Todays trading action so far......
5,500 shares traded at $1.22 and $1.24
Then a drop in the Bid to .965 Ask 1.19
Without any other trades in between, clearly illustrates IMO The Exert from the annual report (10k)
The market represented by the OTCQB is extremely limited, is heavily influenced by market makers and the price for our common stock quoted on the OTCQB is not necessarily a reliable indication of the value of our common stock.
We also believe that the price of our common stock is significantly impacted by short-selling.

And yes being bought out is not a consideration until after product successfully markets. No harm no foul in wanting to see the share price go up in San Diego conference week.
Dino
Ahh my perception of your "good things" versus School's "Good times" is that good things have happened and WILL continue to happen.
Tomorrow Matt Kenyon presents in San Diego. Yes that is a very very "good thing" that is happening.
A friend told me today that he heard Lester Holt mention the San Diego conference on yesterday's NBC nightly newscast.
While "good times" in my definition will not come as soon as June 2017.
My potential selling price (or good times) will not be reached in a few months (June 2017). Everyone involved at the top level are no spring chickens. I am hoping that the company gets bought out at a fair price and those of us who do not want to leave MONEY on the table selling too early will not have to make that decision.
I am a greedy one.
I want me gold The Leprechaun
Well put School... good times are in our future. Just how farrrr in our future is my concern.
Dino
Terrific, with the upcoming catalysts in play and No sellers at the moment, had to bring the ask up to 1.45.
Of course if one was afraid/reluctant to pay 1.20 they will not pay 1.45. Here is where the smart money hopefully pours in.
Dino
Hooray!!!! $1.20 wall knocked down...
Bid 6000 at 1.20 ask 1.40
I bought 4,158 shares last week at $1.20 hoping for a bounce off the upcoming San Diego get together or beta test results being announced.
Driver Fatigue and Alertness Technology Countermeasures Wednesday, March 22, 1:30PM - 3:00PM
Each year, tens of thousands of road users are killed or injured in vehicle crashes that are attributed to driver drowsiness. A recent NHTSA report estimated the annual societal costs of these crashes, not including property damage, was $109 billion. Given the magnitude of this problem, innovative companies are working on technological solutions that monitor and quantify drowsiness, providing real-time warnings to drivers/operators and/or supervisors. On this panel, Mr. Matthew Kenyon from CurAegis Technologies, Mr. Jérôme Wertz from Phasya, Mr. Rusty Weiss from Lytx, and Mr. Zackary Knoll from Maven Machines will describe their solutions aimed at preventing and mitigating this national epidemic.
The debate of the Cura System as the "potential solution" to this very unfortunate accident is an interesting one to me.
My biggest tormentor on my CRGS investment is a UPS driver. Among other complaints about my investment, he claims there is no way UPS would want a device like the watch because they would not want the driver to pull over reeking havoc on their important time schedule.
He had much the same response when I asked him about a police officer pulling off to the side of the road with a pending 911 call coming.
Liability concerns was my only retort to him. Any others???
Life is good,

FINALLY some sellers......... no surprise here after the huge run up in share price.
BUH-BYE buh-bye weak hands............
Dino
No sellers again out of the gate this morning...
Bid 1.55 ask 1.59
Dino
Congratulations Trucker.... It is a wonderful feeling to get even. I know because I hit mine yesterday at $1.25. A lot of averaging down.
Like a Phoenix, we have risen from the ashes.
We are very blessed
Dino
Thank you for letting us know Sammy, that it was author deleted.
Very confusing..."Some CRGS shareholders contacted me with concerns" This must be a sign that the share price of CRGS will close up or down or remain unchanged on Monday.
Dino
52 week high on the horizon at the ask...
Bid .85 ask .90 Nice to see as a group we are not selling shares.
Is it premature to congratulate our shelves as shareholders???
At my age I have been doing more and more fun things prematurely.
Life is good,
Dino
Thank you Tovc4me for spending the time to post.
<<< No matter how I look at this issue every scenario of expanding our shareholder base requires millions of shares to do so, and the supplier of these shares won't be Golisano, or the Gleasmans, or Insiders. And it won't be the result of naked shorting either (although that will likely continue to be a part of it until our stock is LISTED on the NASDAQ in the future). The suppliers of these shares can only come from US.

