Yes they do have to be reporting, but the necessary market cap holding period timeline initiation does NOT have to be conincidental with the date of that audited reporting. Overlapping is just fine for those purposes.

My one thought for today is that I think Petar would like as close to a simultaneous release to Edgar and PR/website as possible. However it's not at all necessary now or going forward as most companies PR first and get around to Edgar later. I do believe that Petar understands fully the impact of filing the two as close together as possible however for first time AF release and immediate credibility.

NITE realized after ABLE first posted that 500k bid on October 3,2006 when NITE had pushed down the panic selling to about .085 or so that morning that ABLE would defend there and push back to above .10. They then defended with the old ALI tactic against Gerge Foreman of using "rope-a-dope" tactics from that day to this to keep it above .10. It never breeched that line again, not even temporarily. Occasionally since that morning of 10/3 they have posted 500k temporarily as needed to remind NITE and UBSS.
