To say you don't like the direction this is going is just silly. You have no shares since the PPS needed to go below a dollar for you to consider entering. Well the PPS has not even gotten close to a buck.
If this is all you have to worry about then you have no problems at all.

With all that was reported to have been bought it would be more than 5%. I guess we don't get the reports of sells or maybe there is some other explanation. Sure would tighten up the float and make many more shares be in "stong Hands".

IFON i believe institutions holds over 15% of shares.. management holds 32% of shares..
47% of shares.. so float is miniscule

You could have tried this approach and not the one you used I am replying to:
Yes we counted the shares he says he bought then doubled(as seen in one post) and it is at least 5%. So if someone has 5% it should be reported. So if it isn't reported there is something wrong. Either there was never all those shares bought. Or they were bought. And if they were bought then some have been sold and not posted on the board. The other option is they are still held and the report was not filed with the SEC so the sales of shares won't be restricted.
Whatever is going on cannot be deducted from what has been posted.

As for a stock it may be manipulated But, usually in the long run the Street takes over and it get's taken out of those manipulator's hands.