I know I am sitting on BOTH OF my hands with my shares.

Exert from November 2016 CEO Update:
We have hired four sales Vice Presidents in Trucking, Busing, Aviation and Municipalities over the last five months. They have already amassed a large volume of sales opportunities. I will caution that these are not sales or commitments, but organizations that have expressed interest. Now that we will have validations and production level myCadian™ watches, we hope to convert these into sales. We are also in discussions with government agencies, insurance companies and potential partners both nationally and internationally.
Dino
Sulax one of my favorite expressions is "at what price glory" I would tend to believe there should be no dispute that for long time shareholders, and of course the Gleasman family, this has been (for lack of a better word) a TRYING investment.
When I wrote my check in February of 2016 as an accredited investor, personally in my mind I came away with a 2 year time frame. I never asked probing questions then or also when my check was cashed for the latest round at the end of December 2016.
I recall the shareholder meeting 2 or 3 years back, when towards the end of the presentation, CEO Kaplan mentioned he had an exciting technology that he could not talk about now but in a few months he would give shareholders more information.
In short I said to my immediate Torvec circle he was stringing the audience along and would not have to deal with the shareholders for 365 more days. Of course I was wrong and of course he was referring to the Mycadian. Judging from his November 2016 update, the CEO Kaplan, is very excited about the tech he mentioned 2 or 3 years ago.
I am 63 now and my health is not as good as I would like. So in closing, I am with you, let us hope that "it comes sooner rather than later." If it comes later I will be screaming at what price glory.
Life is good,
Dino
No one has the market cornered on "I told you so" concerning the future success of this company.
I am going way out on that tree branch with you and predict the comment will come true and also add IMO all posters here are long CRGS
<<< I predict the next flurry of discussion on this board will follow the awaited launch of Cura myCadian. >>>
This is an exciting time period for CRGS shareholders. 10,000 shares currently at the bid price.
Dino
Sammy I felt I needed to respond to a post, which was ridiculously false and upsetting to me.
Oakie1 quote "your allegations regarding Jim are flimsy. All I heard was some occasional exuberance protected under safe harbor at the annuals"
This being a public message board, I merely voiced my rebuttle to a post.
If I am the poster that patc is referring to as "reflects poorly on the poster" so be it.
We all have obviously moved on a long time ago from the Ford FTV etc.
DINO
Ubetcha, in my post, my opinion was "taking action" back in the day would have put the company into extinction. For that reason I did not act.
The fact remains people or "fools" as you say were misled as to:
This quote and other quotes from James Y. Gleasman.
"I am proud to stand here tonight to tell you that after ten years of innovative product development, Torvec is no longer a research and development company. Let me repeat: for the first time, in 2006 all of Torvec's core automotive products are now ready for production.
I am confident in the future of crgs.
Dino
Jay Arr do you know who else saved this company from extinction?
IMO and I believe this to be a fact, The likes of "old timers" Leitrim Sulax Fadeaway Toevecian Sweep5 Trucker and many others who did not file individually or collectively a class action lawsuit against TOVC.
Possibly much to your dismay, I will post when I want, because this is a public message board and I own a large position in this company.
So in other words this "old tmer" is not done yet.
Life is good.
Dino
This type of post and this one in particular from Oakie1 today really hits a nerve with me. IMO Oakie1 chooses to turn a blind eye to a past of misery for many. Many people were hurt financially by statements made publicly or privately to them by James Gleasman.
Oakie1 quote "your allegations regarding Jim are flimsy. All I heard was some occasional exuberance protected under safe harbor at the annuals"
I am not going to spend a lot of time on this. Back in the day there was a push to start a shareholder lawsuit because of statements made. I will only quote (one) of the many hard copy statements/materials I saved as a shareholder from 2003 to today. I do not know if this material has been scrubbed from the internet or not because of the fear of a lawsuit, but I have the hard copies.
This quote (the grand daddy of deception of many) from James Y. Gleasman 2007 Shareholders meeting speech, is only a small sample.
