Well, we never know who is on the other side or what motivates them all of a sudden to start posting for the first time ever. For all we know, you could be another incarnation of somebody who has posted before or somebody who doesn’t want to see the mine get built. Just find it curious how someone who’s never posted before all of a sudden has so much to say in one day (All negative) and with so many grammar mistakes. What do you like about the project?
Peter, I bestow you with an honorary Doctorate of Loser Trolls. You can now go out in the world and be a total jerk. You deserve this title because you earned it. Congratulations!
PR, I get your drift. Appreciate the due diligence and information you provide on this message board. Have a great weekend!
NorCal, to be clear, the last message to you was not intended for you. I don't enjoy having to call people out but when the predominant trajectory of the message board turns to unprovoked bashing, bullying, ridicule, profanity and name calling, somebody has to speak up and right the ship since IHUB does such a poor job at managing abuse on message boards. Probably due to lack of resources and personnel. I am glad to see though after the dust settled, we could hear again from more moderate voices such as ANTLER, GrowthMindset, bernice, jeunke and others. It would be a wonderful thing if we could also get more participation from folks like Richard, Chico, Boilermaker, Nebraskan, OmahaInvestor and others but that would require a level of civility and respectful discourse on the message board to make them feel safe to post without being called bozo, pumper, clown, cultist or other names. The take away should be to those who take liberty to attack, ridicule or bully without provocation, you just might get a dose of the same treatment so be nice and respectful to those who express opinions that differ from their own.
Demo Man, so glad to see your capable of giving yourself your own thumbs up. I was not referring to Jim Sims being reluctant to respond to NorCal but Putzmueler. Go ask JS's if I lick his boots. He would give you a totally different answer. I have gone toe to toe with JS a handful of times and am not afraid to voice my opinions. He is the face of IR. It is his job to answer questions even if they are tough questions. That just goes with the job. Your take away should be don't assume things about people or what their positions are just because they don't relentlessly voice their complaints on this message board which is not as effective as engaging with mgt directly.
I've been waiting for you to post a bunch of BS. Thanks for not letting me down. So predictable. You bring no value to this message board. You do no research, share no insights or provide constructive ideas. Just bitch and complain. How productive. You have a lot of criticism of mgt and other posters but offer no solutions for ways to help the project get financed. You have ear plugs and blind folds on and selectively ignore the progress that NioCorp is making with EXIM. Nobody cares what you have to say because you have nothing to say other than a litany of the same broken record complaints. A complete bore empty of constructive ideas and provide zero value to this message board. It would be far more constructive if you actually showed up at an AGM meeting to voice your concerns or call mgt to discuss your concerns or complaints. It's been awhile, but I have done both and have no problem calling mgt in the future should I have concerns. I don't whine on a message board and bash mgt. I pick up the phone and voice my opinion to mgt when I am unhappy and have a real conversation. Sitting in the comfort of your home attacking mgt on a message board who can't defend themselves is lame.
Check. Pathetic ex stock broker who has nothing to do but troll message boards. If you actually made money in your career you would have no time to post. You would be enjoying your retirement in some place like FIJI or Hawaii.
And your another one that needs to be called out. You've been bashing the company and its investors for as long as I have been on this message board. Using your own language, that would then make You in your own words a pathetic cultist Basher.
You don't get my position. I am not pro Mgt. I am pro Project. This is the Mgt we have for the project so I am not going to be careless and bite the hand that feeds and bash them on a message board. Kind of like booing for the home team. That doesn't work and never will. Objective criticism of Mgt is one thing. Careless unrelenting bashing is quite another. Get that straight and use the word cultist for all of the cultists who don't exist.
Cultists don't exist. It's a phrase you made you made up to disparage investors and the project. People invest for one reason and one reason only. They want to make money. Period. If they don't see a path, they sell. If they see a path, they stay invested. Its that simple.
I got out what I had to say. If he doesn't want a counter attack don't attack. That's my message to him. Enough is enough!
Not pathetic. Tired of his bitching and complaining. He makes no effort to improve the relationship with Mgt nor sells out of his position. Just endless negativity which everyone has to suffer along with him. No surprise JS was reluctant to answer his questions. He burned that relationship a very long time ago bashing Mgt relentlessly on this message board for years. He acts as if he is the only one whose shares converted from 10 to 1 or suffered losses in their brokerage account. In fact, his purchase price is around today's share price unlike most whose average share price is $5-$7. Why aren't all of them complaining daily. Maybe a few but very few. I say he should sell and cut his losses and save those of us who accept what has happened to the share price but hope for a reversal of fortunes to live in peace with our decision to stay invested and save us his grief. Everyone has enough of their own problems, why he is so special we have to listen to his ad nauseam for 10 years?
Why would anyone stay invested in a company they don't trust and then use a message board to voice their complaint on a daily basis is beyond comprehension? Kind of like making excuses and blaming the other person for staying in a dysfunctional relationship. Staying invested is a choice. It is not compulsory. The greatest cause of stress is staying in an unresolved relationship. My suggestion would be to either work on it on a daily basis to make it better or get the hell out of it. Either way, everyone will feel better. Staying stuck helps no one, neither the one who is stuck in the unhealthy relationship or those that have to listen to the daily complaints.
