I will tell you that I have sent the SEC and FINRA complaints before on non reporting companies and this is what they refer me too every time when it is a pink stock...in fact I got and email from the SEC yesterday regarding a stock that is late reporting.

Thanks its just irritating...these people should know also OTC pinks are not held to the same reporting requirements as OTCQB or OTCQX. Maybe this will educate some of them.

And the information that the same "clowns" around here have been putting out from those so called "informational websites" give me a freakin break...this is penny land...not apple and goggle...I could put 100 stocks up that have worse financials and a crappier share structure and are trading pennies...at least this company has a business plan with a product out on the market.

I'm not sure how many times they have said as soon as legal approves the contract and deals they will release the PR. The company I work for does the same thing...not a big deal..I didn't see anything they posted that said news would be out Friday.