"I am proud to stand here tonight to tell you that after ten years of innovative product development, Torvec is no longer a research and development company. Let me repeat: for the first time, in 2006 all of Torvec's core automotive products are now ready for production.
This is all in the past but to read a post claiming " all I heard was some occasional exuberance protected under safe harbor" is unsettling to me. It brings back bad memories.
At present, I am very confident in the future of this company and I am glad to see you are still a shareholder Torvecian.
Life is good,
Dino
The rumor is wonderful news if true.In imo it is true.
But that news will not push KMI to 40 by May 2017.
Thus that is why he did what he did.
Hopefully we get a bounce on the rumor/news this week.
Thank you Oakie for the reply and information. I believe then that money goes to the last raise not the current one.
Dino
IMO, no individual Torvec employee or exec is looking at doing their job as "time capital."
With all due respect to the current group of executives and employees, shareholders dating as far back as 1998 have put in "time capital"
Oakie, I have not seen a filing for Saunders or Destler as of yet. Was that inside info or did I just miss the insider buying filing or are they part of the next batch of the funding raise?
Dino
"These degradations can be caused by drowsiness, alcohol or other drugs, sickness, psychological problems and thought distractions. Action taken upon a warning of a change in alertness will lead to a better and safer environment"
Alcohol drugs etc opens up more market share potential $$$$ Watch is much more than fatigue management ????
Thanks for the information. I haven't seen the filing. That makes me feel more positive about the equity raise.
I have not been interested in an annual shareholders meeting for years. But I am in this years.
Dino
One could argue the filing is a glass half empty or half full.
The positives to me are:
The accountant stepped up and accountants are good with money.
The Ceo stepped up. Great sign.
The pump expert Labus stepped up. Very encouraging for the pump's success.
Heinricy stepped up, even thou his expertise the Iso-Torque is not in play at this time.
I know it gets a little thorny to discuss half empty concerning Torvec so I will..................................
Fingers crossed
Dino
I would guess individuals like myself would be confidential to the public, but certainly not board member purchases.
Just a matter of time for an insider filing to come out.
I am positive about Torvec, or I would not have been part of the offering. No one is asking for an apology for being positive.
We can disagree on what goal (2014 or 2016) was met or was not met.
I am just disappointed that the money was not raised by the extended deadline of Feb. 11th. and I can not view this development in a positive light.
Life is good
Dino
Yes Torvec banked 1 million today and will be looking to raise 1.5 million by June 3rd to complete the original goal of raising 2.5 million.
Dino
For crying out loud, << I think they met their $1 million goal and closed that offering >>
Does everything about Torvec on this message board have to be looked at with ROSE COLORED GLASSES???
I have not seen or heard anywhere that the goal was to reach 1 million.
The goal was 2.5 million by January 11th 2016. With a 30 day extension if needed out to Feb. 11th 2016.
And now the extension is out to June 3rd.
So tell me again what the advantage is that I have by tying up my money at .25 on Feb.11th as opposed to the fellow that buys at a quarter June 3rd?
It does appear that we have gotten a second bite of the apple with Torvec in the MyCadian watch. I am excited about the future.
I could not fault anyone if they finally threw in the proverbial towel at the 5 cent range.
52wk Range: 0.05 - 0.76
Hopefully the sellers got back in or will get back in and the share price will rise so we all can have a HAPPY ENDING. Time will tell
Life is Good...
Dino
Bingo 55 cents... 5000 shares bought at 55 cents.
Now that I am no longer a disgruntled investor, at least for the time being.
Dino
Another day of zero volume. No buyers and no sellers.
I am surprised that the share price is .53. I expected it to be lower. Hopefully that means something.
Dino
Informative post ubetcha thanks eom...
I threw in the towel and sold roughly 95 percent of my shares and took a million dollar loss.
I have been in every equity raise. So why not this one????
Wish me luck....
Life is good
Dino
Leviticus that information will be available relatively soon after the equity raise is completed on January 11th.
Also remember their is an extension period to raise the capital if needed.
Insider buys will be reported to the public at such time.
Dino
Leviticus.......
I am going to be a part of the equity raise.
<< "Anybody going to buy?" >>
