I hate to say it, but I think he's working toward a reverse split. It's a long way off, but the process takes a lot time anyway. He anticipates this being above a dollar in the next 12 to 16 months. Elite is not going to be sold in the forseeable future. Elite is making these deals bc they plan to be around for a long time.
that seems to support Isradipine as the best option. Thanks for posting.
should post them here too sometime
no evidence has been presented. case closed.
yet millions have done and do just fine with opioids
no evidence has been presented. Case closed. sorry.
that makes a lot of sense. I don't know of any products that Elite produces that is approved for marketing toward canine purposes.
GIANT MONEY MADE ON ELTP 2019
yeah, it was a non starter when they couldn't ever get anything filed. Then it was a non starter when they couldn't get anything approved. Oh no, it will never get done; they had to amend the application. Only the worst human being ever would have to do that. And then it was a non starter when they couldn't possibly ever find a partner. And then it was a non starter bc it was going to .02. No maybe 2020. Definitely 2019. I know. I know. We've been hearing that since 1882.

It's a good idea. I'm tempted to do the same. I just hate to give even a penny to such a company. Rather just apply all of it to living high on the mountain.
Oh yes, that's obviously what it meant. My bad. Not renewing a license obviously must mean we don't want to buy your company. I guess if I don't want to renew my driver's license, that must mean I don't want to buy the whole state. Yes, perfect logic.
maybe but there's still no proof that Purdue said thanks but no thanks re: buying Elite
It ought to be self explanatory.
posted 00000000 times including all the times in the past day.
The topic was Purdue buying Elite, people. The topic was not about a licensing agreement with Elite. 2 monumentally different concepts. Please stop conflating.
My Guess is Purdue Will Buy This
Purdue already said thanks but no thanks
proof of that?
Everyone, please notice Elite has branched out in the last 14.5 years, not to mention many companies have even changed their minds over the course of 14.5 years.
I REPEAT, THE TOPIC WAS PURDUE AS A POTENTIAL BUYER OF ELITE PHARMA.
I don't think the "this" was a reference to SequestOx. The below statement is conflating. Plus I was being facetious.
proof of that?
it was around April Fools Day, but no one knows with govt shutdown.
Bc the FDA is and has long been run by lobbyists who are bought and paid for by big pharma, aren't they.
All of this is completely unrelated to accusing Nasrat of assuming bc it's really claiming he lied to us about the labeling. All IR opioids have had the same TMax problem and have the same labeling. Therefore it's anything but unrealistic to believe the FDA said labeling would be fine.
I guess all of us could just pretend like the FDA is honest and santa clause is real.
if they satisfied the FDA with formulation and not labeling, why do they contain warnings on their labels? All the IRs have the same problem. It's been well documented and discussed here, especially thoroughly explained by Weezhul.
pure speculative bs
Apparently, many give a spit
all bs without links
Nothing you stated remotely supports the absurd notion that Sequest is dead. Nasrat could sell the technology in a heartbeat if he were letting it die. Even if it were going to take 100 years to get approved, that still doesn't mean it's dead. SEQUESTOX IS NOT DEAD; IT'S SURELY ALIVE.
Sequestox is not even remotely out of the picture. We didn't apply for a patent with plans to drop Sequest technology. NOT OUT OF THE PICTURE.
no evidence presented that we can't get 1%. Case closed.
Elite has already launched several drugs.
Repost Winechemist's explanation re: Percocet launch process
CII launches, just a little background on these products. I believe the approval for the Oxy/APAP came faster than expected. In order to launch a CII product you have to apply for a quota from the DEA, but you cannot apply for a quota until approval. This request can take several weeks sometimes, if these is even quota available, but since it came mid-year I am guess we are fine. Then the order goes through the API manufacturer and the material comes into the facility, again a couple of weeks, have to send 222 forms back and forth to the different facilities. Then the release of said raw material from the QC lab for manufacturing again a couple of weeks. Then they have to make 3 process validation batches for commercial launch, again several weeks. So getting approval in July, I would say we are right on pace. Just wanted to clarify that for everyone as just getting approval does not mean you can instantly sell and it is much different for the controlled drugs.

Does anyone have the link to that excellent detailed explanation of the process involving percocet, etc? Someone could repost it and I'll sticky it.
So four competitors now qualifies as saturated market?
show us that magic list of ceos who were born with every thing they needed to know.
If you write it up, I'll be glad to copy and paste it.
yes, let's fire his Magesty's ass now that we have approval after approval rolling in, multiple partnerships in place, blah blah blah
if the tests were going to bankrupt us, we simply wouldn't perform the tests. Problem solved. No bankruptcy. I love problem solving.
