Good news from of all places the government!

Yes, congrats if you like losing money. 7 minutes into the opening bell down 8%.Hows that “uplist” coming along?
You can read it right here, UNAUDITED https://ibb.co/bPSfaU
You can see it right here; https://ibb.co/bPSfaU
Benjo, if only that balance sheet were audited and not released by a company with 14 ongoing lawsuits and a history of fraud and long time OTC “bad actors”. Michael Mona, Bruce Perlowin, Michael Llamas, Donald Steinberg, Bart Mackay, Vincent Mehdizadeh, Raymond Dabney and Stuart Titus. All have a History with Mona and CannaVest.
Yes, you’re saddened, but at least you recognize reality. There will be NO uplisting. I can explain to you why but frankly don’t have the time to teach newbie OTC traders about the OTC. It’s for trading, not going “long”. Somebody wrote “we’ll uplist by next Friday”. Care to bet on that? 25k, 50k, more? Loser pays the charity of the winners choice.
Exactly.
Not a snowballs chance in hell. In case you hadn’t noticed the SP is $.10.45 pre split. I believe that’s a year low. But hey, the “guru” of Cannabis said it was a buy (back at $2.20) so it MUST be true.
Which lawsuit?
1) The Tanya Sallustro lawsuit or

5) The Block & Leviton class action suit or
6) The Pawar Law Group class action lawsuit or
7) The Robbins Arroyo LLP class action lawsuit or
8) The RM LAW Class Action Lawsuit or
9) The Rosen Law Firm, class action lawsuit or
10) Bragar Eagel & Squire, P.C class action lawsuit or
11) The Bragar Eagel & Squire, P.C.class action lawsuit or
12) The Schall Law Firm class action lawsuit or
13) The Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman, LLC class action lawsuit or
Perhaps yet ANOTHER suit? Since you’re commenting on the merits of the case are we to assume you’re an attorney involved in defending the company against these suits? If so which firm do you work for? Where did you obtain your Jurisdiction Doctor degree? If you’re NOT representing the company perhaps a disclaimer added to the bottom of your post is legally in order.
Ooooops, Down 12.7% Today now. Is today the day we’re going to “close in the $5.00’s” or is it “the $4.00’s” or perhaps the $3.00’s.

NOPE!
Correct!
Or for that matter the $4.00’s ?
What happened to the $5.00’s?
Theres one person who “gets it”
Why do you think their financial statements are ”unaudited”?
Uplist? To NASDAQ? This tainted company? Don’t hold your breath.
NASDAQ? For this ticker? Don’t hold your breath.
Perfectly put! I rode 100,000 shares of this ticker from $.36 to $7.00 and have day traded it since I sold my last 30,00 just above 7.00 - Using my day trading pocket change I’ve scored between $4,000.00 and $10,000.00 a day every day for 6 days straight. You put it perfectly, there’s more than one way to play it. I still think I’ll get a 2nd play today buying below $4.00
Loaded 13,500 @ $3.80, sold at $4.25 less then 10 minutes later. Gotta love this irrational exuberance, makes for the best day trading ticker available. That’s 6 days in a row. I’m gonna take another run at it when it falls below $4,00in a little while.
Uplisting? Don’t hold your breath.
[b”]Uplisting”? Don’t hold your breath.
One can only hope
I hope they pit the partisan bs away and get something done this time. I own a 190 acre farm in Kentucky that was a Hemp far many, many years ago. The passage of this bill with the proper provisions and it would make the perfect spot for a joint venture with the right company.
Today?
When?
Nope
Actually right.
Not even close
It’s Lennox-Gastaut syndrome and Dravet syndrome the FDA approved Epidiolex for. The total market for this drug is 4% of children with Epilepsy (470,000) or approximately 19,000 potential patients. We don’t yet know for how many it will work or if it will work at all. Great for these poor children but not exactly a game changer. GW has NEVER turned a profit, they were down today 1% and the 4 analysts who cover them (Merrill, The Street, Ford and Research Team) ALL have them rated a sell.
Like yesterday when you stated “we’ll close green” you’re thinking is again.........wrong.
They’ll get nowhere. It’s perfectly legal to short a stock and the SEC Microcap Task Force is far too small and doesn’t have the mandate to deal with shorting. CRON Down 30% on record volume, 3/4 of a billion dollars traded.
CRON Down 10% and dropping. Looks like it’s working to me. It’s only been 130 minutes
No. Step one is the short position and the announcement of the same on Seeking Alpha. Step 2 is the multiple (now 5) class action suits. It’ll be a while before this ticker recovers if it does at all. Guys like Mona never learn. That’s why they’re such an easy target.
A 5th class action suit? I’m not surprised. It’s because Patents applied for and issued a Final Rejection notice without the company applying stating so publicly is a violation of Rule 10b-5 under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934 which makes it unlawful to omit to state a material fact. This is why you see four (4) separate law firms filing class action suits against CVSI as well as the 42.5% drop in its stock price.
Regardless if you’re “appealing”, a final rejection notice is a material event. Not reporting a material event is a violation of Rule 10b-5 under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934 which makes it unlawful to omit to state a material fact. This is why you now see five (5) separate law firms filing class action suits against CVSI as well as the 42.5% drop in its stock price.
How much are you down?

Just read the patent rejection........ugggghhhhh
Would you like to bet on it? 10k - 20k - 50k ?
I think not.
