How in the world is this a thing? Why in the world is this worth $26,936,822?
Good analysis, price will run in advance if they communicate well. If not it may be a late end of year massive move.
Bid is .0024 then they popped it back to .0025 on 670k bid size
6.7m @.0026 x 2.7m @.0028 low volume, wide bid/ask, most sell volume was absorbed on the bid side on the lows. We're flat at .0028. No news in over 2 weeks, we'll see if they do another PR push over multiple days.
Thanks, that's what I saw, I just wanted to see if there was anything remotely cooking here. Looks like NO.
60m shares is less than 2% of available shares. Your analysis and comments about dilution couldn't be further off. 1 stock trades 1B shares yesterday, that is what dilution looks like.
Is the A/S 3,500,000,000 And O/S 362,227,188 still? Is this a buy or what?
.0014 and .0017 2x are .0028 and .0034 which is pretty much where the bigger range has been outside of the MM accumulation below.0028 through .0025.
Something is brewing
Is all this news BS? They ready to R/S this again, I think I have 1k shares now lol
At least it's moving now, may be worth trading at the right levels.
Range bound consolidation, buyers on the bid getting fills. .0025 is still current support below today's low.
My pleasure, the moving averages really tell a story. Hopefully markets don't get impatient with the lack of news. The fact markets are down and we're holding today is a good thing.
HUGE UPDATE!
I agree with your analysis. The moving averages on multiple time frames are converging. A close above.0034 is what's needed to break out of the current trend.
Association...I've seen many stocks explode on far less Great point when this thing goes ex dividend any market maker short term short shares will need to be repurchased plus all the sideline people who want the free 2 for 1 trade.

I hope your investment works for you! Always have a plan when to buy more and when to take profits.
The potential is there with states exponentially voting for decriminalization and legalisation going the right way.
I haven't either but watching the Bollinger bands contract and it road the top end all the way up to.0068.
If you adjust for splits and look at historical prices on Yahoo finance it was.
It used to be $1.01 let's get to .05 or 200m market cap before we start putting 800m mcap valuation there
Well get the most out of your long term capital gains! Most of these MJ stocks have been seeing incredible valuations because it's the hottest 3 year growth sector.

Recreational marijuana legalization bill proposed in Illinois
http://wqad.com/2017/03/23/recreational-marijuana-legalization-bill-proposed-in-illinois/
This bill has nothing but 100% upside potential long term for VPOR, we are seeing so many states come up with these bills the momentum will impact the companies sales significantly to the upside.
Is this down move overdone? I know it doesn't say much to have a reverse merger on the Nasdaq.

Well said, I was in it back then too and buying the lower levels. I think the company is finally trying to work to get back to its IPO high of $1.01. They should buy back shares ASAP and retire them like a few massive moves I've seen on some announcements.