Appreciate the humor NorCal. Your posts are always entertaining. Getting back to your post from yesterday, I still think IR needs to do a better job at informing investors on what is taking place. Good to know that EXIM and NioCorp speak almost daily but what else is NioCorp working on? Is there anything outside of EXIM that we are unaware of that is being worked? Being updated and informed creates trust. That is the role of IR using that IR job description I posted as a template. Getting a PR once a month is insufficient. Given that PR's can be expensive and only used for big news, email exchanges are the best way to get updates for smaller items in progress. To PM and ge, thanks for reaching out to JS. I used to put in hundreds of hours of research on the internet and when I had time also emailed JS but I got tired of the amount of time it took. Having said that, when I get a chance, I will email JS to do my part and encourage others to do the same so we can all benefit and keep informed. Unless the company puts out a newsletter or sends out email announcements on updates to the project, I don't expect we will hear from NioCorp unless it is for a major news event so email exchanges are the only reliable tool for getting updates.
Gman, with all of the comment periods and approval timelines, what is your best guess when NioCorp could see a signed contract assuming NioCorp doesn't need to revise the FS and delay the just to upset investors as you mentioned. 😆
Well then, **** ******** if that's the language you want to speak in.
They had their meeting. Its done! Move on.
If you stop attacking, there will be no more replies. Attack and your going to get a reply. Capisce?
I'll be honest with you. Everything that is simple you turn it in to a conspiracy theory.
I appreciate your reaching out to JS but once we got the answer from ge that the meeting took place in March, why go on and on and on trying to create a conspiracy theory about why the meeting did not happen in April .
It happened in March! Period. Accept it and move on. Why the need to over analyze and create conspiracy theories over a simple meeting
This is the issue I have with you. You have a tendency to stir up trouble.
Sounds like your having a bad day. Best suggestion is to let it go and go outside and get some fresh air. The fact that they had a meeting is nothing but a good thing. Try to focus on the positive.
PM, they had they're meeting. Its done. Move on.
Its probably that simple. Why make this more complicated. I think the issue for PM is why he got half the answer and ge got the whole answer. That is not anything anyone on this message board can answer. He needs to address his concern to JS. That is the appropriate forum.
"Being right does not pay nearly as many dividends as being nice." AO
End of discussion for me.
He didn't make up a story, he just only gave you half of the answer to your question but gave ge the full explanation. Why would that be?
OK ge. Then ground breaking is tomorrow morning at 8 am.
If we cant express an opinion, what the hell is a message board for?
Be respectful.
The old expression, "kicking a dead horse" comes to mind". You've made your points. Can we move on? Regarding why JS did not reply to you that MS met RJL at SAFE, you need to ask JS. The board cannot answer that question.
I do not expect ground breaking in April. If EXIM happens, it is likely to happen in the next 2-3 months barring the need for a revised FS. JMO
If your right, following ground breaking, I am looking forward to free drinks at the Elk Creek Tavern on NioCorps dime.
"I’m sure he said April because he expected to have reason to meet with her in April.(like signing documents)".
When he announced at the AGM a meeting in early April, I also wasn't sure if it was to sign docs or to further the business transaction. In either case, since the emergence of the comment period ending 5/6/24, no docs can be signed in early April.
Not necessarily. He could easily have had an agreement prior to the shareholders meeting between the 2 to meet in early April but they decided on the spot to meet instead at the conference because it was more convenient. The most important thing is that they met IMO. Not sure why JS left out that part in his reply to you.
Thanks ge. My take away from the reply like some others is that the in person meeting at the SAFE conference sufficed for an in person meeting in early April and that near daily open lines of communication between EXIM and NioCorp is a positive.
You are entitled as an investor to send your questions directly to mgt. Let us know what they say.
Correct. Singing to the choir comes to mind but all's good. We're on the same page. If an investor has a question, they deserve a clear and transparent reply from the company they put some or all of their lifes savings in to.
I don't know but that question is fair game and not privileged IMO since it was already disclosed that the meeting may take place in early April. Ask again.
NC, you’re confusing the message. I am in agreement with you. IR has duties and responsibilities to investors to inform investors. That link is a random companies general description of an IR job and what shareholders of any company including NB should expect from the IR of the company they are invested in.

What date did MS say he was going to meet with the Chairwoman of EXIM?
I just test trialed putting in a sell order for $16/share and it took the order. (NASDAQ - US Markets).
How To Prevent Your Shares Holdings From Being Shorted?
https://seekingalpha.com/instablog/49359940-investor-focus/5138105-how-to-prevent-your-shares-holdings-from-being-shorted
One way to prevent naked short selling (this is my 7th post about how) is to place a future sell order on your shares. Ex: if you place a sale order for say $20 on your shares with no expiration date, then your broker, hedge funds and individuals cannot borrow your shares to short sell and drive the share price down. Mind you, naked short sales are where the seller never purchases shares but borrows your shares which are not locked up and then sells them at a lower price which is barred by the SEC but people and companies take a chance and do it anyways which drives down share prices. So, just lock up your shares in a future sale price way beyond todays fair market trading prices and they can’t borrow your shares for free to short sell and drive the share price down. Try it for 1 week and see if the share price goes up.
