Nothing gets by you Sherlock
People hear the work cloud and think that all companies are the same. Well, maybe not. That's why some get bought out and some go to die in the cloud dark space.
Perhaps, this company that got bought out has some technology that other see as innovative and not just the work "cloud" in the business description.
"Cisco Just Spent Millions on This Hot Cloud Startup"
The networking giant said on Tuesday that it will pay $260 million for cloud computing startup CliQr, whose technology lets corporate software run more efficiently across internal data centers and public cloud data centers operated by the likes of Amazon (AMZN, -0.08%), Microsoft (MSFT, -0.15%), and Google (GOOG, -1.42%).
Funny thing is, lots of companies are in cloud business. And lots of them have stronger balance sheets. What's your point?
You don't need to sell them. As long as they are in you brokerage account and not physically in your possession, they can be borrowed and shorted without your consent. Call your broker and see.
Who are we? Few folks on this boards? Then how come the volume today is 48 million? Trade much?
Locked how, in a file cabinet? So there are no shares in street name?
Is R/S good or bad? You decide...

Nicely put. People always believe that there is some kind of conspiracy theory.
What about the move from .005 to .05? Or you only remember what suits your agenda? Go cry somewhere else.
You are missing something. If I am shorting 10000 shares, after R/S I am only shorting 2500 share and that's all. In order to cover, I need to buy back 2500 shares after R/S.
What a POS
Blah, blah, and if grandma had balls she would be a grandpa. Nothing but hopes and dreams without any solid data. Yes,
revenues went to 78 from 74 but gross profit dropped. How long can they sustain bleeding cash at this rate? How long can they afford to pay those 400 employees? Anyone???
Regarding so called short squeeze. None of the people on this board would be able to short this stock, especially naked short. Which should tell you that if It's done, its done by pros like those same MMs that set the bid/ask. So who is exactly will create this so called short squeeze? You? With your 50,000 buy order? Give it a rest. Pros will eat you alive and send home in a box.
Yep, about that. None of the people on this board would be able to short this stock, especially naked short. Which should tell you that if It's done, its done by pros like those same MMs that set the bid/ask. So who is exactly will create this so called short squeeze? You? With your 50,000 buy order? Because ICLD is toxic. They are playing in the arena with other companies with much better balance sheet. After R/S price will drift down and another R/S will take place. Shampoo, rinse, repeat.
Moby Dick is on his way.
There are other timeframes that got broken.
And you know that how? Gut feeling? Wet dream?
Would you feel better once it breaks .0324?
Yep, because gap is holding this back. Lol
Yep, turn those machines back on.
And apple will buy them. Or was it in another dream?
Makes perfect sense. They make the rules, not you or me.
Congratulations, you all just officially graduated to a bag holder status. Learn to see the obvious, it's usually the right call.
Couldn't have said better myself.
What happens if it reaches the gap and continues lower?
That option does exist you know. Many of you screamed from the top of your lungs that gap fill was silly and now praying for it to happened to lessen the pain. Maybe just maybe putting money in a company that has a R/S looming is not a great idea.
And then the depression set in.

Lower lows and lower highs, that's all you need to know today.
No one real gives a f about your strategy. Go buy more
Going in wrong direction
Yep, that .04 was the wall, alright
Sideways action at best until R/S
Just the fact that you were able to buy so many shares with ease should raise red flags all over. It's ok, you would be able to buy more at .03
What was that my young grasshopper
Now you are thinking correctly. Only outstanding can be reversed. Once that is done, they will start dumping authorized 500 million shares at higher prices which will cause the stock price drop. So eventually price will degrade to same levels since number of shares will be back to over 500 mil but current shareholders will only have 1/4 of their original share count. But do not worry, you can always chase this pipe dream and buy more. Shampoo, rinse, repeat!
No argument there. But can they survive to get to that finish line? RS never helps, it's the last resort to get price to attractive levels and incite investors. But in most cases prices keep falling while you only a fraction of your original shares.
Revenues without net income are just smoke and mirrors. Their liabilities are very high and low cash on hand.
