That maybe true very often about otc companies in regards to investing a lot. But not true with all of them. I know of 2 that is not true. One of them is a phenomenal company and I would put a mlillion in if I could. The other a 100 grand would be ok.
Mlhc may not have been the best choice to put that much in, so I get your point. I just don't agree with "all" of otc.
Agree that big blocks will be sparse.
Many longs loaded a long time ago. Glad I did. Big blocks may only be available through pp. If there is another one?
All the time on etrade and tda you can go down to .0001 for bidding or selling
What does that have to do with Short sales???
Really good perspective,
Nice post
Please define made tons?
How is this a bloated stock? What prompts you to say something like that.
Agree wholeheartedly with your last line
Much of the reason this has not gone higher is because this is not a normal otc stock. Most otc traders need continual info / news to drive it. This is acting more like a NASDAQ type stock. Once news comes it will move again and then Hopefully move there after like an investment, rather than a play.
Agree fully that vytex is the goal and prize here. Have felt this way from beginning .
Your assessment is spot on.
Agree on all, especially the more part.
This is really important. I have spoken to my local dispenserie in CT and it is their biggest concern
My guess is that all the cse hoopla caused the extension or it would have been out on time. Don't know for sure but a reasonable guess.
I agree. When is the question, but it should happen at some point this year.
Very good point
I agree.
And holding for the homerun
I am here for NASDAQ, I just don't post all the time on here.
Many others like me are in this too for the long ride.
Lol, I believe you are correct
I am with you on q1 results.
Not that it may not be interesting before that as there is so much good coming over next few weeks.
Oh my god???????
Agree, and very well said
They can't manipulate any stock forever. Eventually they won't be able to cover.
If the stock gets too cheap, there are others, including me who will be glad to buy them up which will make the available shares even less.
don't forget the Canadian investors who will now be available to purchase shares on the cse.
Plus profits, good revenues and pe ratios will solve many pps problems.
A lot of good stuff coming.
Excellent observation and true. In the otc, reverse splits are usually a death sentence, while here we actually moved up a bit.
The longs here know that our ceo is doing the best for us and the company, thus a rs is considered either neutral or good, but certainly not negative.
Just a little more patience and things should slowly improve throughout the spring and into the summer, with a good run by years end on progressively better revenues each quarter.
Yes, "if they think they have time" - you are correct.
Yes it has been around 18 months, correct again.
But at this point with all the news out and Financials ready to come out, RS will be soon, which will lead the way to being listed on the CSE, which in turn opens up gpc funding. All these factors should, (not guaranteed) , make the last 18 months a moot point and IMHO since we are close, the time to obtain cheap shares could be very limited.
Obviously anyone who thinks we are a long ways from substantial upward movement should either wait or take his time. Everyone sees it differently and needs to make their own calls of when to buy or sell.
I currently see it as buy time for whomever still wants or needs shares, and you may not.
GLTY
If that is what you truly believe, then you have missed the best part of fnhi and it's great ceo.
Normally I would agree with you. But in the case of fnhi, which is ready to go, everything should be leaning towards the ask.
Some people will never see this opportunity for whatever reason, thus the reason for selling. But somebody buying at this point should "Get It", and to not increase there bid for a few bucks, which has such a tremendous upside, is beyond my comprehension.
In other words the seller will eventually sell his shares, the buyer on the other hand may end up buying less shares overall because of a pps increase, thus costing himself a lot in the end.
The old rule of penny wise and pound foolish.
Just my take. But I do get your point.
There is only a 30 spread between bid and ask on the 75k shares.
Makes no sense for 150 bidder not to buy out 75k seller.
I agree they said 500k
They gave 50k 2 or 3 years ago
Now they are giving, I believe 240k, you keep saying 260k, but regardless if they give 240, 250 or 260 k, then they still need to come up after the cse listing with the remaining amount.
If 50k + 240 = 290k given they still owe 210k
If 50k + 250 = 300k given they still owe 200k
If 50k + 260k = 310k given they still owe 190k
That is the way I understand it from the prs and sec fillings from a couple years ago. Terms may have changed, so I may not be spot on.
There was no escrow then, this is because of current cse negotiations / requirements or something to that effect.
Plus, depending on the terms, an escrow can last for several years. however in this case I believe this is fairly new.
Regardless you are asking for something that is not reasonable nor required to be posted anywhere.
That may or may not happen and may not be real. But even if it is real, the 75k is only $1,500, chump change in the trading world.
I added today. Rest of my shares are LTCG's
Fink just told you it was him on a transfer. So it is impossible to be someone else
Please explain as I don't see that one bit
Agree fully about patience and expectations. They are a must do if you want to hold long on any ticker.
Flippers never win on good companies if they keep flipping. If you want to make big money in any good stock, you need to hold at some point. The trick is to do good dd so one can be fairly sure that holding makes sense.
IMHO, VYST is one of those companies.
Good to hear that charts are positive but I am not in this for 15 ¢ pps. There unfortunately is no chart system that can really acknowledge VYST's full potential and account for all the positive news which is coming up in the following weeks and months. I am very sure you agree with this, too.
Anyway thanks for the update and greatly looking forward to upcoming events with VYST.
Agree, great stock to own.
Only takes time when adding. Which I try and do every several days
Nice post agree that this INVESTMENT, both short term and long term will pay off nicely.
Why say something like that when it is running? Maybe sour grapes?
Agree
